This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Pipeline Analytics, and provides support to the GTM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to provide valuable insights that drive Customer Success and renewal strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers receive unparalleled service and maximize their engagement with our products/services.

Responsibilities:

  • Routinely perform analysis and insight into key metrics and provide recommendations for improving performance across the Revenue team management operating rhythm
  • Be the subject matter expert and provide recommendations of best practices related to 6sense Revenue Team
  • Proactively work with all levels of the revenue organization staff to understand and establish goals, determine required data sources and establish key benchmarks and metrics
  • Development and management of reports and dashboards that provide actionable metrics used to optimize and drive decisions regarding coverage across different regional and product segments
  • Be an advocate for data driven everything, evangelize insights on what’s working and what’s not working to help drive better views into the revenue teams.
  • Partner with Leadership, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Data teams, Finance and IT to ensure Customer data is appropriately captured and organized to enable clean and accurate instrumentation and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Strong data evaluation skills - with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources, and focus on the big picture takeaways of any analysis while owning the underlying details
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, MS Power Query, SQL, or similar applications
  • Experience developing and designing complex dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools
  • Ability to understand complex systems and dependencies
  • Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Metrics like Net/Gross Retention, ARR/GRR and Churn
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
  • 5+ years working in a professional environment, preferably within an analytics/operations role

Base Salary Range: $92,850 to $142,370. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. Job Description:The customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving Customer Success, optimisation, and upselling of new business opportunities for customers by qualifying and nurturing customers in our rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own overall relationships with assigned customers, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, experience with various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, proficient knowledge in data storage solutions, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Experience working with Big Data teams is highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.

4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Strong understanding of data storage solutions including relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.

ROLE:Senior UX Researcher

6sense UX team’s mission is to lay a user-centered and data-driven foundation for 6sense product strategy, design, and development. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Payroll Operations & Compliance
    • Manage end to end payroll process for hourly and salaried employees which includes but is not limited to review, validation and reconciliation of payroll data to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment 
    • Analyze, audit, reconcile and resolve payroll and timekeeping processing and employee payroll issues to ensure compliance with company policy
    • Work closely with cross functional teams within the Company on equity-based activity (e.g., stock options, RSUs, ESPP), global mobility, tax, benefits and new business activities to ensure global payroll needs are identified, considered and communicated
    • Stay current on regulations, benefit changes and labor laws impacting payroll process, and partner with internal stakeholders to stay compliant with all payroll tax jurisdictions
    • Design, develop and implement payroll strategy and operating model within the context of a rapidly expanding operations globally 
    • Mentor and coach staff to develop subject matter expertise across the team on all payroll related matters i.e. benefits, tax and payroll reporting compliance for domestic and international employees
    • Continuously evaluate tools and systems, and identify ways to optimize the payroll function and enable business process transformation while maintaining strong quality controls
    • Review accuracy of commissions calculations to ensure it adheres to compensation plans
    • Maintain the payroll interface and payroll-related general ledger entries for the company’s month-end close and related reconciliations 
    • Reconcile payroll data with the accounting system including accruals, advances, benefits costs, bonuses, etc.
    • Preparation of various documentations, schedules, exhibits, and summaries for audit and compliance.
    • Identify the accounting treatment of complex transactions related to payroll and provide sound advice on the matter
    • Support audits not limited to payroll tax, benefits and financial reporting
  • Perform other assignments and special projects as requested

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • 8 – 10 + years of direct and management experience with global payroll and payroll tax at large multi-national companies 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Tax / Accounting / HR (or similar field) and an active CPP/CPM/GPMI is a plus
  • Proven track record of scaling payroll function and experience transforming payroll operations efficiency
  • Workday knowledge and experience preferred; and must have deep knowledge & experience working with payroll vendors & platform technologies
  • Strong understanding of all US federal/state wage and hour laws related to payroll including garnishments, benefits, leave of absence, FSA, 401k and tax
  • Adept in variable compensations practices in SaaS/Tech industry
  • Can be flexible and willing to work across multiple time zones, sometimes outside of the conventional workday

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategy and/or analytics. MBAs preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience as a sales and/or marketing practitioner in B2B companies with the ability to think big picture about strategic priorities and call to action.
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports, cross-functional teams, and leading managers.
  • Experience working directly as a change agent within an organization. You are no stranger to setting, driving towards, and meeting organization wide goals and KPIs.
  • Experience as a thought leader within an organization. Working closely with executive teams to impact and drive change is a large part of your expertise.
  • Ability to work cross functionally, knowing which levers to pull to bring your strategies to the table and execute successfully.

Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The Opportunity: 

 
6sense is hiring for a Sr Director of Product Marketing to lead a team of core product marketers. If you have a deep understanding of marketing technology and are passionate about driving the future of the industry, we have the perfect job for you. As a product marketing leader you will be responsible for concisely presenting 6sense’s platform value proposition, functionality, and differentiators in the marketplace. This includes creating go-to-market assets, maintaining competitive intelligence, and enabling our rapidly expanding sales team. 

  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria. 
  • Keep tabs on the ever-changing competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. 
  • Deep understanding of our buying personas - today and what those personas/ roles will look like in the future 
  • Work with key analyst to understand their market point of view, solicit input, and provide relevant updates 
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and the broader marketing team to develop concise, relevant, and differentiated product messaging 
  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts 
  • Act as a thought leader for the 6sense platform externally, including speaking engagements, social media and written works. 
  • Gain insight into customer adoption of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas 
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
