The Recruiter will source, qualify and match candidates to defined and specific open requisitions across Fortune Brands Outdoors & Security businesses – Master Lock, Therma-Tru Doors, Larson Doors, and Fiberon Decking. You will develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which assigned by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers and human resources business partners. A willingness to identify & solve difficult problems as they relate to recruiting
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
