How we work:

Galileo is a 24/7 medical group utilizing asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care.

This role is part of a new team we're establishing in New Mexico. This role will require 1 day/week (8 hours) of in-person care in Santa Fe, NM. We're open to someone working on a part-time basis. With the exception of the in-person care day, we work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4 hour shifts each weekend, in addition to their weekday hours.

Compensation:

$78/hour (regular rate) and $90/hour (premium rate)

About the Role

The Registered Nurse Manager is a critical role on the Galileo care team. This individual will lead a team of RNs and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care when they have a clinical concern.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Direct management of triage Registered Nurses, including management of their SLAs related to clinical support for incoming patient communications
• Act as the liaison for credentialing and product management for RN-related issues
• Work to streamline Triage Phone line processes and workflows
• Build and roll out RN related triage/RX protocols in collaboration with our Physician liaison
• In addition to team leadership work, spend 12-16 hours a week collaborating with clinical care teams to provide excellent patient care and doing triage work during a portion of the week which includes conducting phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
• Assist in the development of processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage
• Work will be both phone based and asynchronous messaging-based

Galileo is looking for a Part-time Operations & Administrative Associate to partner with our clinical editorial teams to ensure efficient production of clinical content.  Reporting to one of our clinical leaders, this role will be responsible for keeping the production system on target and ensuring meticulous data management that supports high quality clinical care.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Manage production process for clinical content.
• Track performance, hours, and output for multiple teams.
• Track status of editorial content to ensure timely completion of tasks by the clinical team.
• Communicate with the team to support production deadlines. 
• Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields accurately across multiple platforms.
• Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors.
• May create or modify data bases, including SmartSheet.

Galileo is seeking Contract Support Admins to join our Population Health team. The Population Health Team team is an integral part of ensuring our patients’ & care teams’ needs are met. Our ideal candidate is an extra clear communicator, master problem solver, and an organized administrative individual. In this role you will be able to work remotely!

This is a 3 month 1099 contract.  You'll have the ability to work remotely.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Associateat Galileo, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing user-centric campaigns that improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion through digital owned channels. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our customer engagement platform, and partner with Lifecycle, Product, and Brand to effectively reach patients with relevant and personalized content.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Own the execution and optimization of lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push, including campaign setup, segmentation, and QA.
• A/B test new concepts and creative, tracking learnings for the broader team to help increase campaign performance. 
• Analyze campaign data, using BI tools such as Looker, to provide results and insights that inform decision-making and growth strategy.
• Manage and monitor marketing automation systems, partnering cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within the instance. 
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, suggesting and implementing innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.

ABOUT YOU

• 2-3 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Operations, with a focus on campaign development/execution, customer segmentation, and A/B testing

How we work:

Galileo is a 24/7 medical group utilizing asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours (alternating schedule of 12 and 16 hours) a week. At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4 hour shifts each weekend, in addition to their weekday hours. We have several roles available at this time.

We are currently looking for providers with licensures in NY, TX, IL, MI, FL, GA, PA, OH, NJ, MO, AZ, AL, IN, and CT. We have shifts available between 10am-11pm ET Sunday through Saturday.

Compensation:

Physicians: $138/hour (regular rate) and $150/hour (premium rate)
Nurse Practitioners: $78/hour (regular rate) and $90/hour (premium rate)

• Perform outbound calls to promote Galileo and generate new patient volume. 
• Field inbound interest resulting from marketing awareness campaigns to guide patient sign-ups and scheduling. 
• Drive positive outcomes that include, for example, clinical visit scheduling, account activation, and application download.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape, test, and iterate messaging.
