About This Role
Responsibilities:
The Identity Access Management Technician’s role is to plan, organize, and manage the enterprise identity environment at iRhythm Technologies. This position will ensure that the identity systems, privileged access, and associated integrations are properly planned, installed, configured, documented, secured, and maintained particularly Active Directory and Okta. This role will also be working closely with engineers and systems owners and partner with other organizations in the business. Must have excellent customer service written and verbal skills, be process driven, detailed oriented, able to adapt to change, and must be able to lead projects, such as account provisioning and de-provisioning, end user provisioning, integrating new software technology.
What You'll Be Doing:
Duties in this role include:
- Responsible for securing and documenting approvals prior to provisioning identity access
- Responsible for securing and documenting access requirements and provisioning access for onboarding new hires
- Responsible for de-provisioning access for offboarding employees
- Responsible for the architecting, management, support, documentation, and maintenance of documentation for identity access systems and Okta
- Responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity and consistency within Active Directory and other Enterprise Systems
- Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies
- Responsible for the provisioning of cloud based applications
- Assist with coordinating the build-out of IAM connectors to requested applications or systems
- Provides expert-level technical support for identity and access management systems to IAM, other technical staff, divisions and departments, and vendors
- Participates with the team to complete acceptance, integration testing and processes for new identity access demands
- Participates with the team to research, evaluate, and recommend software products for identity and access management
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Must have at least 4-7 years experience in Identity and Access Management/Access Control or related position
- Excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely
- High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment
- Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory
- Candidate should have a solid understanding of information security policies, standards, and industry leading practices
- Self-starter; adaptable to change; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives
- Willingness to learn new technology, tools and create new processes to meet control objectives
- Demonstrate an understanding of SOX, GDPR, NIST, and HIPPA guidelines
- Experience with Sailpoint a plus
- Experience with CyberArk a plus
- Experience with Okta or Okta Professional Certification a plus
- Experience with AD Manager / AD Audit a plus
- Experience and understanding of COBIT a plus
- ISACA or ITGI Certification a plus
