Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished product leader in multi-sided ecommerce marketplace fulfillment. You will have experience with backend integrations, success implementing frontend buyer or seller adoption strategies, and knowledge of global transportation. In the role, you will lead a growing team of product managers who have oversight of Etsy’s strategy and roadmap for its portfolio of global shipping carriers. You will enable the optimal and sustained flow of orders across the US, international markets, and cross-border routes. We seek a candidate who can handle a large scope, has shown their ability to operate at scale, and can effectively partner across the organization - with shipping program management, engineers, marketing, design, research and others - to craft a product strategy that shapes the future of Etsy fulfillment. We value candidates who can think creatively about standard fulfillment methodologies and apply them to Etsy’s unique handmade value proposition.

Qualifications

Ideally you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading product initiatives in retail ecommerce
  • At least 2 years of leading and developing a team of product managers, while having shown an ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization structure

Job Description

As a Product Manager on the SSD marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and management to drive product awareness and design wins for KIOXIA SSD products. You will have the opportunity to define new products and product strategies, and will be responsible for setting the product’s strategic vision in addition to optimizing the product's market position and financial returns consistent with corporate key initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing, sales, engineering, and support teams within KIOXIA to ensure success of your product line(s)

Requirements:

  • Understanding of NVMe infrastructures in server and storage ecosystems a plus
  • Experience within the storage industry across Private/Public Cloud, NAS/SAN/Object storage systems a plus

Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

  • As a Product Manager you will own the P&L for your product focusing on driving growth and profitability within your product vertical. Examples of Product Manger led products include Installment Loans, Single Payment Loans, Auxiliary Products, and Prepaid Cards to name a few. You will work cross functionally across the organization to align on priorities to deliver against your operating plan. You will be responsible for developing and driving channel strategy, pricing, product design, competitive market analysis, and customer insights through data driven analytics and strategy formulation.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic collaboration with the senior management team on key projects, strategy development, and budget management as well as hands-on day-to-day implementation.
  • Lead product development strategy in alignment with business goals, desired customer experience,
  • customer feedback and overall market opportunity to ensure industry leadership. Collaborate with members of the management team to determine requirements and provide direction to IT on technical product development and delivery system enhancements.
  • Oversee key projects, processes, and performance reports, data and analysis.
  • Define and document processes to improve efficiency, quality standards and profit margins while optimizing product strategy and time to market.
  • Perform statistical and other quantitative and qualitative analyses utilizing tools and applications including SAS or SQL, Teradata or similar relational database tool, statistical modelling, and regression analysis to develop strategic business insights.
  • Prepare presentations of complex economic concepts and research results to non-specialist audience and senior management.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, credit, retail, operations, technology, finance/ accounting, and legal/compliance team members on new product initiatives as well as day to day product marketing and pricing initiatives as needed.
  • All Compliance projects, essentially any project that needs to be executed on for the organization, I was involved in. 
  • Managed the pre-paid card program for both Canada and the US, which includes renegotiation of commission structure as well as vendor selection for New Digital Wallet. 
  • WU for both Canada and the US for store support to relationship management with WU. 
  • Own the relationship with Flinks 
  • Own the relationship with Jumio and working on onboarding Jumio as a vendor. 
  • Attend all compliance related issue management calls as well as all calls related to products managed. 
  • SOP updates for FX, WU, Card and all ancillary services 
  • Own funding strategy for both Canada and the US (Repay, E-transfer, etc)

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
  • Master’s Degree in the above areas is strongly preferred
  • Teradata or similar relational database tool; statistical modelling; regression analysis; and presentation of complex economic concepts and research results to non-specialist audience. All listed qualifications may or may not be acquired concurrently. Must pass company’s assessment.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar or related field
  • Prior experience with consumer lending or related products a must
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis experience using SAS, SQL, Excel, R, Python, or other equivalent tools
  • Familiar with Teradata or similar relational database tools, statistical modeling, and regression analysis

The Position:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Product & Strategy and Executive Team to define the product vision and strategy for the business.
  • Define, evangelize, and execute a product roadmap that expands product capabilities, drives growth, and increases operational efficiency.
  • Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on internal and external research and deep understanding of customer challenges and market trends.
  • Manage 1-2 PMs to start Help lead the product team with growing management responsibilities
  • Work closely with a dedicated agile development team to define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, coordinate delivery, and drive adoption.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback from various inputs to identify, prioritize, and champion new product opportunities to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop business cases for new product development ideas, lead the prioritization of these ideas, and work to gain alignment across the business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and our users by interviewing customers and stakeholders, conducting competitive analysis, and keeping abreast of industry news and trends.
  • Rigorously test and validate new ideas, present fact-based rationale for product prioritization initiatives, and establish and measure success metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to drive innovation for FastSpring that ensures we continue to deliver the leading full-service ecommerce platform for digital products in the world.

