About the role

We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate PR & Advocacy Manager to be fully responsible for all of the day-to-day areas of PR for the Northern Europe region (Ireland, DACH, Scandinavia & Benelux), focusing on driving brand and product strategies to engage media (consumer and corporate), influencers and makeup artists.

This role will report into our Head of PR (North EU), and will involve working very closely alongside Global PR & Marketing as well as the EMEA Marketing and Commercial teams.

In addition, this role will work very closely with Local PR Agencies to develop, implement and analyse strategic PR plans to launch new territories, stores, NPD, brand partnerships and brand campaigns and engage with the diverse Charlotte Tilbury audience to drive increased brand awareness and sales.

As a PR Manager you will

  • Manage, coach and inspire a team of 2 internal direct reports and 5 agencies.
  • Develop strategies and exceptional PR plans that can be executed locally to grow brand awareness of Charlotte Tilbury (person and brand) amongst targeted audiences.
  • Promote and respect core brand values and work closely with all departments (including commercial, digital, training & education, NPD, global and marketing) and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns and relevant content.
  • Collaborate closely with global PR team and local marketing teams to devise and deliver record breaking activity for each new launch (product or region).
  • Create and execute strategies and plans to support brand launches including NPD, new markets and campaigns - driving brand pillars and delivering on key objectives, including but not limited to press coverage, influencer partnerships, gifting, mailers and eventing.
  • Guide local agencies to develop and secure consistent, quality and on-brand coverage across print, online & broadcast press
  • Manage planning, execution and delivery of core Charlotte Tilbury spokesperson opportunities, profiling key members of the business including Charlotte and Sofia Tilbury through 121 interviews with top tier press. Work alongside agencies to secure interviews, gather and vet questions, create briefing template and chaperone interview, sharing transcripts afterwards and remaining close until coverage is published
  • Develop the local paid & organic strategy alongside the team for influencers, ranging from macro to micro.
  • Plan and execute local and international press and influencer trips to the highest standard, delivering strong ROI and creating noise and buzz within the PR industry
  • Work closely with the commercial teams to build retailer relationships, develop, and execute plans to boost retailer moments.
  • Full ownership of all regional budgets, internal budget tracker and finance processes.
  • Oversee, feedback and contribute to key reporting and planning documents and presentations.

  • A proven background in Beauty, Lifestyle or Fashion PR, within an agency or in-house.
  • Strong experience across both press and influencer activity is essential.

About the role

We are currently looking for a highly creative mid-weight Digital Designer to join our in-house design team. This role will see you working on a variety of creative projects across the business. You will be brimming with fresh ideas and have incredible typography skills, as well as having an expert eye for composition and layout. You will be a self-starter with a love for all things art, design and beauty.

You will have the opportunity to work on digital campaign designs, as well as evergreen digital brand experiences and digital comms. You will also work closely with the content, print and CRM teams to create best-in-class digital designs from concept through to execution and ensure consistency across the board.

As a Digital Designer you will

  • Creating and delivering digital assets for website, emails, display and paid social advertising.
  • Translate pre-approved campaign creative into a broad variety of global digital assets, ensuring consistency across all elements (i.e. emails, CT.com, Third Party Retailers, Affiliates and Social, BAU & Evergreen templated digital assets)
  • Create impactful animated content, GIFs and motion graphics that elevate campaign storytelling.
  • Keep up to date with trends, best practices, digital advancements and competitors to help improve the team’s approach to digital design
  • Keep digital style guides up to date.
  • Work closely with the creative services team, digital and CRM teams to ensure all briefs are understood and deliverables are met on time.

About you

  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating all types of digital design (website, emails, social, animated content) across various customer touch points, preferable within luxury/beauty industries.
  • Expert use of Adobe design suite. Previous experience with collaborative design tools such as Sketch or Figma preferable.
  • Strong experience working with animated GIFs and videos, After Effects skills are a big plus.
  • Understanding and knowledge of online accessibility and UX.
  • Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines. Strong typographic skills is a must!
  • Multi-tasker that can respond to changes quickly and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative process.
  • Commercially focused outlook.
  • Understand how to pitch ideas with sketches, wireframes and mock-ups.
  • Able to work well using own initiative, as well as collaborate and work as part of team.
  • HTML and CSS knowledge advantageous.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, inspiring, and conceptual Lead Graphic Designer to join their highly productive in-house design team, within our Creative Agency. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic portfolio which demonstrates; creative excellence, a keen eye for detail, considered composition, commercial awareness and strength in branding, typography, and layout.


