About the role

As a Programmatic Manager you will take full ownership of our global programmatic initiatives. Working closely with the programmatic trader, you will design market-specific strategies, and deliver effective campaigns by leveraging data, audience, and contextual signals to help drive growth. You will work within our performance marketing team, and cross-functionally with other departments (broader digital, trade and global marketing) to implement campaigns and trade via self-service demand side platforms (DSPs). Crucially, you will work closely with our creative team to deliver best-in-class assets suitable for various programmatic environments.

 

Operating within a hyper-growth environment, you will be a key player in driving growth in brand awareness, new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will report to the Head of Biddable & Performance. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to expand on their existing programmatic experience and take on a challenge in-house. The role will be suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-tasking, and entrepreneurial environment.

As Programmatic Manager you will

  • Build a programmatic strategy to drive awareness, traffic, revenue, customer growth and retention for CharlotteTilbury.com, complementing other channel efforts.
  • Take charge of budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
  • Work with our media planner to deliver 360 campaigns globally, spanning across NPD, event-seasonal, and brand/awareness objectives.
  • Manage campaigns across display, video, mobile, addressable TV, and audio via various DSPs.
  • Produce and present regular performance reports/ updates to various relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, negotiate and setup private marketplace deals, and other relevant ad partnerships.
  • Research and recommend relevant add-ons to the existing advertising stack.
  • Manage, coach, and help develop other junior members in the programmatic team.  
  • Collaborate with other channel partners (internal & external) to deliver and optimise the full customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to understand the wider impact beyond any immediate/ platform-reported performance, and optimise your tactics and budgets accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive 1st party data growth, contribute to audience segmentation and activation efforts.
  • Continually acquire knowledge and identify new opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with key programmatic vendors.
  • Support local marketing teams with awareness-consideration digital media buying for their respective regions.
  • Collaborate closely with content and creative team to build best-in-class assets for programmatic campaigns, in line with best-practice, and optimised for local markets.
  • Build a test-and-learn approach into standard workflow, from developing hypotheses to testing, analysing, implementing successful results, and iteration.
  • Incorporate global marketing directive into programmatic plans for NPD launches and event-based activations – including creative considerations, messaging, and audience strategy.
  • Monitor competitor and consumer behaviour, to inform ad decisions where relevant.
  • Research into trends, keeping abreast of the latest ad products/ technologies and provide use-case suggestions to help improve KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally (e.g. with e-commerce, Paid Search, CRM, and other teams) to drive customer growth, activation and retention.

About you

  • 4 – 6 years’ hands-on experience in programmatic trading, preferably from a high-growth company or agency.
  • Proven record in budget and people management, programmatic strategies, and media planning.
  • Excellent hands-on experience activating campaigns across multiple creative formats, in various environments, preferably across international markets.
  • Hands on experience in ad trafficking, Google Campaign Manager and DV360 is a must.
  • Additional experience with other DSPs, e.g. The Trade Desk, DataXu, Verizon-Yahoo, etc. will be a bonus.
  • Strong experience in managing the creative/ content briefing process.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in Google Analytics 360 with a strong ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of integration with complementary ad tech stack, and add-ons.
  • Experience collaborating with data science team in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Experience in DTC brands in beauty and/or luxury sectors would be a strong bonus.
  • Strong pre-existing DSPs partnerships, and programmatic vendors/supply chain relationships internationally will be a strong bonus.
  • A flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex channel level observations into actionable insights.
  • A people person who can work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, tolerance for ambiguity, and readiness to adapt to changing priorities dynamically.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Group FP&A Analyst to join us as a crucial member of the Group FP&A team, reporting into the Group FP&A Manager. The Snr. Group FP&A Analyst will be responsible for our weekly revenue reporting and supporting the Group FP&A team in co-ordination and preparation of the global budget, forecasting and strategic planning cycles. As a Senior Group FP&A Analyst you will

