What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, coordination, hiring manager relationships, interviewing, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their functional areas and ongoing hiring needs
- Serve as one of the Technical Recruiters for Lattice for our Engineering, Product, & Design (EPD) teams, including partnering with EPD leadership as a subject matter expert in the functional area
- Develop robust and diverse pipelines through sourcing as well as helping to write clear and compelling job descriptions that attract great inbound applicants
- Communicate directly with candidates from the first outreach, to the Recruiter interview, and throughout the interview process to the offer stage
- Collaborate with the People team, including People Partners, People Operations, and Total Rewards to create well-rounded and informed hiring processes
- Maintain ATS including building interview plans, candidate communications, and ongoing req maintenance
- Represent Lattice’s values and brand with passion and enthusiasm in all interactions internally and externally
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 5-7 years of overall recruiting experience, with 3-4 years full cycle recruiting experience required, preferably a combination of agency or staffing experience and in-house recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success in sourcing across a range of roles including experienced and leadership roles
- Experience recruiting for Technical roles including Software Engineering and Product Management roles in a B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred
- Highly proactive approach with a bias for action
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance both an excellent hiring manager experience and candidate experience
- Experience leveraging Recruiting data, including sourcing and pipeline passthrough rates to inform and improve pipeline health
- Demonstrated experience incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion in the sourcing and interviewing process
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking system (Ashby, Lever) is strongly preferred
- Experience with Talent Acquisition tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, and ModernLoop is preferred
- Experience with Google tools and Slack is preferred
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $92,500 - $136,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