Reporting to the Head of Design, you will support in the conceptualisation, development and execution of global marketing campaigns, keeping the core identity and vision of the brand at the heart of everything you do. As an expert in the visual identity of these campaigns, you’ll then journey through to the development of supporting material for things such as OOH, press events, pop ups, and travel retail takeovers – ensuring the integrity and consistency of the campaign is maintained throughout. You will also support in the creation of a variety of core brand collateral.

As a talented and driven Lead Graphic Designer, with a creative eye and self-motivated drive, you thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, love to be busy and enjoy working on multiple projects at once. You’ll have excellent visual and verbal communication skills, your work is always to the highest standard, you enjoy working with people at all levels and love to be part of a team. As a Lead Graphic Designer

 

  • You will be a responsible for the conceptualisation, development and execution of global marketing campaign artwork and 360 campaign guidelines. You will provide guidance and feedback to regional teams, ensuring regional executions align with global direction.
  • You will be able to effectively translate in-store campaign artwork into OOH advertising. Providing guidance on a variety of executions such as 6 sheets, D6, billboards, vehicle wraps and transport hub takeovers.
  • You will be highly collaborative in your approach, working closely with multiple departments across the business, such as Global & Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Digital Design, PR and Travel Retail.
  • As a senior member of the Design Team, within the Creative Agency, you will work closely with Project Managers, Art Directors, Retouch and Copywriters.
  • You will partner closely with the Art Directors throughout the lifecycle of your campaign projects. With their direction and support, you’ll work together to establish initial pre-shoot campaign intention, post-shoot campaign development and delivery.

Trabajo Transversal

  • Trabajar estrechamente con finanzas para preparar, mantener y actualizar los pronósticos de ventas al por menor, así como las actualizaciones semanales de reportes de ventas netas, señalando riesgos y oportunidades para garantizar una correcta información financiera.   
  • Colaborar estrechamente con la cadena de suministro de socios comerciales para asegurar operaciones sin contratiempos y entrega puntual de producto.   
  • Trabajar de manera efectiva con el equipo de Marketing Regional para prever los próximos lanzamientos, buscando retroalimentación y perspectivas de las partes involucradas.

About the role

Please note this is a 12-month FTC

We are looking for a talented Lead/Senior Packaging Designer to join our highly productive in-house team. You’ll have a minimum of 6-8 years experience in the beauty industry, and significant exposure to branding, primary and secondary packaging, and print collateral. You will be a conceptual designer with a great eye for typography and a thorough understanding of Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Experience in 2D rendering is a must, 3D rendering is a plus! You should also be a confident illustrator who can sketch ideas and translate drawings into packaging design. You will be able to interpret briefs, be extremely organised and manage your own projects from conception through to completion.  

You will help to develop creative concepts and design ideation for primary and secondary packaging briefs, as well as the delivery of technical artworks. You will be an expert in packaging and print and production, and be confident in presenting your ideas, whilst keeping up-to-date with current beauty and fashion trends.

As a Senior Packaging Designer (2D) you will

  • Design ideation and concept development of all projects 
  • Manage own projects conception through to completion 
  • Present design evolution and ideation of projects to Director of Design 
  • Collaborate and communicate directly with cross-functional NPD, Packaging Development, Copy and Marketing teams 
  • Communicate needs and production requirements to Senior Creative Artworker and Packaging Manager - Continue developing design and strategic skills
  • Participate in weekly design and cross-functional meetings  
  • Review relevant colour/design-sensitive components of packaging  
  • Participate in 1-1 meetings and keep manager up to date

The Role

The Customer Supply Chain Planner is the glue between internal sales and operational teams as well as customers and our fulfilment partners, driving our operational execution and service levels. The initial focus will be to support our ambitious expansion plans by creating the processes required to supply new countries across the regions, but very quickly you will also be looking at getting the balance just right between operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail but can also identify and address long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.

