We are looking to bring on a Pega Test Specialist that is experienced with test automation, comprehensive testing plans, mentor junior testers, and oversee all aspects of the testing process. They will leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. Requirements 

• 5+ years experience supporting SPM implementations, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