  • Timely and accurate delivery of weekly sales report
  • Support the co-ordination and delivery of the global annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts
  • Work with the Group FP&A Manager to deliver the 5-year business plan update
  • Ownership of the preparation of monthly management reporting presentation deck and Board packs
  • Being a storyteller, through producing visual reports with commentary and insights
  • Ownership of Global Capital Expenditure tracker, monitoring spend against latest forecast, understanding and challenging variances and communicating results
  • Ownership of global reporting templates for wider-finance team to drive consistency and visibility across regions
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships across Group and Regional finance teams
  • Continuously seek to improve processes, drive efficiencies and improve the quality of deliverables to support the needs of a growing business

About you

  • Newly Qualified Accountant– ACA/CIMA/ACCA equivalent
  • Previous experience in Retail/FMCG desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience of building and working with models, reports and large data sets
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience using Anaplan (or a similar forecasting system) desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Social Video Editor with a strong background in creating content for social platforms to join the Global Social team. We are looking for someone who is extremely creative and multi-skilled; a talented post-production wizard that has in-depth knowledge of post-production processes, as well as having a good understanding of motion design.

Using Adobe Creative Suite, you will be competent in both Premiere Pro and After Effects and ensure consistency throughout the production in order to produce videos to high standards. You will need to be highly confident, creative in your approach, able to work under pressure and with a passion for the beauty and fashion world.

As a Social Video Editor you will

  • Edit to a highly creative and technical standard to create engaging social media assets.
  • Interpret briefs creatively and respond pro-actively to feedback.
  • Analyse performance data to ensure best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with your direct colleagues in the Global Social team as well as Creative Services, Production, Marketing, and the Creative Agency Video team.
  • Export, conform and adapt files to various delivery specs.
  • Maintain an organised file structure and working project.
  • Mix audio and apply basic colour correction
  • Create titles and motion graphics in After Effects.

 

 

Who you will work with

  • You will be reporting into the Social Content Lead

About you

  • Established experience as a Video Editor in an agency, in-house or post-production studio.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to colour grade using Lumetri or Resolve.
  • Have strong attention to detail, be able to self QC all assets, have knowledge of various formats and delivery specifications.
  • Understand various camera formats and how to work with raw footage, actively research formats.
  • Experience of the online process, be able to work collaboratively with external sound mixing and colour grading studios.
  • Understand working structures between After Effects and Premiere Pro.

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Commercial to join our expanding UK commercial team. You will be responsible for leading a team as well as nurturing, and establishing strategic partnerships with our retail partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in store and online.

You’ll have a limitless mindset and proven experience working as a Head of Commercial or similar level. You will be highly numerate, a team leader, target-driven, commercially savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges and passionate about working in the beauty industry!

Please note, this role is a 12 month parental leave contract.This role will be based in our London Head Office, we work a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days can be WFH.

As a Head of Commercial, UK you will

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of highly passionate and engaged NAMs & NAEs, that lead our UK department store & specialty business.
  • Coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their objectives and targets, installing commercial excellence.
  • Establish and maintain amazing & collaborative relationships with retail partners at all levels including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility and exposure
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations and contract management including terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, in-store visibility and beyond. Insert yourself as a senior escalation contact to all relevant retail partners.
  • Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.
  • Build and deliver against a retail sales target (within budget expectations), with the engagement and alignment of the Marketing & Retail teams. Deliver plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate!
  • Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities across retailers. Monitor, manage, and optimise sales performance.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Sales Operations.
  • Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner. Manage each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity - monitor retailer profit contribution and achieve agreed profit.
  • Lead end to end retailer strategy roll out annually, leading across all departments to collaborate and deliver an exceptional presentation and 360 plans.
  • Align trading plans with team – local and global - to ensure a consistent and phased plan across all retailers within the region, avoiding unnecessary conflicts of activity.