 

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of professional experience in product management, consulting, software/ SaaS, or ecommerce/ payments/ subscription billing industries.
  • 5+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience.
  • Prior management experience
  • Problem solver with exceptional analytical skills. 80/20 thinker that is able to quickly prioritize and be tactical about getting to impact fast.
  • Ability to work and create structure out of an undefined environment and make recommendations quickly
  • Exceptional communicator (written, verbal and presentation); able to quickly synthesize and communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Using financial industry knowledge to  perform competitive analyses of financial vendors to identify gaps within ICBA’s member and vendor product suite (preferred service provider, corporate associate member, and other as necessary) and derive insights to support various banking business challenges.
  • Represent ICBA when meeting with vendors, perform vendor/product due diligence and  submit recommendations on new product/services for ‘preferred’/endorsed status and corporate membership to senior leadership for review.
  • Work closely with ICBA’s Chief Innovation Officer and Vice President of Vendor Relations to design and execute strategic vendor priorities.

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, banking or other financial discipline preferred
  • Must have at least 5+ years in a financial business setting (preferably prior experience working in a financial institution, core processor, or fintech).
  • Intimate knowledge of financial institutions and the products/services and third-parties they rely upon. 
  • Understanding of general financial concepts (ROE, ROA, etc.) and business practices.
  • Ability to independently manage and defend analyses with sound documentation of assumptions, limitations, conclusions and recommendations.

We are hiring our first Product Operations leader to strengthen our rapidly growing team. We’re looking for someone with high data literacy, intellectual curiosity, and great communication skills to create smooth internal processes, empower our teams with data and efficient processes, and ensure our customers find value in SOCi. The right candidate will bring Operations experience from the B2B domain to answer complex business questions using data, identify strategic opportunities to improve how we plan and organize ourselves, and measure success.   • Collect data from multiple sources to help make sure we build the right products for our enterprise customers at the right time.
  • Operationalize how we as a Product Management and Design Organization function. The right process, the right mentality, the right technologies.
  • Communicate beyond “what products are coming and when” to articulate why we're building it, who it's for, the problem it solves, and the value it brings. Not just internally, but to our customers as well.

 

What you'll do:

  • Identify likely root causes for key product health gaps (using quantitative and qualitative data) and present recommendations to address them
  • Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. Uplevel the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world.

    • NPS feedback and analysis 
    • Own product health dashboard creation and continuous analysis 
  • Drive the planning and execution of releases from concept to GA by pairing with Product Marketing/Go-to-Market and other functional teams to deliver throughout all the release phases.   •  Establish and own critical communications strategy within the org and external customer stakeholders.
  •  Maintain a Voice of Customer program, working closely with Product, Engineering, and user-facing teams (support, sales, account management, etc). Build efficient mechanisms for collecting user needs from the field, manage the synthesis of user needs across teams, and ensure we close the loop with user facing teams.
  • Cultivate close relationships with, and gain the trust of stakeholders across Product & Engineering senior leaders, as well as the Sales, Customer Experience & Advocacy, and Go to Market organizations in order to closely align business objectives and work effectively together.

  • Expertise in legal issues impacting the cybersecurity and privacy industry including self-regulatory guidelines, privacy issues and legislation, and global privacy laws & regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other data protection frameworks)

  • Experience collaborating with key product stakeholders

  • Significant experience negotiating a wide range of technology and license agreements

  • Significant experience advising on a range of product and compliance issues, regulations, and industry standards with a focus on privacy, data use, and security

  • Experience reviewing products, features, and initiatives to provide advice consistent with legal obligations in multiple jurisdictions

Job Description

SG Digital is looking for an experienced Director of Product Compliance.  As one of the world’s leading suppliers to the iGaming industry, and one who focuses on regulated markets, we operate in every major jurisdiction, either holding licenses ourselves or supporting our license-holding customers. We are seeking a Product Compliance leader and expert, who will take responsibility for ensuring our adherence to fast-evolving regulations using a combination of regulatory insights, market analysis, and product knowledge.

Specific Responsibilities Include
 

·       Broad understanding of the SG Digital product portfolio to ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations.

·       Work directly with existing and emerging North American regulators, operators, and test labs.

·       Oversee the Change Management team.

·       Oversee the Product and Content Submissions team.

·       Represent SG Digital as a primary point-of-contact when product compliance issues are encountered.

·       Work with internal SMEs to support incident reports and self-reporting efforts to regulators and internal stakeholders when necessary.

·       Work with SG Digital technical teams to advise on new and emerging technologies.

·       Develop and maintain processes to facilitate product compliance within SG Digital.

Qualifications

Qualifications

·       Must have 10+ years of gaming product compliance experience and a broad understanding of regulatory compliance in North America. 

·       Experience working with infrastructure digital products across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

·       Ability to interpret technical rules and regulations.

·       A track record of building relationships with external bodies such as regulators, operators, and test labs.

·       Must have the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

·       Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.

·       Comfortable presenting and hosting discussions with executive staff.

·       Must be able to multi-task, be well organized, and be willing to quickly adapt to change.

·       Some travel required
