Position Overview:

We seek a data-driven Marketing Technology Manager to optimize our marketing systems and drive demand generation at scale. You'll own our marketing tech stack while supporting GTM objectives to grow brand awareness, leads, and pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Design and optimize customer journey mapping through marketing automation
  • Implement analytics and reporting to optimize marketing spend and data-driven business decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, information technology, and product teams to streamline workflows and automate manual processes 
  • Maintain and optimize current marketing technology stack and recommend and implement new technologies that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing technology processes, training materials, and technical specifications
  • Ensure marketing compliance with data privacy regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience within B2B software, with 2+ years within an ABM-centric strategy
  • Subject mater expertise with Hubspot as the core of our martech environment
  • Proficiency with 6sense, Buffer, SEM Rush, Highspot, Optimizely, Salesforce, WordPress, and ZoomInfo
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity or a similarly complex, SaaS B2B marketing and sales motion

+1 Qualifications: 

  • Expertise with CSS, Elementor, HTML, Wordpress, website buildout and back-end development a major plus
  • Proficiency in API integrations, webhook management, and 3rd party connection middleware such as Zapier
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Familiarity with marketing technology security requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management,  Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent years of experience

What you'll do

As a Frontend Developer, you will help maintain and evolve our product websites, including our flagship extension product websites getadblock.com and adblockplus.org. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performing websites and web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. 

This includes creating custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations and ensuring the websites remain up-to-date with the latest web standards and best practices. You'll also troubleshoot and resolve issues, implement new features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the websites with business and user needs. Through your expertise, you'll play a key role in ensuring our web presence reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Help launch, further develop, and maintain static websites, web applications, and frontend components, using cloud services and headless WordPress
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in web standards, browser updates, and best practices to scale efficiently, maintain compatibility, and optimize performance
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement features, and troubleshoot issues
  • Foster team collaboration by contributing to code reviews, mentoring colleagues, and sharing knowledge of best practices

What you bring to the table

  • 5+ years of real-world experience working as a Fullstack Web Developer or a similar role
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in building responsive and accessible web applications
  • Experience with WordPress theme development, plugin development, internationalization, and Gutenberg block development 
  • Comfort with modern web development workflows and tools, including continuous integration (GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI), Git, unit testing (Playwright), and Docker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both synchronous and asynchronous team environments

The Role:

As a Content Strategist at Podium, you'll play a key role in the company’s go to market success. In this role, you’ll drive our full funnel content marketing efforts, working closely with marketing / sales stakeholders to deliver high quality content that resonates with our target audiences and that is aligned to our business strategy/pipeline goals. 

We are looking for someone who can quickly become an expert on our target customer base across our core industries and develop an expertise in Podium’s offering & positioning. Primary responsibilities include developing high performing marketing/sales content, executing on a vertical content calendar, owning production of SEO-optimized blog articles, and working with leadership to strengthen Podiums’ narrative and positioning across channels. 

The ideal person is customer obsessed, a natural-born storyteller, performance driven, creative and loves operating in a high ownership, high velocity environment. This individual should be excited to not only manage the content but work on the execution of editing and writing. The expectation is that 20% of the time is on strategy and ~80% is working as an individual contributor writing and editing content.  This Individual will also develop and manage a team of in-house/external writers.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer/Industry Expertise:build an expertise on our target customers & industries (auto, HVAC, MedSpa, Jewelry, Furniture/Mattress) to inform vertical content strategy & positioning. Conduct regular research via customer interviews, gong recordings, and more. 
  • Content Strategy:work with channel leaders to produce a vertical content strategy that aligns to our growth and customer engagement goals. 
  • Content development:write and edit high performing content for use across marketing channels including webinar decks, guides/ebooks, trade show speaking decks, customer case studies, white papers, podcast/video scripts, blog articles, etc.
  • Customer Stories: Execute on the ongoing cadence of customer stories / case studies to demonstrate Podium’s value to our prospects. 
  • Blog Editorial Strategy: Oversee production of editorial blog strategy, producing 10-20  SEO-optimized, high quality articles monthly. Collaborate with the SEO team.

Podium product knowledge base: Work with product managers to cultivate a strong understanding of Podium’s AI platform including value drivers and differentiators. Produce and share key details to the marketing team.

  • Positioning: Work with go-to-market leadership to refine and improve Podium’s narrative and positioning across channels. 

Team leadership: manage a small team of in-house/external writers, coaching on content creation, best practices, and data-driven decision making. 

  • Processes & governance: establish content creation workflows (balancing for speed & quality) and content governance standards.



Qualifications and Skills:

5-7 years in content/editorial strategy, product marketing, or sales enablementExceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities

    Slice is seeking a Website Manager with deep expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This role is integral to driving organic traffic, improving user engagement, and maximizing conversions across our digital properties. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure our website delivers on our mission and revenue goals.

    The Role

    Website Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day management of Slice’s website, ensuring it delivers seamless user experiences and aligns with brand standards.
    • Partner with the development team to execute updates, optimize functionality, and ensure website reliability.

    SEO Strategy & Execution: 

    • Own and execute Slice’s SEO strategy to drive organic growth, leveraging keyword research, content optimization, and competitive analysis.
    • Improve technical SEO, including site structure, crawlability, mobile usability, and site speed.
    • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

    CRO Optimization:

    • Identify and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates through data-driven insights.
    • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and user flows.
    • Utilize tools like Hotjar and Optimizely to analyze user behavior and improve the site’s funnel performance.

    Content Optimization: 

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure web content is SEO-friendly and conversion-focused.
    • Maintain a content calendar to support ongoing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

    Data-Driven Insights: 

    • Regularly analyze website KPIs, including traffic, bounce rate, conversions, and user engagement.
    • Provide actionable insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy.