Who you will work with

  • You will report directly to our GM of UK, collaborating closely across our UK function, as well as the wider business.
  • Overall, you will inspire, coach and lead a team of highly passionate and engaged NAMs & NAEs, that lead our UK department store & specialty business.
  • Build strong working relationships with our fantastic Retail teams, utilising insight from the field and engaging the team in the execution of the trading plans.
  • Work closely with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering - activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, store/retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention. Review implementation and performance or annual strategy vs expectations on a regular and appropriately frequent basis

About you

  • You have demonstrable experience in a similar, senior commercial role within Retail, ideally with a Beauty background.
  • You are an experienced leader, you enjoy leading from the front and are all about your team! You know how to inspire, coach and be an authentic leader, who communicates clearly. Be a visionary. Help everyone see and be excited by what's possible!
  • Manage multiple priorities with ease, thrive working to pace and can adapt to changing priorities as needed, agility is a key strength of yours.

  • Experience of budget and P&L management, you show great attention to detail and are results-driven.
  • Strong Business Acumen - You are able to see the bigger business issues for retailer and for the brand. You are able to formulate a strong account strategy and align to retailer priorities. You know how to quantify the business plan and be aware of impact across other accounts and on other teams.

  • Appetite for Learning and development - You know how to be a strong brand custodian and can work well to a high pace of change.

About the role

The EMEA Payroll Advisor is responsible the processing of our Payrolls in a timely and accurate manner. They will need to maintain employees’ details and calculate wages and deductions based on employee attendance and timesheets. As our Payroll Advisor EMEA you will

Experience

·Processing of multiple outsourced monthly EMEA payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and payroll deadlines are met.

·Partner closely with third-party providers on local regulations around Payroll, Taxes and National Insurance.

·Handle sensitive, confidential data and pay transactions.

·Maintaining corporate procedures and statutory obligations, assisting the Global Head of Payroll in reviewing and auditing payroll submissions.

·Work with the People Team to verify payroll data for compliance and accuracy.

·Collaborate with the Retail team to build KPI’s and streamline processes.

·Produce monthly reporting for finance and ad-hoc summary reports.

·Help to manage the payroll inbox and provide advice, guidance on payroll queries, policies, procedures in a timely manner.

The Role:

The Area Trainer (AT) delivers the core education initiatives to field and retail employees. The AT helps to develop, instruct, educate and demonstrate the Charlotte Tilbury core values, makeup artistry, product knowledge, social acumen and our M.A.G.I.C service experience. They support healthy sell-through and maintenance of key franchises by overseeing the delivery of relevant and on-time core education & event initiatives. They are responsible for ensuring a consistent Charlotte Tilbury brand experience that meets/exceeds company sales and service standards. This will be accomplished with leading on-boarding, seasonal trainings, new launch trainings, retail account trainings, in-store development, and special events. The position requires that the individual also manage company assets and expenses.

Role Accountabilities:

Ensure Educational & Sales objectives are met by:

  • Delivers seasonal territory objectives, priorities, and goals (seasonal launches, new account openings, and special events.)
  • Executes seasonal education plan in stores. Owns preparation and follow-up.
  • Ensures strong follow-up action plans for all training moments.
  • Works in tandem with retail partners to coordinate scheduling of all basic, seasonal, promotional, event, and in-store education.
  • Provides feedback on counter team, sales team and brand expert performance.
  • Implements all Charlotte Tilbury education and training initiatives to achieve desired business results.
  • Monitors training needs of assigned market to plan and lead all trainings.
  • Responsible for educating retail accounts and brand experts to improve sell through & sales volume.

Our stack is primarily GCP, with Fivetran handling change detection capture, Google Cloud Functions for file ingestion, Dataform & Composer (Airflow) for orchestration, GA & Snowplow for event tracking and Looker as our BI Platform. We use Terraform Cloud to manage our infrastructure programmatically as code.

About you and attributes we're looking for



  • Extensive experience with cloud data warehouses and analytics query engines such as BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflow and a good understanding of cloud technologies in general. 
  • Proficient in SQL, Python and Git 
  • Prior experience with HCL (Terraform configuration language), YAML, JavaScript, CLIs and Bash.
  • Prior experience with serverless tooling e.g. Google Cloud Functions, AWS Lambdas, etc.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran and Dataform/DBT 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for sharing ideas & knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience developing high quality code in the retail sector is a bonus

·Own and maintain our web tracking in Snowplow and GTM

About you

·Have advanced experience of tracking web events in GA via GTM, using the data layer. Direct experience with Snowplow a bonus

·Have experience transitioning to GA4

·Understand Snowplow event data in BigQuery and be able to work with Data Engineers to model that data

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager with excellent people and project management skills who will support the VM Manager to help drive, deliver & execute the EMEA VM strategy.

