WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR?

  • Product owner of the CORE assessment suite
  • Lead the development and enhancement of assessment products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including experts in psychometrics, technology, and consulting.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions, from gathering requirements to launch, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, allowing for independent and efficient project navigation.
  • Evaluate and update assessment normsto ensure the validity and relevance of products, while also exploring opportunities to enhance flexibility in assessment approaches.
  • Apply your deep understanding of psychometrics to contribute to the design and validation of assessment tools, maintaining the highest standards of reliability and validity.

 

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience within the consulting and human capital sectors. 
  • Proven expertise with psychometrics, including the ability to understand and lead the design and validation of assessment tools. Extensive experience with  SPSS/Jamovi/R (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excelfor data analysis.  
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to operate independently and make well-informed decisions to drive project success. 
  • Technical ability to effectively communicate business requirements with technology teams. Sound understanding of assessment-related software. 
  • Experience in building and managing assessment systems or platforms with focus on user experience would be ideal.  
  • Any previous exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions would be desirable.  
  • Strategic thinking and a keen eye for innovation and improvement.

Our Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategy implementation, positioning, messaging, and branding of our products and services to attract new leads and strengthen Human Edge´s brand awareness.

  • Design and implement account-based marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and advance our web presence (including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Consultants, graphic designers, and content development teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Oversee the creation and organization of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing with at least three years of hands-on experience with the online launch of B2B products and services.
  • Relevant experience in the Human Capital industry (nice to have).
  • English C2 or equivalent
