We are looking to bring on a Pega Test Specialist that is experienced with test automation, comprehensive testing plans, mentor junior testers, and oversee all aspects of the testing process. They will leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS   
  • US citizenship with ability to be cleared for public trust clearance
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with automated testing 
  • Familiarity with Pega or similar low-code COTS platform testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
  • Experience with implementations using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar methodology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skillswith client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to work remotely and securely.
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
  • Develops comprehensive testing plans that align with project objectives and risk assessments.
  • Provides ongoing coaching and guidance to less experienced testers, fostering their professional development through knowledge sharing and hands-on experience.
  • Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.
  • Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. 
  • Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
  • Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
  • Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Developer who will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. 

This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. The role will implement ServiceNow SPM including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.  


Requirements 

  • 5+ years experience supporting SPM implementations, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
  • 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications 
  • 5+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
  • Generating detailed documentation.
  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • US Citizenship

This cleared resource will be on site in Fairfax VA, will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.

This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. The role will implement ServiceNow customizations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports. 

Requirements

  • Current Secret Security Clearance
  • Local to Washington DC
  • 5+ years experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
  • 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications 
  • 5+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
  • Generating detailed documentation.
  • US Citizenship
