The Role

As a Senior Security Engineer at Podium, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our corporate security strategy. Reporting to the Director of Security and collaborating with audit and compliance teams, you will design, implement, and manage secure solutions that align with our architectural designs, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us navigate the evolving threat landscape and ensure our security measures are robust and forward-thinking.

In this position, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that secure our business operations and enable innovation. You'll work closely with diverse teams, including IT infrastructure, application development, security operations, and end users, to protect our organization and its assets. Your role will also involve guiding less experienced team members and providing technical leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Stay updated on new security threats and ensure our systems can defend against them.

  • Drive security efficiencies through automation and integration across technology and security architecture.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, development, and business teams to ensure security measures are effective and do not impede business processes.
  • Perform engineering performance testing to ensure security solutions are robust.
  • Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and managed solutions, ensuring they meet security standards.
  • Lead security team meetings and participate in security projects to evaluate and improve our security infrastructure.
  • Assist with incident response and system stability issues as needed, including outside regular work hours.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and work with various teams to secure business-to-business initiatives, third-party relationships, and outsourced solutions.
  • Respond to service and escalation tickets and develop security test plans.
  • Regularly participate in change management meetings and follow security engineering fundamentals and processes.

What you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including compliance and risk management.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a system and network security engineering background.
  • Experience in cloud computing technologies, including software-, infrastructure-, and platform-as-a-service.
  • Extensive knowledge of security controls and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, PKI, IDAM, antivirus, firewalls, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, security automation, and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in meeting vulnerability management and penetration testing requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate business risk from cybersecurity issues.
  • Experience managing various security monitoring tools and platforms.
  • A track record of integrity, excellence, curiosity, and adaptability.
  • Additional qualifications include proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, PHP, or Ruby) and regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

The Role

Your primary focus will be on enhancing and accelerating our GTM strategy through analytics within the Sales Operations domain. This entails developing operational rigor, documenting key processes, crafting visualizations using our BI tool, Sigma, and conducting insightful ad hoc analyses to support and optimize sales performance.

  • Generate regular reports on key sales metrics, such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and sales performance, providing insights to management and stakeholders
  • Partner with Business Applications and Data Science teams to optimize the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, training users, and optimizing workflows to support sales objectives
  • Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the sales organization, facilitating training and onboarding of new team members

  • Implement scalable and concise data analyses in Excel / Google Sheets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics or related field
  • 1+ years of professional experience modeling data in Excel / Google Sheets (3+ years total experience including internships or part-time positions)
  • 1+ years of professional experience in Salesforce
  • Strong drive to organize and document data in a reproducible manner
  • Ability to understand the business logic for structuring data in a given way while also understanding and overcoming the technical limitations and challenges of implementing the desired data structure

About the Role:

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will lead critical marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating marketing-driven bookings. We seek an exceptional problem solver, operator, and communicator who can execute swiftly and drive accountability across functions. What You Will Be Doing:

AI Marketing Owner:

  • Strategy & Implementation: Lead the comprehensive strategy and implementation of Podium’s AI Employee marketing plan, ensuring the team exceeds ACV targets and continuously grows its impact. Evangelize and drive accountability with stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Execution: This role is as much about execution as it is about strategy. A successful candidate will wear many hats, roll up sleeves and execute in a variety of ways needed to achieve marketing objectives. 
  • Drive Product Alignment: Be the expert on all aspects of Podium AI, including product roadmap, features, integrations, and pricing. Establish operating rhythms that keep stakeholders informed of critical updates.
  • Crystallize AI Positioning: Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Sales to refine the positioning of Podium’s AI Employee at macro and vertical levels. Understand key selling points and barriers, crafting persuasive and effective messaging.
  • Optimize Marketing: Audit current strategies, identify high-impact opportunities. Support channel owners and execute campaigns directly to address.
  • Develop Podium’s AI thought leadership presence by developing and execution on a thoughtful LinkedIn and social content strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track KPIs to assess marketing strategy effectiveness. Analyze data to identify improvements and optimize efforts.
  • Content Enablement: Equip marketing and sales teams with content, claims, stats, tools, and training to effectively market and sell AI Employee. Collaborate with content, brand, and product teams to develop materials from first-party data and customer insights.
  • Share Progress: Communicate strategy, progress, and insights to cross-functional leaders and the executive team.

