What You Will Be Doing

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards and apply quantitative analysis/data visualization to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams
  • Provide updates to Contacts & Leads in Salesforce and manage to ensure Data health of the CRM platform
  • Provide support to Sales team and setup deal desk format to streamline help and ticket requests

 

Salesforce & SalesLoft Setup & Training

  • Provide Salesforce and SalesLoft administration setup and training for all users, system configuration, reporting, documentation of best practices and maintenance of data

 

Tactical Operations

  • Actively assist with leads management (MQL to SQO)
  • Process orders and support sales teams with planning and operational tasks
  • Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database

 

Assist with Process & Systems Architecture, Improvement, and Implementation

  • Assist in the improving overall sales performance through process improvement, system enhancements and best practice sharing
  • Assist in execution of alleviating bottlenecks to better assist the sales team
  • Assist in process improvement and manage all aspects of Salesforce CRM and SalesLoft sales automation including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance
  • Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to achieve data needs and analysis results more effectively
  • Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce and SalesLoft and assist in training sales representatives to use these capabilities

Job Summary

As a member of the Furnished Quarters Technology team, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for building, testing, and maintaining new and existing custom applications on the Salesforce platform and other related applications. This individual will interface with employees in the Technology, Marketing,  Sales, Operations, and Client Service groups. Job Description

  • Work on complex business and technical problems, analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement.

Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator will provide support to the organization through the customization, maintenance, user training and automation of the Salesforce services Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Core Functions

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.

  • Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.

  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

  • Manage operational requests such as creating and updating data fields, objects, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop cross organizational training materials and provide training and support to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,  and Marketing Cloud end users.

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Salesforce Databases, including cleansing and duplicate record management.

  • Manage migration of data into Salesforce from CSV, APIs, and third party apps.

  • Investigate and evaluate new releases of Salesforce along with custom features to determine functionality requirements. Map and communicate how changes will affect stakeholders.

Project Support

  • Generate a variety of sales related reports using both Salesforce data and Wish Data.  

  • Support KPI creation and related reporting for BDs and AMs in conjunction with business leaders.

  • Coordinate activities between BD/AM, content, marketing and Data functionalities internally at Wish.

                ·     Ensures that new customization is tested before rollout

                ·     Ensures that work performed is well organized and documented

                ·     Carefully makes mass updates/changes to company data

                ·     Supports and Consults with Developer team regarding business needs and system functionality

                ·     Performs quality tests of the website from a customer stand point whenever changes are made

                ·     Develops and maintains SOPs for the business processes created in or around Salesforce implementation

                ·     Create Reports and Dashboards based on employee responsibilities

                ·     Identifies on-going issues and designs future system projects to address them after launch

                ·     Provides ongoing Salesforce support and training to employees

                 

                Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

                • Salesforce Administration experience – specifically around:
                  • Visualforce Page development experience, 2+ years experience
                  • Pardot, marketing cloud experience, 2+ years experience
                  • API / 3rd party app integration
                  • Logic Broker, Amazon Seller, and Google Shopping knowledge a plus
                  • General Automation – email templates and automated communications, field updates,  calculations/formula fields
                  • Flow knowledge – both workflow and process builder
                • General Technical:
                  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
                  • Strong project management skills
                  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
                  • Technical documentation – both for system change management and end-user knowledge articles
                  • Proficient at developing and coding using Apex and Java Script
                  • Reporting and analytics experience:  Including Einstein, Tableau, SAS, etc.
                • Team / Interpersonal Skills:
                  • Able to work with a positive attitude in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment
                  • Able to manage multi-channel communication streams
                  • Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
                  • Follow-up with both internal and external clients during troubleshooting phase and when work is complete
                  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and resourceful, but also comes with a demonstrated ability to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks
                  • Team centric – we are all on the same team and work to support each other, no matter which department we report through
                • Degreein Computer Science or related STEM-based field,or equivalentworkexperience– Salesforce Certification preferred: Developer and/or Admin
