Job Description

The Global Process Domain Leader is responsible for driving growth of crossflow process
membranes globally and to support the regional commercial teams with technical/process
expertise and with the positioning of the solution to the clients. The overall responsibility is to develop business opportunities with our core products and associated flow schemes in new markets/applications with process membranes across all channels to market, including Products, Projects, and Services. The portfolio includes Industrial FRP, Industrial Cage, Dairy
and NF/RO flat sheet membranes. The performance of the role will be measured on delivering on orders and revenue targets for the various membrane elements sold globally.

Essential Responsibilities
● Develop a compelling value proposition and commercial tools of the process application
with technical inputs coming from Product Managers and Product Applications
● Present the value proposition and the business case to the regional sales and marketing
teams so that new opportunities can be discovered in targeted markets
● Fully align the sales strategy with the regional teams and measure the pipeline
development and deal closure through Salesforce
● Partner up with prospective clients and provide deep technical/process support focused
on new application with spiral wound process membranes
● Maintain a deep knowledge of Winflows and design parameters for various process
applications when applying RO and NF membranes within industrial applications.
● Enable regions to upsell and cross-sell with domain expertise and differentiated value
proposition, including knowledge transfer and training
● Work closely with the Product Application team when incorporating NF/RO into new flow
sheets that drive value generation for the customers.
● Maintain close engagement with the technical and operation department of the key
clients in order to develop trust and long-standing relationship
● Co-develop and execute with regions the growth initiatives in new/emerging markets and
consolidate the selling of products or combination of products in existing markets
● Own the consolidation of customer VOC from the Regions and share it to the internal
stakeholders
● Support the development and growth of new and existing channel partners in alignment
with regional priorities and growth strategies
● Work with Product Applications to produce technical content for marketing collateral.

Qualifications

Requirements

● Ability to understand complex flow sheets and perform mass balances.
● Proven experience working with the suite of models within the process membrane
product hierarchies.
● Demonstrated experience to interact with customers, understand their
challenges/opportunities, and drive them to profitable growth through the technical and
process selling.
● Develop commercial tools to communicate the value proposition for future process
applications.

● Deep understanding of the NF/RO membrane portfolio and how it can be applied with
other technologies like UF/MBR or E-separation.
● Consolidate commercial growth vision and strategies by region, product, and channel to
market.
● Sound commercial and developed business acumen with strong analytical skills is
required. Understanding the industry and associated market drivers and trends.
● Support commercial launch of products and validation of value propositions.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred
● At least 10 years of membrane experience associated with Nanofiltration and Process
Reverse Osmosis application.
● Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams to help build effective value
propositions to assist sales teams.
● Minimum of six years of experience in the NF/RO process/product application.
● Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills.
● Ability to interact at all levels of the organisation and with other businesses functions.
● Willingness and ability to travel < 50% of the time
● Effective verbal and written communication skills
● Leadership experience managing global teams as well as managing other director level
leaders

Onsite Water Testing and Reporting

Mobile: Based in the Kilkenny area or similar in order to facilitate servicing sites in

Role Summary: Working for the Operations Leader, alongside Account Managers
and Operations peers, the Operations Analyst will be responsible for achieving
defined goals and objectives as well as working safely, compliantly and efficiently
within a defined group of customer accounts. The Operations Analyst will service,
recommend changes, report and communicate water treatment performance with
customer representatives in accordance with the commercial agreement.

Essential Responsibilities:
EHS &Compliance: Ensure they work in a safe manner at all times. Complete
Legionella sampling to best practice. Engagement in QEHS systems and
documentation management.
Service: Ensure full water service plan is completed monthly, quarterly and annually,
as well as working with the Account Manager to provide adequate cover for holidays.
Service includes sampling and testing of industrial waters for defined parameters,
and consulting on the chemical treatment and basic technical concepts of the
systems with the customers. Completes and submits Consultant Service Reports
(CSRs) within agreed timescales and ensures CSRs always detail the Observations,
Consequences and Actions for the customers attention. Communicate with
customers and wider team, in a professional and timely manner, as well as raising
issues with Ops Leader and Commercial colleagues as required. Participation and
engagement in review meetings with customers in order to contribute from an
operational and technical perspective. Good organisation and ability to schedule and
plan site visits throughout each month. Awareness and engagement with safe
chemical delivery and storage procedures.

Equipment: Calibration of personal and on-site equipment, and generation of
calibration certificates as required. Routine maintenance of proprietary as well as
third party technology and equipment. Operation of dosing pumps – changing dosing
rates as required based on on-site test results and ability to safely prime if required.
Independently diagnose issues found on-site and escalate or rectify as required.
Utilisation and engagement of WTS’s digital data visualisation platform, InSight, to
generate CSRs, manage trends and alarms, inventory stocks, add parameters and
assets as required and escalate any issues as required.

Requirements: Science or Engineering degree, preferably Chemistry based. Three
or more years experience in water treatment. Availability to travel within assigned
area, some overnight stops where necessary. Possession of valid Irish driving
licence. Currently eligible to work in Ireland. Good organisational, communication
and interpersonal skills, with fluent English. Goal oriented self-starter. Proficient PC
skills, including Google Apps.

Framework (our WTS Management System)
Ensure a consistent approach to EU mobile treatment unit deployment
including the development and maintenance of EHS review processes for
mobile systems projects, support to ITO and pre installation EHS assessment
Ensure there are appropriate standards and guidelines for the management
of EHS aspects relating to logistics and warehouse activities
Coordinate the processes across the region for the identification,
communication, adoption and execution of best practices.
Support EMEA initiatives for the development of EHS Culture including

  • Develop processes to ensure coordination to share best practices and disseminate appropriate information.
  • Provide technical training on environmental and water quality issues and regulations to appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct environmental and water compliance audits of operations.

    Role Summary:
    The Wastewater Process Engineer will work as part of a team of other Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) screening potential projects and opportunities for new
    construction, fleet-based solutions, and/or utilizing existing customer assets, preparing
    detailed process design calculations, developing and/or reviewing Process Flow Diagrams
    (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), providing technical guidance and support to Sales and Commercial Engineering teams, conducting site/field audits of existing plants to review performance and/or troubleshoot problems, and providing operational safety input to field services, engineering and design teams. The Technical Direction and Process Validation team works with many different technologies such as clarification, filtration, dissolved air flotation, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, electro-deionization, membrane bioreactors, degasification, adsorption, and dewatering technology. Applications include industrial wastewater treatment for discharge and/or reuse, cooling tower makeup and blowdown, Food and Beverage, Semiconductor, and Wastewater treatment applications.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    ● Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering (CE) Teams to support
    opportunities including screening new opportunities during WIN reviews for regional and
    global projects
    ● Provide technical and process support to meet Sales and Commercial Engineering
    team’s respective needs.
    ● Be responsible for the creation, development, and/or assessment of process design
    calculations and process flow diagrams (PFDs) for new and unique applications within
    the Services business, including but not limited to new greenfield projects, retrofit
    projects on existing sites, and upgrades to acquired assets.
    ● Participate in P-table (Process) reviews prior to proposal submission to ensure the
    proposed solution is capable of meeting and achieving the treatment system’s goals and
    product specifications over the entire duration of the contract.
    ● Participate in Peer Reviews of other SME team member’s projects to support P-table
    reviews, as required.

    ● Coach and mentor other team members, sharing your knowledge and background in
    your specific subject matter area of expertise to develop and elevate the entire team’s
    working knowledge
    ● Support lifecycle cost analysis while comparing and contrasting different flowsheets to
    arrive at the best technical approach
    ● Work with Sales and CE teams to apply process design strategies in order to position
    the company well in the early stages of project development, to increase the probability
    of success.
    ● Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Sales Managers and Local
    Representatives and other Commercial Engineering teams.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    ● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline. Mechanical, Chemical, or
    Environmental Engineering is preferred.
    ● Minimum of 10 years’ experience in water & wastewater process engineering or
    equipment supply field, preferably with several years of hands-on working knowledge on
    process equipment or in a plant environment.
    ● Minimum of 10 years’ experience in detailed process design and the ability to read and
    understand proposal documents and specifications, both from a technical and
    commercial perspective.