As a Customer Supply Chain Planner, you will


As the primary contact for our wholesale customers and Charlotte Tilbury Business Managers, you will have a very strong influence on how these partners value the efficiency and competence of our operations. To be successful, you will need to:

  • Communicate in a pro-active, informative, and collaborative manner to manage expectations in the event of new stores, new products, marketing activity, operational delays, out of stocks, etc.
  • Manage and streamline order to receipt flow as well as Systems administration and ERP health checks (part/not fulfilled orders; month-end processes; file timings and issues etc.)
  • Understand and maintain SKU ranges, discontinued, NPD and allocations orders, OOS and optimal inventory levels within tight commercial, operational & other resource constraints by creating transfer orders between multiple sites globally.
  • Provide support and assistance to the regional Customer Supply Chain Manager and the National Accounts team on the performance of the day-to-day operations and operational concerns of wholesale customer partners / Charlotte Tilbury business managers.
  • Understand operational weaknesses and highlight/implement solutions to improve customer service and delivery efficiencies.
  • Have a total control and understanding of OTIF management and implement and improve the procedure.
  • Have a strong awareness of short term commercial and marketing activities which could have impacts on the effectiveness of the operations and pro-actively manage these business requirements with the support of key stakeholders.

Reporting Relationships

  • Reporting into the regional Customer Supply Chain Manager
  • Supporting the regional National Accounts function as the first point of contact for Supply Chain queries.

  • A strong educational background
  • Strong data and excel skills with ability to use complex formulas (IF, SUMIFS etc)

The Role:

Reporting into the VP of Finance & New Business Development, the Senior Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for ensuring the health and accuracy of the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger for US, Canada and LATAM subsidiaries. The Senior AR Manager will have end to end ownership of the AR function encompassing billing and collections, chargeback recovery, implementing process efficiencies, aging/DSO management, and retailer relationships. This role will monitor incoming payments and outgoing invoices of customers in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner w/ strong emphasis on deductions analysis and recovery. It will partner with both local and global finance teams in ensuring a timely and accurate month close and the preparation of financial reporting of AR sub-ledger. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the AR function, proven track record of process improvements, history of successful chargeback recovery, talent development and ability to build and maintain synergetic internal and external partnerships.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to VP of Finance & New Business Development.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for managing and developing one team member
  • Lead Month End close for AR, reconciling monthly transactions, booking accruals within set deadlines and providing commentary for significant variances
  • Ensure adherence to group AR and Credit/Risk controlling policies
  • Tightly manage DSO ensuring outstanding debt is collected within terms of customer payment terms and credit limit
  • Build and maintain synergetic partnerships with retailers and internal cross functional teams to drive KPI’s, resolve claim and aged debt matters and influence decisions impacting AR
  • Timely dispute chargebacks and seek favorable resolution through investigation, building supporting document packages and effective communication with retailers
  • Implement and sustain a stock returns triangulation process encompassing finance, supply chain and commercial functions to ensure 360 validation of RGAs
  • Deliver weekly customer aging with variance analysis and account commentary
  • Distribute Regional AR summaries on a quarterly basis, flagging areas of concerns and presenting resolution action plans
  • Provide short term cash flow forecasts against outstanding debt balance
  • Work with IT team to raise and resolve any EDI or invoicing issues and maintain health of sub-ledger transactions
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve customer any billings issues
  • Issue customer re-bills for CAPEX and other negotiated contributions
  • Maintain customer support files, returns authorization trackers and related customer documentations thoroughly and accurately
  • Escalate material credit control related matters to proper internal parties
  • Collaborate cross functionally with relation to new retailer setup
  • Complete Monthly Internal Control Tasks

·       Assist with local credit insurance reporting, making sure retailers stay within compliance of insurance requirements

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Accounts Receivable experience of 10+ years required, CPG experience a plus!
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Experience with EDI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, sum-if, index-match, etc) and financial systems savviness

About the role

The Marketing Manager for Korea will support The Head of Marketing and Communication to elevate the brand awareness in Korea. In particular, the Marketing manager will be tasked with successfully driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products. Define the local brand strategy in line with the global brand positioning.

