Salesforce Administrator (EMEA)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Administrator (EMEA) will manage all aspects of the entire Salesforce environment. This position will be responsible for guiding the ongoing development, improving processes and promoting adoption of the platform. The role will be primarily focused on our European sales and marketing teams; however will interact/support users globally as well collaborate with other administrators on the team. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes for the sales, marketing, support departments. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator. The role will heavily support users on CPQ from assisting with quote creation and working with product management to set up price books/product bundles/approval flows. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment and provide day-to-day end-user support for 300+ Salesforce Users.
· Maintenance of CPQ and supporting users through collaboration with sales leaders, product, legal and finance.
· Implement CPQ to other sales divisions of the company.
· Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks both in Lightning and Classic.
· Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.

The Platform Administration Salesforce will collaborate with our agencies to migrate their data from non-Salesforce donor management platforms to a centralized Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) organization.
