We are looking for aServiceNow Technical Architect will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple internal and customer-facing project.  The ServiceNow Technical Architect could also be sponsored by Bravium to obtain their ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Serves as the overall Enterprise Architect across multiple technologies with a focus on ServiceNow
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure best practices are being adhered to
  • Providing technical recommendations and direction for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for Bravium's clients and internal ServiceNow development team
  • Providing high-level estimations on work breakdown structures for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
  • Working with the development team to demo potential solutions as required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the overall platform
  • Provide guidance around security posture across the platform

Requirements
Minimum skills and qualifications: 

  • U.S. Citizenship 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science 
  • 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in multiple medium to large enterprise environments
  • 7+ years of experience with application development experience SDLC, Agile Scrum, etc.)
  • Extensive experience developing custom applications using scalable solutions
  • Javascript and opensource development experience
  • Possess an in-depth working knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules
  • Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure best practices 
  • Must work well in a team environment while providing leadership skills and guidance 
  • Ability to multi-task and provide support across multiple projects

  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for developing applications on the ServiceNow platform using industry best practices.
  • Responsible for analyzing business requirements and business processes by working closely with analysts and client.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Platform Architect to provide ServiceNow design/development support.
  • Design and develop solutions with the ServiceNow environment to include new or modification to applications. forms. workflows, UI Action/ Policies, ACL's interfaces, and nay other configurations required to support client needs.
  • Perform hands on technical development work based on assigned user stories; conduct unit testing for each story assigned.
  • Develop custom script-includes when necessary.
  • Migrate updates set between environment and batch update-sets for production deployments.
  • Able to successfully troubleshoot bugs and defects by working closely with the development team.
  • Work in an Agile team environment and participate in story point, spring planning, and other scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • US Citizenship
  • 4 years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities 

  • Manage large-scale project or multiple small to mid-range projects with overall responsibility for project's success.
  • Work with project sponsor(s) and the team to establish project performance goals, metrics and baselines.
  • Develop financial estimates and other financial models for project, as necessary.
  • Implement and follow Project Management Office standard methodologies, processes and tools, develops and maintains project documentation, work plans and project deliverables. Guide others in the use of the methodology and tools.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analysts who are excited to grow with us. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participates in the development of functional business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.
  • Understands business processes and priorities. Evaluates alternative business process and technology solutions, and participates in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Develops business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans.
  • Conducts system testing and facilitates user acceptance testing.
  • Works collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the business groups.
  • Develops working knowledge of the client’s industry and uses this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interfaces with the application development team to validate test results for new applications verifying that they meet the requirements of their business group.

REQUIREMENTS

  • US Citizenship
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience
  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Prior working knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Experience with Agile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Client‐focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Visio
  • Comfortable with presenting and running workshops

We are looking for ServiceNow Developers that will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. 

This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules. The role will implement ServiceNow customizations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.  


Requirements 

  • 5+ years experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
  • 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications 
  • 5+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
  • Generating detailed documentation.
  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science

We are looking for aServiceNow SPM Architect will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple internal and customer-facing project.  The ServiceNow SPM Architect could also be sponsored by Bravium to obtain their ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Serves as the overall Enterprise Architect across multiple technologies with a focus on ServiceNow
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure best practices are being adhered to
  • Providing technical recommendations and direction for ServiceNow SPM implementations and/or enhancements
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for Bravium's clients and internal ServiceNow development team
  • Providing high-level estimations on work breakdown structures for ServiceNow SPM implementations and/or enhancements
  • Working with the development team to demo potential solutions as required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the overall platform
  • Provide guidance around security posture across the platform

Requirements
Minimum skills and qualifications: 

  • U.S. Citizenship 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science 
  • Prior experience implementation SPM
  • 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in multiple medium to large enterprise environments
  • 7+ years of experience with application development experience (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Extensive experience developing custom applications using scalable solutions
  • Javascript and opensource development experience
  • Possess an in-depth working knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules
  • Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure best practices 
  • Must work well in a team environment while providing leadership skills and guidance 
  • Ability to multi-task and provide support across multiple projects
