Description

TherapyNotes is searching for a Cloud Systems Engineer to join our growing team of cloud-first technology enthusiasts.  The right candidate has an acute attention to detail and an inquisitive mind to challenge the status quo. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and champion opportunities to automate Infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, script repetitive tasks, move legacy workloads into Kubernetes and write excellent documentation.
  • Support and improve the engineering platform and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline containing technologies such as Azure PaaS, Kubernetes/Docker containers, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus, and more
  • Discovers and architects automated solutions to manual or inefficient processes and procedures
  • Provides escalated technical guidance and support to other technology teams throughout the organization
  • Improve site reliability through the implementation of detailed telemetry, based on leading and trailing indicators
  • Ensure all solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization
  • Identify opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and/or continual development of documentation and runbooks
  • Provides on-call coverage for IT operational support and other duties as required

Requirements

  • BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Expert with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies using Terraform, configuration management such as Ansible and any scripting language such as Python, Bash, Powershell and Golang
  • Expert in cloud-based compute, storage, and containerization solutions (Azure & Kubernetes preferred)
  • Expert in Microsoft technologies such as Azure IaaS and Windows Server Core/2019+
  • Expert in Linux server systems administration such as RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, and Debian
  • Expert in traditional and PaaS web application technologies such as Azure Web Apps, IIS, application load balancing
  • Proficiency with the Agile methodology, DevOps, Scrum, ITSM and/or ITIL principles

Meet the team:

The Test Execution and Release Management department plays a critical role in product engineering. The teams are responsible for ensuring the safe and successful deployment of autonomous vehicles, by implementing rigorous testing processes, using advanced testing tools to collect data and analyze the system performance.

A Senior Autonomy Integration and Test Engineer is responsible for various test activities related to hardware, software and firmware integration of our self-driving truck solution. The responsibilities involve systematically testing the integration of subsystems and components, troubleshooting, data collection, analysis of data collected during testing, developing a continuous integration pipeline, orchestrating functional deployments, and helping with release delivery. The ideal candidate is also well versed in hardware-in-the-loop test setups and can design and execute test scenarios ensuring adherence to specifications and performance metrics.

What you will be doing:

  • Support integration of components and subsystems to enable the deployment of self-driving software onto vehicles and test benches
  • Develop and execute test plans, performing closed course and on-road evaluation of updates prior to deployment to extended testing groups
  • Lead day-to-day test activities on vehicle, debug HIL bench issues as required, and develop new test capabilities
  • Evaluate full system performance, understanding the contributions of relevant sub-systems, providing feedback to development teams
  • Assist with troubleshooting of component and system integration issues, guiding the team to an efficient resolution
  • Leverage results from automated software testing pipeline to increase the efficiency of the system integration release process

What will you do in this role?

Overview 

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Systems Engineer to join our company. You will primarily focus on technical analysis, consulting, troubleshooting, and the strategic design of technology systems. About the Role

Summary:

The Staff Product Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for implementing key topic areas in the second line of security in Torc’s product lines. This encompasses close coordination with the Safety and Regulatory team to develop the cybersecurity elements of the Torc Safety Case and developing and leading subsets of the implementation of the Torc cybersecurity management system.   • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture for our product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives
  • Documenting, maintaining, and leading the implementation of key activities in the cybersecurity management system
  • Conduct, with a cross-functional team, a thorough threat analysis and risk assessments for existing and new products, identify potential vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with product development teams to embed security into the design and development lifecycle of products

  • Oversee and evaluate the implementation of security controls, including but not limited to encryption, access controls, network security, and secure coding practices
