As the Director of Product, you'll ensure top-notch quality and deliver cutting-edge software with every release. Take charge of roadmaps, uncover fresh opportunities through research and customer interactions, and shape our organization's future. This exciting role requires a track record of failure, experimentation, and a learning mindset. Thrive in ambiguity, embrace autonomy, and passionately build products from scratch in the generative AI space.

As a Product Owner for 0-1 Products, you'll propel inFeedo to a $100 million ARR powerhouse. Make key decisions, identify opportunities, and develop a winning strategy. Join us to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  1. Planning:
    • Gather and analyze relevant information about the target persona, problem statement, unique value proposition, go-to-market strategy, revenue goals, and competitive advantage.
    • Craft a strong hypothesis to guide the product development process based on the gathered information.
    • Conduct regular customer research and interactions to deeply understand the problems being tackled and define and frame them for the team.
  2. Discovery:
    • Apply a combination of creativity and analytical thinking to convert hypotheses into a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
    • Validate MVPs and products to achieve product-market fit.
    • Be an expert at validating MVPs and products until achieving product-market fit.
  3. Scaling:
    • Collaborate with a highly skilled team to scale the product.
    • Work towards handing over the product to the scaling team for further investment.
    • Own all success metrics of the new product, working closely with a small cross-functional team.
    • Scope solutions to their smallest valuable state to ship to customers as early as possible.
  4. Repeat:
    • Replicate the successful product development process consistently.
    • Take on new challenges and bring innovative products to market.
    • Drive the company's growth to new heights through your expertise and contributions.
  5. Inspire:
    • Lead and inspire your team, customers, and stakeholders with your vision and remote work ethics.
    • Ensure the voice of every employee is heard and valued.

Greenlight Guru is looking for an experienced Product Operations leader to join our Product Management team. We are seeking an operational thought leader who has a desire to deliver valuable software application solutions which meet client needs. Our product groups are team-oriented, collaborative, and focus on delivering value in everything we do. We use agile methods to analyze, define and document business requirements for software solutions that align with organizational goals and help our clients achieve their desired outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Chief Product Officer the Sr. Director of Product Operations  is a key leadership position in Greenlight Guru’s Product organization
  • Product Operations play a critical role in ensuring Greenlight Guru’s processes, systems and tools support the frictionless delivery of customer value, from ideation to delivery
  • Owns  execution and continued evolution of the PDLC and Release Office to support business as it scales 
  • Uses a data-driven framework to help guide the direction of product organization in the design and execution of our go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the functional cadence, lead operating processes, and implement the tools required to monitor and track KPIs
  • Evangelizes a culture of urgency for product and process improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Assists product managers and internal business teams to align roadmaps to strategic initiatives and metrics
  • Support operations for the product  and engineering including data and reporting needed to monitor and improve processes 


Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in program management and or product operations in software or technology companies
  • Proven track record of delivering and influencing product solutions in a product organization 
  • Experience at a high-growth company, specifically B2B SaaS experience
  • Well-versed in creating, implementing, and/or driving product development lifecycle (PDLC) standards and supporting processes 
  • Proficiency with tools used in product development such as JIRA, Confluence, and ProductBoard
  • Extensive experience with AgileMethodologies, preferably Scrum


Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work-related experience.
