As a Technical Recruiter, you will work with managers and directors to source product managers, account executives, directors for our engineering, sales and marketing departments, software engineers, etc. You will have familiarity with technical languages (even if you're not technical per se), open to video screening, phone screening and have worked at a VC Startup (Series A/B/C). If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