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for

-Lead 360 Marketing Strategy

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Korean market, focusing on both new launches and existing product lines. Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while tailoring strategies to local consumer behavior and trends.
  • USP & POD Identification: Collaborate with global and regional teams to identify and articulate the Unique Selling Points (USPs) and Points of Difference (PODs) for new and key products. Ensure these are effectively communicated in all marketing and promotional activities.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, and in-store. Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, PR, and APAC and global multi-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Budget & Performance Management:Oversee budget management, including sales forecasting, and P&L to ensure brand profitability and effective resource allocation.

-Drive Local Relevancy

  • Consumer Insight:Identify and leverage local consumer and market insights, sharing findings with global teams to ensure new campaigns resonate with regional needs.

Responsible for achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential and ensuring superior service to our customers. Overseeing the day-to-day operations on counter, the Sales and Artistry coordinator is also responsible for strategizing future needs while executing with excellence: sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer and in store support teams, which results in achievement of overall territory sales and strengthened Brand awareness.

 

Role Accountabilities:

Sales

  • Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) – examples; Mix of Business (MOB), 0 + 12 Budget (Sales Plan), door ranking, and product ranking.
  • Determine individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plan.
  • Communicate agreed targets and work with direct reports to identify and deliver sales objectives.
  • Identify and execute key and incremental Eventing opportunities to bring Tilbury theater to the in-store experience to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Inspire and motivate CT door teams to drive sales via the “Tilbury Touch” when Sales & Artistry Coordinator is not in door.
  • Participate in regional meetings, team conference calls and regular touch bases to share best practices and create solutions to address business needs.
  • Analyze business performance and proactively suggest improvement opportunities through artistry, education and operations.
  • Responsible for being a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the company guidelines.
  • Think creatively to ensure business growth year over year.

 

Customer Service

  • Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service to drive brand awareness in door.
  • Identify ways to improve Charlotte Tilbury service extending through retail employees via in store support, training and eventing.
  • Manage customer queries, using sound judgement and a goal of achieving positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Education team to provide continuous, relevant, and effective training and development. This ongoing development should be both internal and external to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in areas of service, artistry and product knowledge.
  • Drive the omni journey by promoting Charlottetilbury.com and our Virtual Services, when appropriate.
  • Proactive use of the Retailer customer database for direct clientele opportunities in the air and on the ground.
  • Provide an atmosphere that motivates and inspires MAGIC service, both internally and externally.
  • Lead by example through continuously improving and evolving personal artistry skills.
  • Personally maintain a professional appearance and ensure the team aligns with the CT dress code including both makeup and attire.

 

Team Development

  • Proactively anticipate staffing and support needs for driving sales.
  • Create a positive, cohesive, cooperative team culture in store.
  • Facilitate high impact trainings that include key in-store Retailer trainings (ie: Sephora Sales + Training visits / Nordstrom Stay and Play).
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity through team meetings, trainings and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Recognize and celebrate great performance.
  • Encourage completion of LMS courses and provide follow-up on retention checks.
  • Attend and participate in Seasonal School and partner with Area Trainer on at counter follow-up plan.
  • Assist Area Trainer with Start of a Dream/CMA new hire onboarding.

 

Operations

  • Implement door development plans and schedule support to address business growth needs.
  • Ensure that the counter is ‘customer ready’ from open to close of business.
  • Maintain the required inventory levels and accurate stock files; escalate inventory needs as directed by channel to optimize sales.
  • Schedule to optimize coverage according to customer flow and business needs.
  • Control store expenses (i.e. counter consumables) within budget guidelines.
  • Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the Magic office.
  • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
  • Maintain technology on counter, to include screens, iPad and music.
  • Raise operational and VM issues for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the timely submission and accuracy of expenses, financial tracking of expenditures and other company owned asset forms.
  • Accountable for completing all administrative assignments by their due date.

 

Store and Retail Partner Relationships

  • Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the entire store team.
  • Maximize ROI by scheduling time in store during peak business hours, including weekends.
  • Build relationships that are meaningful through strong communication, reliability, and partnership
  • Maintain the store standards and policies at all times.
  • Proactively suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales within store.

 

Reporting Relationships: Reporting to the Sales & Artistry Executive

You Will Have:

 

  • 2 plus years of Beauty industry experience.
  • 2 plus years of Beauty retail management.
  • Be willing to travel 75% of the time.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral.