We havetwoexciting opportunities, one for an Assistant VM Manager to join our Northern Europe team and for an Assistant VM Manager to join our Southern Europe team!

You will be responsible for delivering best in class retail experiences with global impact, across either Southern or Northern Europe. As a Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager you will

  • Strategic support for either Southern Europe or Northern Europe Speciality doors, driving our strategy to support achieving the overarching EMEA VM strategy and overall business objectives.
  • Head up campaign launches from managing global delivery of assets through to execution in store delivery, managing all aspects from business-as-usual updates to all speciality promotional sites and activations.
  • Support & lead on new store openings and additional distribution. Be the retailer lead on speciality launches ensuring successful new openings and high VM standards across either Northern or Southern Europe.
  • Managing CPA’s to ensure on timely launches with the VM executive as well as constantly reviewing areas of opportunity and improvement to support the distribution strategy.
  • Be the experiential and promotional expert for across either Northern or Southern Europe alongside the VM Manager, executing best in class promo projects of all sizes and scope with a futuristic and omni-channel approach.
  • VM budget guardian: bringing all projects in on time and in budget, with an always on focus on budget management and reporting, with quarterly forecasting reviews.
  • Building strong relations with Retail partners across multiple countries within either the Southern or Northern Europe estate.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time, including new distribution, expansions, business as usual campaigns & promotional activations across multiple retail partners.

About the role:

We are looking for our next superstar to join us as our Marketing Manager - Northern Europe. In this role, create and implement an impactful off & online retail focused marketing strategy pivoting around changing customers habits and aligned with the overarching business commercial goals. Who you will work with:

  • You will report directly into our wonderful Head of Marketing, Northern Europe, working alongside some highly creative and talented individuals within our wider Northern Europe team! In this role, you will be responsible for two direct reports.
  • Work closely with the wider EMEA Marketing & Media Marketing team. You will also work cross functionally, with teams such as Commercial, Retail, VM, PR & Global, as well as external partners.
  • Build exceptional relationships with the retailers’ marketing and PR teams, to ensure the best possible collaboration and execution of marketing activity.

About you:

  • You will have demonstrable experience in Marketing at a manager level. Ideally, you have experience within Beauty/Retail industries, with exposure to working with European Retailers.
  • You excel at devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair, and have experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • You have experience leading a direct report or small team, you enjoy leading from the front and are all about your team!
  • Digitally native and good knowledge of all digital marketing channels including E-Comm, ECRM and social.
  • An excellent communicator: confident and comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view. You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease!

About the role

As a Programmatic Executive you will execute effective campaigns by leveraging data, audience, and contextual signals to help drive growth in close collaboration with our programmatic manager. As a Programmatic Executive Executive you will

  • Create, actively manage, and optimise programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, addressable TV, and audio.
  • Assist in budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.

  • Hands on experience in ad trafficking, Google Campaign Manager and DV360 is a must.
  • Additional experience with other DSPs, e.g. The Trade Desk, Google Adds Verizon-Yahoo, etc. will be a bonus.
  • Experience in managing the creative/ content briefing process.

About the role

About the role
The Senior Global Pricing Analyst role sits in the Finance team reporting into the Senior Global Pricing Manager. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst with a strong background in pricing. This role will take ownership of annual pricing reviews, competitor analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to optimise pricing strategies across different channels, including domestic markets and Travel Retail. You will work closely with senior leadership, presenting data-driven insights that support key business decisions. Advanced Excel skills and experience in using price scraping tools are essential.

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, seeks out opportunities to improve processes, and can confidently communicate pricing strategies to senior stakeholders.

