Who You are:

  • 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in an In-house role ideally in a fast-paced SaaS, Internet/Startup or Technology consulting environment, with a strong emphasis on recruiting across GTM/Business functions (Sales, Presales, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in GTM or Business hiring especially recruiting for Sales & Presales functions.
  • Current or past experience hiring across International markets would be an advantage.
  • Ability to build and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify talent.
  • Skilled at partnering with Business Leaders. Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence; able to productively partner with both external and internal customers.
  • Creative ideas and enthusiasm for enhancing employer branding through social media, events, and networking initiatives.

The Role: Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) position is a high visibility role, working with leaders from around the globe to coordinate their interviews with Gemini. RCs on our team manage the entire candidate coordination lifecycle, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. Our RCs are the candidate's primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process. Candidate experience is key at Gemini, and an RC has an immediate impact on the experience of our candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling on-site and virtual interviews and coordinating with Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leadership 
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work, and communication with candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date 
  • Entering and tracking candidate information in Gemini applicant tracking system and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information 
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings 
  • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting
  • Fluency in English

The Role: Senior Recruiter

Gemini is looking for a Senior Recruiter to play a key role in the strategic growth of our teams. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and/or non tech functions across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit active and passive candidates across multiple technology-related searches (e.g. Infrastructure, Frontend, Backend, Mobile Engineering)
  • Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of creative sourcing methodologies (e.g. Gem, LinkedIn, Vettery)
  • Use our ATS, Greenhouse, and other tools to manage prospects, build robust candidate pipelines and drive metrics
  • Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to team members and key stakeholders
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to drive mutually agreeable assessment process, receive and take action on feedback, and deliver a consistently high level of partnership
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality

  • Close offers and help onboard new employees

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
  • 6+ years experience sourcing with LinkedIn and other tools
  • Proven ability to successfully identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high growth environments
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement through problem solving and producing solutions 
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail, with strong multi-tasking and organization skills

  • Experience recruiting for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred
