Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Participate in acceptance criteria for new features.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automated tests.
  • Ensure end-to-end tests can be executed in an integration pipeline, from provisioning environments to test result reporting.
  • Design and execute manual tests.
  • Report and track bugs and assist in identifying root causes.
  • Define and track quality metrics.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for future development of the automation framework.
  • Collaborate with an international development team.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA automation testing.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript programming language for test automation.
  • Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with databases and knowledge in SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.

About Qlik 

 

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000$115,000 CDNper year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

What you will do

You will be part of a sprint team and be responsible for sprint related testing, creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to verify and validate the acceptance criteria features being deployed. Also as part of the sprint team you will be involved in reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents with the UX and product team and provide timely and meaningful feedback, and help to craft acceptance criteria. As part of the team you’ll join in on sprints, agile ceremonies; estimating and prioritising tests, planning and coordinating testing activities.

Outside of sprint work you will be involved in carrying out smoke and regression tests on routine build deploys as well as exploratory and integration testing.

Alongside these, you’ll be undertaking standard QA tasks such as;

  • Apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Carry out regular sanity checks for deploys across the various environments
  • Data validations by executing SQL queries against our databases
  • Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with new and existing testing tools, test strategies and test processes.

This role involves hands-on manual testing, collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality desktop and mobile solutions, following Agile ways of working, with an unwavering focus on quality, user experience, security, data protection and scalability.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Good experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process as QA engineer

About This Role

iRhythm is a leading digital healthcare company focused on the way cardiac arrhythmias are clinically diagnosed by combining our wearable bio sensing technology with powerful cloud-based data analytics and Artificial Intelligence capabilities. The Senior Manager, Software Quality will play a key role in delivering products and services of the highest quality and maintain regulatory compliance to applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

This role supports all global iRhythm sites and may require approximately 10% travel. The role may be remote or based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Software Quality Engineers focused on all aspects of software lifecycle quality assurance, testing, documentation and regulatory compliance related to iRhythm’s products and services.
  • Lead the development and implementation of software quality process strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 82304 and other relevant standards.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on FDA Part 820 Design Controls and other global regulatory requirements applicable to medical device software development.
  • Ensure software development activities adhere to regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and post-market surveillance.
  • Support regulatory submissions and audits by providing documentation and evidence of compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain change control processes for software development, ensuring that changes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and track changes to software requirements, design, and code, assessing their impact on product quality, safety, and effectiveness.
  • Utilize project management skills to develop comprehensive R&D project plans for software development initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirement.
  • Establish, implement and maintain the processes for development, testing, administration and maintenance of SaMD, ancillary software tools, non-product software and manufacturing firmware/software at iRhythm.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and process management within a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 82304, ISO 14971 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies in large-scale dynamic environment, with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.

TherapyNotes is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate, experienced engineer with a strong background in programming combined with a passion for software quality and test automation. The ideal candidate has extensive experience implementing an automated testing strategy at all layers of the application, especially at the API and UI layers.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the existing QA and development team members, deliver a comprehensive test strategy for an industry leading SaaS application
  • Ensure that test plans are consistent with test activities across a diverse and distribute set of development teams
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and build test plans
  • Maintain existing tests and write manual and automated tests while features are being developed
  • Test and validate software to ensure that it satisfies requirements and is free from defects
  • Analyze the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate tickets with sufficient findings
  • Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline and increase the organization's speed to market

Requirements

  • 8 or more years experience in an Agile, highly collaborative, team-based environment

  • Strong understanding of the Page Object Model testing design pattern

Overview:

In this role as QA II you will be a highly contributing member of a core engineering team working to build the LivePerson products offering from the ground up and expertly integrating it into the existing LivePerson offering. We are looking for a QA to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. The responsibilities include understanding system requirements, designing and implementing tests and in some cases debugging and defining corrective actions. This also includes creating a test framework and/or integrating with other test frameworks. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

 

You will: 

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Create System, Resiliency and Performance verification test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, implement develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

 

You have:

  • 5+ Years of industry experience
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Must have Programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Relational or non relational databases experience, including MySQL and Cassandra.
  • Self-starter, with ability to perform QA Duties with minimal supervision.
  • Experience testing REST based API’s
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience  inAutomation Framework (Cypress, PlayWright, PyTest)
  • Experience is QA automation tools, frameworks, and libraries
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and libraries (TestNG)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with performance, resiliency and/or security testing is a plus
  • Experience working with Chaos Monkey, JMeter is a plus
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and experience working with Jenkins or similar tools.
  • Strong preference to candidates with experience testing integration of telephony, CRM, or CTI applications
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent Analytical Skills with detailed understanding of SDLC especially with Agile development methodology
  • Experience with Kafka and Elasticsearch is huge plus
  • Understands process and sees value in automation and efficiency
  • Strong problem solving experience being able to come up with solutions including collaborating with 3rd party engineering teams.

 

 

Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $86000 to $105,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. Description

TherapyNotes is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate, experienced engineer with a strong background in programming combined with a passion for software quality and test automation. The ideal candidate has experience implementing an automated testing strategy at all layers of the application, especially at the API and UI layers.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the existing QA and development team members, deliver a comprehensive test strategy for an industry leading SaaS application
  • Ensure that test activities are consistent with test plans across a diverse and distributed set of development teams
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and build test plans
  • Maintain existing tests and write manual and automated tests while features are being developed
  • Test and validate software to ensure that it satisfies requirements and is free from defects
  • Analyze the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate tickets with sufficient findings
  • Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline and increase the organization's speed to market
  • Manually test application components where automation is not a good fit
  • Make recommendations on how our current testing processes can be improved

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in an Agile, highly collaborative, team-based environment
  • 3 or more years of experience developing API and UI test automation projects
  • BS and/or MS in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and design patterns
  • Strong understanding of the Page Object Model testing design pattern
  • Strong understanding of web and browser technologies
  • Experience with software development languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber
  • Experience integrating automated testing processes with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Experience using source control solutions such as Git/GitHub
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills

The Basics:  

Tanium QA Engineers are responsible for testing products built on the Tanium platform. This will involve working with developers and product managers to construct & execute test plans, plan for functional, performance & regression testing, file detailed bugs, and providing visibility through project updates.  

Strong technical skills are essential. If you are not comfortable hunting down resource leaks while simulating hundreds of thousands of clients, digging into the guts of windows security configuration or scripting environment configuration for dozens of target OS’s, this may not be the place for you. If these things sound as exciting to you as they do to us, then Tanium could be your new home!  

What you’ll do:  

  • Utilize project management skills to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects throughout the entire software development cycle 
  • Author and execute test plans and test cases  
  • Manage resources, project plans, estimates and timelines  
  • Review test plans, monitor test progress, and distribute test reports  
  • Understand business requirements and develop test cases against them  
  • Execute test plans efficiently, opening high quality bug reports as bugs are discovered 

 

We’re looking for someone with:  

Education

Experience  

    • 3-5 years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience (enterprise level preferred)

    • Strong experience with virtualization - VMware, Hyper-V, UTM, and similar
    • Proficient with scripting languages - shell, Python, PowerShell, etc., and familiar with their use for streamlining day to day tasks
    • Solid understanding of network security, experience in using packet capture tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, etc) is a plus  
    • Must be familiar with terms like authentication, file signature, and certificates  
    • Project management skills a plus.
