We are looking for an experienced NodeJS Developer. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of Apache, Nginx, NodeJS, and the latest web technologies.

Exp-1-3yrs

About You:

• Hands-on experience on AWS preferred.
• Experience with modern Javascript (ES6 and beyond) and Javascript app architectures.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Understands the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds using promises.
• Experience designing and implementing backend services and APIs.
• Experience with managing deploys and infrastructure, monitoring.
• Experience with NoSQL datastores
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Consider yourself a generalist engineer and are willing to wear many hats, sometimes at the same time.
• Comfortable with 'owning' products/features and ideally have experience with being responsible for the entire end-to-end development process.
• Comfortable and willing to learn as you go. There's probably pieces of our stack you haven’t worked with before, and that's okay as long as you’re confident enough to learn as necessary.
• Excited to work with a small team and have lots of input in product direction.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Seedtag, you will be taking on an exciting and important challenge: scale one of the three business lines at Seedtag. You will be working closely with our tech ( engineering, data and product) team, within three squads, to ensure that the ad exchange is executed most efficiently and effectively as possible. Rotunda's existing products are depended upon by over 30,000 people a day, and the candidate who fills this position will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the existing node.js backend infrastructure for those products.

In addition, our new communication tool, Unison, is in rapid development and has explosive growth potential.