About the role

As a Digital Media Executive, you will execute regional full funnel paid media strategies and help drive growth under the direction of a manager. You will work within our Agile Media Team, cross-functionally with the wider Performance Media team and other departments (broader digital, trade and global marketing) to implement multi-channel campaigns to help drive awareness for new product launches, always-on initiatives and driving footfall to Local on the ground events.  As a Digital Media Executive you will

  • Create, manage, and optimise Paid Social and Display campaigns across multiple platforms according to media plans.

  • Experience in social commerce (TikTok Shop & Instagram Checkout) would be a plus.
  • Experience activating campaigns across multiple creative formats, in various environments, preferably across international markets.
  • Experience in managing the creative/ content briefing process.

The Role:

The Area Trainer (AT) delivers the core education initiatives to field and retail employees. The AT helps to develop, instruct, educate and demonstrate the Charlotte Tilbury core values, makeup artistry, product knowledge, social acumen and our M.A.G.I.C service experience. They support healthy sell-through and maintenance of key franchises by overseeing the delivery of relevant and on-time core education & event initiatives. Role Accountabilities:

Ensure Educational & Sales objectives are met by:

  • Delivers seasonal territory objectives, priorities, and goals (seasonal launches, new account openings, and special events.)
  • Executes seasonal education plan in stores. Owns preparation and follow-up.
  • Ensures strong follow-up action plans for all training moments.
  • Works in tandem with retail partners to coordinate scheduling of all basic, seasonal, promotional, event, and in-store education.
  • Provides feedback on counter team, sales team and brand expert performance.

About the role

A newly created member of the Global Product Marketing team, the Global Product Marketing Executive will support the team with innovation strategy based on consumer, market and data insights, best-in-class product presentations to drive business excitement and approvals and easy-to-choose, easy-to-shop portfolio navigation, through collaboration with copy, visual merchandising and campaign marketing teams.

·       Copy and claims bible - work closely with the Copy and NPD team to establish a bible of messaging and copy for the makeup portfolio.

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Store Design Project Manager who will be managing key store design projects in Southern Europe. This involves managing projects from initial creative concept to store opening. This role includes fostering exceptional Charlotte Tilbury customer experience within cost, schedule and operational requirements.

Please note, this role is based within our London Head Office, supporting key store design projects in Southern Europe. There will be some travel required in the Southern Europe region.

  • Understand and interpret DDA and building codes & ensure apply for relevant building applications where applicable eg. Advert consent.
  • Perform material and detail research with suppliers and consultants for architectural store design elements with consideration to construction standards, maintenance, operations, and procurement needs.

  • Provide and manage CPA for all store design project and present updates to the business. Manage the whole process from design to execution.
  • Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity on multiple projects. Attend installation of new concessions and stores monitoring standards and snagging issues.

Who you will work with

  • You will report directly to our wonderful Head of Store Design & VM for Southern Europe, working alongside some highly creative and talented individuals within our wider VM & Store Design EMEA team.
  • You will also work cross functionally within EMEA, with teams such as Commercial, Retail, VM, PR & Global, as well as external suppliers and partners.

About you

  • You have demonstrable experience in a similar role within Project Management in Store Design, alongside experience in managing the approval process for retail stores in all types of environments (New stores, existing stores, historic street-facing buildings, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of best practice within the construction industry including accessibility and building codes is a must.
  • You have an exceptional eye for detail and great vision on how to use spaces and commercial opportunities. You are skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of design issues.

About the role

We are looking for a exceptional Head of Marketing to join our amazing Global Travel Retail team. The Head of Marketing will create and implement a global marketing strategy for Travel Retail, aligned with the strategic roadmap of Travel Retail and will also be in charge of local retail-driven marketing activations with retailers to achieve our business goals.

As a Head of Marketing, you will

  • Take ownership of developing a global Travel Retail brand concept, covering all key aspects, positioning, angle, sentiment, language, assets etc whilst closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage TR global assortment and product lifecycle from new product forecasting to end of life, ensuring consistency and productivity of our offer in Travel retail.
  • DEVELOP & INFORM NEW! TR EXCLUSIVE SETS by defining clear winning product strategy across all product segments, whilst gaining internal stakeholder alignment and maintaining competitive margin.
  • Forecasting and budgeting of sampling and GWP at global TR scale.
  • Creation and maintenance of Marketing 360 activations, feeding back to Global Marketing on TR specificities and opportunities.
  • Ensure 360° planning and analysis of all launches to deliver impactful and revolutionary campaigns.
  • Oversee launch planning and execution process to ensure most effective use of budget.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to identify focuses and opportunities with each retail partner and focused category plans.