Pricing Reviews & Analysis

  • Lead and own the annual pricing review process, ensuring pricing aligns with market conditions, company strategy/positioning across existing and new markets.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor pricing analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve pricing positioning
  • Develop and maintain pricing models by incorporating market trends, competitor movements, and reviewing pricing corridors, while also preparing price recommendations for new countries through analysis of local competitor price positioning
  • Carry out analysis of internal pricing architecture/ category positioning

Dashboards & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dynamic pricing dashboards to track pricing, performance and key KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on pricing strategy effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Stakeholder Management

  • Present pricing insights and recommendations to senior leadership team
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Portfolio and Master Data
  • Work with the Master Data team to review systems pricing and making sure price changes are correctly updated.

Mentoring & Team Development

  • Mentor and support Pricing Analyst, providing guidance and oversight on their work.

About the role

We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising Executive with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills who can relish a challenge – whether it be executing on a tight deadline or heading up a project working cross- functionally with colleagues of all levels on our amazing VM creative projects.

This role is primarily focused on the implementation of high quality VM elements into stores for campaign launches – on time and to budget. You will be working across a wide range of VM formats and elements so we’re looking for someone who can manage complexity and pace, with strong prioritisation skills!

As a Visual Merchandising Executive you will:

  • Be the campaign lead to drive the campaign agendas and work cross-functionally with other departments, to deliver 360 plans.
  • Collaborate with the Global and local Visual Merchandising teams to fully immerse in the detail of campaigns & their VM elements.
  • Plan future campaigns ahead of time, execute current campaigns and review past campaigns to ensure we are effective.
  • Be present at installs and on launch days to ensure highest quality is delivered correctly and follow up any snagging efficiently.
  • Support the VM Assistant Manager, global and local store design teams to immerse in the detail of new stores & their VM elements.
  • Create the store launch guidelines for sign off and communicate to all teams to support set up and opening.
  • Work as part of a project team to deliver exciting and record-breaking 360 projects. Be the lead for the VM team on ad hoc projects. Types of projects may include: Artworking/digital content plans/events/pop ups/ promotional activity etc.
  • Partner with the commercial and marketing teams to conduct analysis to inform decisions and ensure we are optimising VM for maximum impact and productivity.
  • Conduct regular store visits to support teams, mentor, and guide to ensure VM standards and met across the retail estate.
  • Visit stores on key event or launch days to support teams and ensure plans are implemented correctly. You will be the VM contact for store teams.

Who you will work with:

  • Reporting to our wonderful Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (UK) you will work closely with the Store Design & VM team as well as the wider UK & global functions.
  • You will work closely with the retail operations and maintenance team, collaborating on VM guidelines and communication to stores, supporting VM standards.

About you:

  • You will have gained some Head Office experience in Visual Merchandising and ideally, you have experience within Beauty/Retail industries.
  • You have experience working with VM suppliers and you are confident working with retailers.
  • An excellent communicator: confident and comfortable building relationships with different stakeholders and you are able to effectively articulate your point of view. You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease!
  • You thrive working to pace, you are able to ruthlessly prioritise and can manage multiple deadlines at anyone time with ease.
  • You love to work with others, you collaborate confidently but also can work effectively on your own.

About the Role

The Field Sales & Training manager role is responsible for leading a defined area of stores to deliver retail and service expectations through inspirational leadership, commercial acumen, striving for excellence, creating a Charlotte Tilbury culture, and delivering against profit objectives.

  • Own retail forecasts and performance for the area

About the role

The role will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and be the global business lead for all matters relating to risk, compliance, insurance and business ethics.  You will be the global primary advisor to the business and support the Chief Legal Officer with running and managing the Risk Management Committee, Governance & Compliance Committee and ensuring internal frameworks, models and policies are rolled out and embedded. You will also be responsible for the global Charlotte Tilbury insurance portfolio liaising regularly with global brokers and underwriters and managing insurance notifications and claims. You will all support with day-to-day queries relating to the above matters.

You will work regularly with key stakeholders across the globe to deliver the businesses compliance model, which will include regular engagement with the Compliance Team at Puig SL.

The Head of Compliance & Risk Management will be expected to foster and sustain effective and collaborative relationships as a business partner to key stakeholders across the globe and in all offices. You will be a key partner to senior stakeholders to ensure global compliance.

