As a Senior Solutions Engineer at CLEAR, you will be responsible for ensuring our helping our prospects become partners by successfully integrating with our CLEAR Verified product. What you'll do:
Act as the internal and external product expert in the integration and usage of the CLEAR Verified platform.
Develop code samples, prototypes, and reference applications to demonstrate best practices and minimize customer development time, across a variety of languages and frameworks.
Support customers throughout the pre and post-sales and integration process, assisting with common coding issues and patterns or troubleshooting, while creating reusable documentation and collateral to help scale the team.
Regularly collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback and suggestions

What you’ll do as a Solutions Engineer
You are the technical lynchpin through the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with our mid-market prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology will allow you to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person, through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. About the team:
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our sales organization, being a thought-leader throughout the sales process by articulating and demonstrating how UserTesting’s solution solves business challenges and delivers positive business outcomes.
Collaborate with Enterprise Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to identify customer’s business goals and initiatives, and uncover unmet needs and challenges
Consult and partner with various stakeholders from C-Suite Executives to Researchers to maximize the quality and value of the insights they will gather from UserTesting’s solution
Develop strategic solutions that map to customer’s business goals and initiatives
Provide recommendations and best practices on how UserTesting can address business goals and initiatives, unmet needs, and challenges
Deliver relevant and impactful product demonstrations that impress the value of UserTesting’s solution in relation to customer’s goals & initiatives
Develop a deep familiarity of the UserTesting platform via hands-on training leveraging relevant use cases
Demonstrate understanding and value of customer experience research methodologies conducted via the UserTesting platform
Lead and/or consult on Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to ensure results address and impact a strategic business goal or initiative
Partner with the Research and Marketing teams to develop collateral, content and training to enable the Sales team
Communicate effectively with Sales team regarding sales activities and strategies
Inform the Product teams of trends, use cases, and business impact of how specific capabilities are delivering / undelivering against customers’ business goals & objectives
Engage in thought leadership and marketing related efforts, such as blogs, webinars, and public speaking
What We’re Looking For:
Experience within a customer-facing or consultative firm; preferably as a Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineer
Experience within a client-side environment leading research initiatives
Deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be results oriented
Strong passion for CX practices, research, and technology
Experience with our product a plus!
Candidates living in the east coast is strongly preferred
