      • Zone B: $145,400 - $184,300
      • Zone C: $138,000 - $174,000
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • $174,000 - $220,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’smarket location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. As a Solutions Engineer you’ll … 

  • Guide our customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
  • Build effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
  • Influence product direction by representing the customer voice while working with product, marketing and sales.

About you 

You’ll thrive as aSenior Solutions Engineer if you have:

  • 4+ years of SaaS technical pre-sales experience, ideally but not necessarily in the Web Development, Content Management, or Digital Experience Platform space
  • You have been involved with mid-size accounts from discovery to close
  • A consultative approach that earns trust and deepens relationships to help customers solve problems
  • Experience with solution and value selling to large customers
  • A general understanding of APIs and web development is helpful— HTML, CSS & JavaScript

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer,you will be our technical champion throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, bringing customers onto the platform and working closely between sales, customer success, product, and engineering.   • Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for Lumos prospects and customers, owning all technical responsibilities required in our sales and onboarding journeys.

What you’ll do

The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organisation is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers. Solution Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds - from Financial Consulting to Product Management, Customer Support to Software Engineering, and we are serious about building a diverse, curious and collaborative team.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. You will aid your customers and will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support to do so. The position requires strong personal time management skills, organizational skills, accountability, autonomy, problem solving, and ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities. This includes working with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure high stakes professional services project SKUs are delivered in a timely manner meeting the customer’s requirements and value proposition. 

The candidate must be detail-oriented, have experience of managing multiple implementations simultaneously, be meticulously organized, professional, an exceptional communicator, people / customer centric, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Before a solutions project is sold, work closely with sales and pre-sales engineers for completeness and accuracy of scoping and clear understanding of customer requirements and value proposition
  • Initiate and manage enterprise solutions Professional Services projects, ensuring the technical development / delivery, resourcing, and vendor management planning is in place, maintained, and accurate
  • Gather and document business processes (existing and future) and well as participate in discovery and rapid design sessions. Write specifications for desired solutions, configurations, and system integrations as needed
  • Advise and consult clients on best practices for UCaaS/CCaaS processes, user interface, and architecture and assists technical consultants with architecting solutions, related customizations, workflows, and reports to model the client’s organizational processes and clearly demonstrate the desired value proposition
  • Responsible for the overall project management of the involved resources to ensure projects deliver the desired outcomes (schedule, costs, quality, resource management and benefits) including scope and change requests, and maintaining appropriate project status data and time entry in PSA tools
  • Maintain continuous communication with customer(s) while maintaining project schedules highlighting potential risks and bringing forward issues with optional resolutions
  • Facilitate and lead weekly meetings, discovery and design review sessions, demos etc. as needed
  • Responsible for ensuring that all delivery projects’ artifacts are in place and in compliance with Nextiva’s delivery methodology
  • Assist with demos, configurations, testing and training as needed
  • Stay up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially

  • Act as the internal and external product expert in the integration and usage of the CLEAR Verified platform.

Salary:

Salary Range:  $220K- $270K

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

Overview:

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our largest and most strategic accounts alongside new business initiatives. We are a remote-first organization that places great importance on gathering our teams for company events, collaborative projects, and training sessions. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Dallas, Seattle, San Diego, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, or North Carolina. You will:

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales Engineering or relevant technical experience (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Developer), with a track record in large enterprise deals.
    • Product Management or similar experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, UML diagramming, Agile development workflows, Conversational AI and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS certification is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience selling into or supporting sales cycle for large key accounts  (renewals, upsells, new LOBs, attrition prevention, expansions).

  • BA or BS Degree, or equivalent

The salary range for this role will be between $97,000 - $120,000 and commission split is 70/30.
