The Role:

  • Own a book of business from start to finish
    • Responsible for working your own leads
    • Manage Leads, Pipeline and Sales goals via Salesforce
    • Perform extensive discovery calls for your book of business in order to introduce strategies based on the prospect needs and educate them on the mobile app space to provide advice for success
    • Manage multiple buying contacts within prospects and engage/create organization-wide relationships to earn internal champions
    • Perform online demonstrations of the BuildFire platform to properly map the prospects needs/pains to the solutions we provide
      • Technical Sales Engineer support provided for demonstrations as needed
    • Negotiate the proper partnership level package for the prospect based on their needs
    • Collect onboarding, product needs, design requirements, business goals, etc to be able to transition them from a prospect to a customer and set up the post sales team and the prospect up for success after the sale
    • Work with Project Managers, Customer Success, Customer Support and Product teams to combat customer issues and increase retention
    • Communicate effectively with other departments to best grow the verticals and assure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and participate in a sales culture that builds everyone up and inspires them to exceed the goals put in front of them
  • Meet for weekly team meetings and one on ones with leadership
  • Forecast your progress and numbers on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Create & maintain Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities in Salesforce to ensure data cleanliness and maximize efficiencies

  • Global experience is required with ability to understand and optimize campaigns and numbers based on regions / market insights 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Maintain a filing and archiving system to ensure that documents are correctly filed and archived in the correct manner, with due regard for security and confidentiality
  • Responsible for processing invoices across Employability, raising appropriate PO’s, receiving, tracking.
  • Responsible for funding invoices, tracking and raising PO’s & communicating with advisors, ensuring full approval is in place.
  • Handling invoices across relevant teams.
  • Communicating and liaising with the finance department within Catch22.
  • Tracking and saving relevant invoices correctly and raising new suppliers appropriately.
  • Supporting the Operation Manager/ Senior Operations manager to track credit card spend and allocated to the correct budget/programme costs
  • Reconciling of the Ops Managers/ Senior Operations manager credit cards as and when needed
  • Keeping track of all credit cards and ensuring all Employability credit cards are reconciled on a regular basis and before financial deadlines
  • Responsible for petty cash payments, ensuring that the relevant authorisation is received, that relevant spreadsheets are completed and that reconciliations are undertaken in a timely manner, and all anomalies are accounted for
  • Responsible for requesting and tracking bac’s payments where appropriate and approved
  • Tracking and assurance activities - checking of bacs, vouchers and petty cash payments relating to the programmes allocated to you.
  • Ensuring advisors have (petty cash) confirmed reasonability for handling cash/floats when on outreach work
  • Ensuring cash safe is secure at all times
  • Arranging travel/hotel bookings/car hire for staff and clients, using relevant systems and maintain relevant records
  • Attend Service, Team and Admin meetings and prepare minutes as requested
  • Organise meeting venues/equipment/refreshments for events. Support with virtual events on Teams and Zoom as required
  • Act as a point of contact for the team on all matters pertaining to administration, assisting them as and when required
  • Correctly manage the incoming calls and monitors the inbox’s
  • Complete all daily/weekly tasks including Adobe sign requests, pre & post programme surveys, customer surveys, volunteering support and case study tracking
  • Keep on top of office supplies as needed
  • Supporting all new starters with setting up their IT equipment
  • Ensuring all advisor equipment is disposed of correctly and sent back accurately
  • Overseeing equipment supplies for client loans
  • Ensuring all cabinets and cupboards are locked securely
  • Health & safety rep for local office
  • Undertake any other duties as requested
  • Ability to respond well to a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • A sound knowledge of using Microsoft software, particularly Word, Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and procedures
  • Experience of using a CRM system (APTEM / Salesforce etc)

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first conversation with inbound and outbound prospects and potential clients. You will actively chase/hunt new clients by scrubbing all cannabis related resources and databases to find new leads, planning trade show events/meetings, and targeting campaigns. Top BDR candidates will possess a demonstrated ability to develop strong rapport with clients while conveying the Wurk solutions offerings in a short time. Responsibilities

· Be the first contact and interaction with prospects through inbound and outbound channels

· Extensively research companies, events, news articles, social media platforms, etc. for relevant leads and new prospects

· Establish rapport during initial conversations while positioning the Wurk solution appropriately

· Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnership Teams to leverage communication channels, outreach, and prospecting cadences

· Identify key decision-makers in organizations to ensure multi-threading with prospects across internal divisions

· Identify and target prospects for Team Members attending Trade Shows/Events/Openings etc., to maximize face to face interactions with C-Level executives

· Work closely with the Marketing/Partnership Team to leverage memberships and existing relationships in new and emerging market segments and establish brand presence

· Constantly thinking of new ideas and strategies, whatever it takes to get in the door and set the meeting

· Manage a constantly evolving database of leads in Salesforce and HubSpot, efficiently processing all pre-sales functions prior to handoff with Account Executive

· Qualify, quantify, track and report on both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts and their results

· Maintain a HIGH-Level of professionalism and respect in all interactions and communications both internally and externally that reflect company values and mission

· Some travel may be required as needed, less than 15% annually

Required Skill Sets and Experience

· Previous work or internship in a business development/lead generation capacity

· Excellent Time Management skills and attention to detail