Marketing Strategic Projects:

  • Balance AI Marketing with Strategic Projects: Tackle strategic projects that unlock incremental ACV and enhance team impact. Serve as a versatile contributor across the business.
  • Conduct Analysis: Drive valuable insights and implement new tactics that generate healthy revenue.
  • Identify Opportunities: Explore high-potential marketing programs to expand impact, such as enhancing the Podium Phones customer base, amplifying the referral program, or transitioning the webinar/training program to a programmatic model.

The Role

As a Business Applications Specialist at Podium, you will participate in the optimization of our internal systems and operations around Salesforce.com. You will be a critical part of refining Podium’s growing business by providing scalable data storage methods and code. This role comes with the opportunity to absorb knowledge and grow your experience in operations and system administration.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide timely operational and technical support for the Revenue Operations team and supported departments (Marketing, Sales, CX) 
  • Complete incoming tickets or triage complex requests to the appropriate resources to solve
  • Maintain service level agreements for first response and resolution of submitted tickets
  • Follow established best practices for development and deployment processes across all supported systems (SFDC, Marketo, Chilipiper, Gong, Salesloft, etc)
  • Participate in pre-deployment reviews
  • Perform data manipulation operations in production systems including updates, inserts, and merges)
  • Diagnose and resolve system bugs and issues identified by business and operations teams 
  • Implement enhancements to system constructs such as role hierarchies, user interfaces, fields, validations, and automations
  • Monitor performance of supported applications and proactively communicate and resolve identified issues
  • Document bug reports, identify the root issues, and fix or escalate to specialized resources
  • Engage with peers and stakeholders to identify technical debt in your area of responsibility and recommend and prioritize long term solutions

What you should have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Automations
  • Some background in supporting CRM and ERP technologies
  • Passion for delivering valuable, meaningful and data-driven solutions
  • Proficient ability to diagnose system issues based on error codes or screenshots provided by end users
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a high-growth environment
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

What we hope you have:

What experience you should have:

  • 2-3 years of providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses with examples where you’ve influenced customers for the better
  • Demonstrated background of providing support for multiple online software or SaaS products and/or IT experience
  • Experience building best practices geared towards support quality and efficiencies, potentially from having served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or in other roles

The Integration Specialist Contractor is a critical player in a program that is key to our long-term success. We need someone who can coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and a client's customer management or order management system. We are open to remote or local. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • You will coordinate standard and custom integration projects for Podium and our clients while delivering a world-class customer experience for them. 
  • You will be comfortable configuring software settings and managing a work queue with a large number of requests.
  • You will support our clients and Customer Success Managers. The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage.
  • You will solve integration issues. Technical and process issues may arise during the initial integration or as dependent platforms change. You will troubleshoot and solve these problems.
  • You will serve as an integrations expert across Podium and share customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations we offer.
  • You will maintain high quality documentation of the integrations that we set up.

What you should have: 

  • Must be fluent in English
  • 1+ years of experience in integrations, product support, or similar field
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technical environment
  • Experience working through API and FTP integrations preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or Tray.io (or similar) preferred
  • Demonstrated over-achievement managing a large work queue

A Site Reliability Engineer borders the worlds of software engineering and systems engineering. At Podium, the SRE team drives our products to success by building a stable, scalable, sustainable, and slick system. We permanently sit and sup with the product engineering teams to address all of their needs, and work as an SRE guild to build a world-class platform for our products to run on. We're currently targeting a junior SRE to come in and deliver impact from day one.

What you will be doing: 

  • Working with the following technologies: Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Datadog, Prometheus, Ansible, StrongDM, Python, Go, Ruby, GitLab and GitLab CI.
  • Engaging with Podium's engineering community to identify potential areas of improvement or pain points and make Podium's systems more secure and pleasant to operate.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for the services the team owns, triaging and addressing production as well as development issues.

What you should have:
