We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Existing Business, to help support our growing sales team.

 

As Field Marketing Manager, Existing Business, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of high-impact field programs to support pipeline acceleration of existing business opportunities. This position requires the management and full execution of a unique blend of events (digital and live), direct and online marketing, ABM, and integrated marketing campaigns, plus a love of data and analytics. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, the ideal candidate is a modern marketer that has a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful cross-sell/up-sell and customer marketing strategies and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build quarterly Field Marketing plans that integrate Sales and Marketing requirements to support existing business sales pipeline and revenue goals

  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs – in person and online events, webinars, integrated campaigns and roadshows

  • Coordinate all aspects of select customer and networking events that support their sales team

  • Forecast and measure impact of programs on sales cycles

  • Analyze program results and optimize as needed

  • Partner with Sales, various Marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful programs

  • Maintain ongoing communications with the regional sales leaders, field marketing peers and senior leadership teams

  • Assist sales leadership in understanding, participating and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years software/technology field marketing experience, specifically marketing to existing clients
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
  • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
  • Solid background in ABM strategies
  • Knowledge of Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce and other MarTech is preferred
  • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions

Compensation Package

Base pay range: $100,000-110,000

Job Description

As a Systems Architect for QAD, you will be responsible for the design, description and managing the development of solutions to support our client's business strategies.  You’ll be leading and/or supporting initiatives and introducing technical visions for a solution within the Enterprise Architecture Framework. 

You will work within the Observability/Engineering team to design, implement, enhance and maintain current and future QAD products and tools. Responsibilties:

  • Analyze, develop, enhance and maintain software applications/products and tools. Includes creation of design specification, development and unit testing of source code, review of source code, schema design, prototyping, helping other developers understand designs, and documentation. 

  • Create automation tools to improve internal processes.

  • Manage and enhance processes used for continuous integration, automated builds, source code control and test environment set-up. 

  • Review and identify improvement opportunities within the full SDLC that will lead to higher quality and more efficient processes. 

  • Document and communicate areas of concern for development operations.

  • Serve as a source of architectural and technical domain knowledge for the QAD product line and the tools that support it.

Qualifications

Job Description

QAD has a Professional Services Consultant position available in our Services team. This position is fully remote and based in Poland. Fluent communication skills in both German and English are highly valued for this position. Your responsibilities will include administration, setup and configuration, consulting our customers, analysis and collaborating closely with the Project Management team. This position reports directly to the Resource Manager - Supply Chain.

What you’ll do:

  • Administration, Setup and configuration of various customer systems based on our own B2B application 

  • Consulting our customers in the optimal use of our software and provide potential solutions

  • Continues learning our own B2B application and solution 

  • Analysis and consulting of our customers regarding new or existing customer requirements, partly on site

  • Requirement gathering and work on solutions within our own B2B application 

  • You work closely with your colleagues from the Project Management department and Technical team

  • Provide User training on designed solution 

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical education and/or a degree preferred in business, computer science or similar fields

  • A high affinity for IT topics, the ability to work in a team, customer orientation as well as very good communication skills

  • Robust knowledge of MS Excel and modern internet applications (e.g. CRM/Jira

  • Very good (C1) English skills

  • Good (C1) German language skills preferred (good for the German customers) 

  • Professional experience in customer support in a B2B IT environment

  • 4-5 years of experience on handling services customer projects

  • Willingness to travel (up to 10% of working hours)

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge on Supplier- customer relationships, Purchasing Domain, Sourcing domain, Automotive domain etc.

  • HTML and Java script basic knowledge (at least read and understand high level), no technical knowledge is required

Job Description

The Sr. Software Engineer is a critical role within our organization, focused on delivering high-quality software support to our customers and partners. 

As a Sr. Software Engineer you Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the sound development of QAD’s software solutions and is expected to facilitate resolution of challenges that arise during development.  You will prepare technical documentation and perform unit testing. Under minimal supervision, you will perform professional software engineering functions outlined below.  Complex design and programming functions are performed independently. Routinely you serve as a mentor to junior software engineers.   

This position is integral to the software engineering process and is expected to be able to take a leadership role within an R&D scrum team.  

What you’ll do:

  • As a senior scrum team member, performs maintenance and enhancement of new and/or existing software systems or apps, on QAD supported platforms and technologies.  Interprets and applies QAD development standards to all team developments.
  • Leads analysis and grooming to define technical, business and customer requirements including affected programs, expected behavior, related document changes, and test scenarios.
  • Prepares program documentation of product components. Assists in the development of user guides, install guides and knowledge base.
  • Resolves and works on issues across the scrum team.  Perform debugging as necessary.  Effectively monitors and takes action to ensure coordination and effectiveness of all components and activities and decides on issues requiring escalation.
  • Mentors and facilitates the learning of junior software engineers.

Qualifications

  • Education / Licenses : A University or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, Production Operations/Manufacturing Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.

  • Experience : 5 plus years of experience in the software, manufacturing, distribution, or accounting industry is preferred. Experience using and supporting any ERP (QAD, SAP, Oracle ERP, Ms Dynamics 365) or other business software applications is desired.

  • Computer skills :Demonstrated ability to continually learn and adapt to new products and technologies.  Working knowledge of (elements of) the QAD technology, platform and language stack is required (Progress, Java, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, Unix, …). Good working knowledge of Database Design for designing efficient and performant persistence solutions. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail and robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Communication skills :Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. This includes the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to accurately and effectively convey information in writing.

  • Other knowledge :Thorough understanding of (agile) software development methodologies, design, implementation, documentation and quality assurance.   Good research, analytical and design skills.   Ability to evaluate how business issues may impact overall project plans.
