As our Junior Recruiter, you'll be responsible for finding unique candidates that match the job requirements, but also fit INDG and Grip’s culture that brings together creative, tech and business mind-sets. You will create talent pools by attracting candidates through vacancies, your network and you are proactive in sourcing. The people we’re looking for are often not actively searching for a new job, so it’s up to you to find them and get them excited about INDG and Grip. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalising on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such. About the Role
