This resource will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: SPM implementations, screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.

This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. The role will implement ServiceNow customizations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports. 

Requirements

  • Prior experience implementing SPM.
  • 5+ years experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
  • 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications 
  • 5+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
  • Generating detailed documentation.

The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst must have knowledge on how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst  may be responsible for the planning and day-to-day administration of the Service Mapping process, working with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the inputs and outputs of Service Mapping.

This is not a technical role, though an understanding and knowledge of the ServiceNow ITOM suite would be beneficial in troubleshooting the map results and suggesting solutions to any issues encountered.

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning, implementing, upgrading, or monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information
