Job Description

This position will lead the effort on equipment and technology supply integrated projects. The Project Manager manages the flow of information between internal team members, external team members and clients. This role requires frequent and efficient communication between many departments based on the needs of a project.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• A Professional Engineer’s License (PE) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.

Vous rejoindrez Xplor Health & Fitness et notre département Chef de projet : Déploiement Logiciel Saas, le département qui fournit un soutien et une expertise aux salles de sport. Des petites franchises indépendantes aux grandes franchises, nous mettons en place tout ce dont elles ont besoin pour gérer leur activité, motiver leurs clients et créer des communautés durables dans le monde du Fitness.

Rattaché au Head of Onboarding, vous aurez comme principales responsabilités : 

• Assurer le pilotage, la coordination, le suivi et l'exécution des projets
• Assurer l'interface entre le client et/ou les fournisseurs et les équipes en charge de la réalisation 
• Spécifier et challenger les besoins du client en participant à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles permettant l’évolution du produit et assurer la conformité des développements demandés 
• Garantir le respect des délais et des contraintes budgétaires 
• Formaliser, faire approuver et rédiger les décisions
• Contribuer à l'innovation de la société en donnant priorité à la politique de mutualisation des développements et fonctionnalités, qui permet de faire progresser l'entreprise.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.

The Project Manager must have a background in Software Development Life Cycle, and Agile Methodologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects, and work closely with other business units

Essential functions and responsibilities include:

• Develop policies, procedures, forms and reporting for all departments within the company.
• Draft SOPs and implement/monitor SLAs for all staff companywide.
• Develop structured project plans start to finish.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify requirements, monitor progress, oversee implementation, and manage milestones and KPIs to track project advancement.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Meet project deadlines, identify project obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate and resolve issues effectively.
• Track and report progress on various initiatives.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years experience in project management or relevant field
• Loan/mortgage industry experience preferred
• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or technical school) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience required
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment)