About the role

As a Programmatic Manager you will take full ownership of our global programmatic initiatives. Working closely with the programmatic trader, you will design market-specific strategies, and deliver effective campaigns by leveraging data, audience, and contextual signals to help drive growth. You will work within our performance marketing team, and cross-functionally with other departments (broader digital, trade and global marketing) to implement campaigns and trade via self-service demand side platforms (DSPs). You will report to the Head of Biddable & Performance. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to expand on their existing programmatic experience and take on a challenge in-house. As Programmatic Manager you will

  • Build a programmatic strategy to drive awareness, traffic, revenue, customer growth and retention for CharlotteTilbury.com, complementing other channel efforts.
  • Take charge of budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
  • Work with our media planner to deliver 360 campaigns globally, spanning across NPD, event-seasonal, and brand/awareness objectives.
  • Manage campaigns across display, video, mobile, addressable TV, and audio via various DSPs.
  • Produce and present regular performance reports/ updates to various relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, negotiate and setup private marketplace deals, and other relevant ad partnerships.
  • Research and recommend relevant add-ons to the existing advertising stack.
  • Manage, coach, and help develop other junior members in the programmatic team.  
  • Collaborate with other channel partners (internal & external) to deliver and optimise the full customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to understand the wider impact beyond any immediate/ platform-reported performance, and optimise your tactics and budgets accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive 1st party data growth, contribute to audience segmentation and activation efforts.
  • Continually acquire knowledge and identify new opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with key programmatic vendors.
  • Support local marketing teams with awareness-consideration digital media buying for their respective regions.
  • Collaborate closely with content and creative team to build best-in-class assets for programmatic campaigns, in line with best-practice, and optimised for local markets.
  • Build a test-and-learn approach into standard workflow, from developing hypotheses to testing, analysing, implementing successful results, and iteration.
  • Incorporate global marketing directive into programmatic plans for NPD launches and event-based activations – including creative considerations, messaging, and audience strategy.
  • Monitor competitor and consumer behaviour, to inform ad decisions where relevant.
  • Research into trends, keeping abreast of the latest ad products/ technologies and provide use-case suggestions to help improve KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally (e.g. with e-commerce, Paid Search, CRM, and other teams) to drive customer growth, activation and retention.

About you

  • 4 – 6 years’ hands-on experience in programmatic trading, preferably from a high-growth company or agency.
  • Proven record in budget and people management, programmatic strategies, and media planning.
  • Excellent hands-on experience activating campaigns across multiple creative formats, in various environments, preferably across international markets.
  • Hands on experience in ad trafficking, Google Campaign Manager and DV360 is a must.
  • Additional experience with other DSPs, e.g. The Trade Desk, DataXu, Verizon-Yahoo, etc. will be a bonus.
  • Strong experience in managing the creative/ content briefing process.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in Google Analytics 360 with a strong ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of integration with complementary ad tech stack, and add-ons.
  • Experience collaborating with data science team in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Experience in DTC brands in beauty and/or luxury sectors would be a strong bonus.
  • Strong pre-existing DSPs partnerships, and programmatic vendors/supply chain relationships internationally will be a strong bonus.
  • A flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex channel level observations into actionable insights.
  • A people person who can work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders internally and externally.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Group FP&A Analyst to join us as a crucial member of the Group FP&A team, reporting into the Group FP&A Manager. The Snr. Group FP&A Analyst will be responsible for our weekly revenue reporting and supporting the Group FP&A team in co-ordination and preparation of the global budget, forecasting and strategic planning cycles. As a Senior Group FP&A Analyst you will

  • Timely and accurate delivery of weekly sales report

  • Ownership of the preparation of monthly management reporting presentation deck and Board packs
  • Being a storyteller, through producing visual reports with commentary and insights
  • Ownership of Global Capital Expenditure tracker, monitoring spend against latest forecast, understanding and challenging variances and communicating results
  • Ownership of global reporting templates for wider-finance team to drive consistency and visibility across regions

About you

  • Newly Qualified Accountant– ACA/CIMA/ACCA equivalent

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Social Video Editor with a strong background in creating content for social platforms to join the Global Social team. We are looking for someone who is extremely creative and multi-skilled; a talented post-production wizard that has in-depth knowledge of post-production processes, as well as having a good understanding of motion design.

Using Adobe Creative Suite, you will be competent in both Premiere Pro and After Effects and ensure consistency throughout the production in order to produce videos to high standards. You will need to be highly confident, creative in your approach, able to work under pressure and with a passion for the beauty and fashion world.

As a Social Video Editor you will

  • Edit to a highly creative and technical standard to create engaging social media assets.
  • Interpret briefs creatively and respond pro-actively to feedback.
  • Analyse performance data to ensure best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with your direct colleagues in the Global Social team as well as Creative Services, Production, Marketing, and the Creative Agency Video team.
  • Export, conform and adapt files to various delivery specs.
  • Maintain an organised file structure and working project.
  • Mix audio and apply basic colour correction
  • Create titles and motion graphics in After Effects.

About you

  • Established experience as a Video Editor in an agency, in-house or post-production studio.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Able to colour grade using Lumetri or Resolve.
  • Have strong attention to detail, be able to self QC all assets, have knowledge of various formats and delivery specifications.

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Commercial to join our expanding UK commercial team. You will be responsible for leading a team as well as nurturing, and establishing strategic partnerships with our retail partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in store and online.

You’ll have a limitless mindset and proven experience working as a Head of Commercial or similar level. You will be highly numerate, a team leader, target-driven, commercially savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges and passionate about working in the beauty industry!

Please note, this role is a 12 month parental leave contract.This role will be based in our London Head Office, we work a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days can be WFH.

As a Head of Commercial, UK you will

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of highly passionate and engaged NAMs & NAEs, that lead our UK department store & specialty business.
  • Coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their objectives and targets, installing commercial excellence.
  • Establish and maintain amazing & collaborative relationships with retail partners at all levels including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility and exposure
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations and contract management including terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, in-store visibility and beyond. Insert yourself as a senior escalation contact to all relevant retail partners.
  • Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.
  • Build and deliver against a retail sales target (within budget expectations), with the engagement and alignment of the Marketing & Retail teams. Deliver plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate!
  • Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities across retailers. Monitor, manage, and optimise sales performance.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Sales Operations.
  • Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner. Manage each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity - monitor retailer profit contribution and achieve agreed profit.
  • Lead end to end retailer strategy roll out annually, leading across all departments to collaborate and deliver an exceptional presentation and 360 plans.
  • Align trading plans with team – local and global - to ensure a consistent and phased plan across all retailers within the region, avoiding unnecessary conflicts of activity.

Who you will work with

  • You will report directly to our GM of UK, collaborating closely across our UK function, as well as the wider business.
  • Overall, you will inspire, coach and lead a team of highly passionate and engaged NAMs & NAEs, that lead our UK department store & specialty business.
  • Build strong working relationships with our fantastic Retail teams, utilising insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans.
  • Work closely with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering - activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention. Review implementation and performance or annual strategy vs expectations on a regular and appropriately frequent basis

About you

  • You have demonstrable experience in a similar, senior commercial role within Retail, ideally with a Beauty background.
  • You are an experienced leader, you enjoy leading from the front and are all about your team! You know how to inspire, coach and be an authentic leader, who communicates clearly. Be a visionary. Help everyone see and be excited by what's possible!
  • Manage multiple priorities with ease, thrive working to pace and can adapt to changing priorities as needed, agility is a key strength of yours.
  • An excellent communicator - confident and comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view. Personable and approachable - able to build rapport quickly and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
  • Experience of budget and P&L management, you show great attention to detail and are results-driven.
  • Strong Business Acumen - You are able to see the bigger business issues for retailer and for the brand. You are able to formulate a strong account strategy and align to retailer priorities. You know how to quantify the business plan and be aware of impact across other accounts and on other teams. 
  • Results Oriented - You are proactive with a “no excuses” mindset. Comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Appetite for Learning and development - You know how to be a strong brand custodian and can work well to a high pace of change.