You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and at pace, demonstrating a commercial and practical approach in dealing with a variety of issues across multiple geographical locations and legal systems. Personable, approachable and with excellent communication skills, you must be a team player who can build successful relationships with colleagues and challenge and influence across all levels within the business.

Who you will work with

You will report into the Chief Legal Officer.

Responsibilities

Risk

  • Own and manage the global risk register.  Chair the quarterly Risk Management Committee’s (supported by the Chief Legal Officer) and suggest risk mitigation actions and strategies and management of such risks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve overall risk monitoring, mitigation and management.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Global Leadership Team and culture an ethos of engagement and empowerment with risk management.

Compliance

  • Be responsible for and Chair the Charlotte Tilbury Governance & Compliance Committee, ensuring the successful launch and embedding of the group’s global compliance model, including working with Archer.
  • Shaping the vision and direction for the compliance model and proactively identify opportunities to improve overall compliance performance.
  • Support the business teams with new market launches and supporting integration of the compliance and risk program in new territories and new market / Head Office launches.
  • Provide training to the business on the areas of responsibility and compliance, as needed including presenting to new joiners to embed a culture of compliance from day one.
  • Support the business in the creation and maintenance of global policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and industry codes.

Ethics

  • Promote and manage including any reports / disclosures of the group’s Reporting Channel and Protect the Magic / Speak Up culture.
  • Manage and maintain the businesses conflicts of interest register and annual renewal of disclosures.
  • Ensure global compliance with the group’s Ethical Code.

Insurance

  • Maintain and manage the group’s global insurance programme.  Building a day-to-day working relationship with the group’s global insurance brokers to handle insurance queries and claims.
  • Pro-actively handle the group’s annual insurance renewal.
  • Support the business in managing risk by working with underwriters to embed risk mitigation strategies.

About the role

As Senior Legal Counsel for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty you will report directly to the Director of Legal (Commercial & IP) and have responsibility for advising our international business on legal and regulatory matters.  You will be expected to support the Director of Legal (Commercial & IP) and the wider Legal Team in the day-to-day running of the Legal Department, delivering to the global business the very highest standards of legal advice and regulatory compliance whilst supporting the business with its international growth.

 

You will be the primary advisor to a number of international General Managers to support market expansion and new marketing launches.  This will include working on new retail and distribution agreements, leases and a wide range of commercial contracts such as store design, marketing and PR agreements etc. You will take the lead on any new company incorporations required by the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty group globally, working closely with colleagues in Finance, Tax and Commercial.  You will also be required to directly support the Chief Legal Officer, at times, with discrete corporate matters and projects. Candidates should note that day-to-day company secretarial work is managed by the team’s Head of Governance and Company Secretarial.

 

The role would suit candidates with experience of both corporate and commercial work, coming straight from a leading national or international law firm.  However, experience of working in-house for an international retail business is highly desirable.  You will have at least eight years’ post qualification experience and have trained at a leading national private practice or international firm. You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and at pace, demonstrating a commercial and practical approach in dealing with a variety of legal issues across multiple geographical locations and legal systems. Personable, approachable and with excellent communication skills, you must build successful relationships with colleagues and challenge and influence across all levels within the business.

About you

  • Excellent knowledge of commercial and contract law.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in corporate law including advising in corporate and tax structuring, shareholder matters, corporate governance and managing company incorporations in different countries across the globe.
  • Experience handling and advising on anti-trust issues in a retail business would be desirable.
  • Experience of working for a global brand and advising on multi-jurisdictional issues would also be highly desirable.
  • Experience handling retail leases would be desirable noting that any real estate work would be supported by external counsel.
  • 8 years post qualification experience
  • Solid training and qualifications from a leading national or international law firm
  • In-house experience is highly desirable but not critical
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Highly effective communicator (written and oral) at all levels
  • Ability to be persuasive and interact effectively with teams and stakeholders in varying time zones (i.e., UK, Europe, US, Asia) across the business with a can-do attitude.

  • Office based: Central London (hybrid working, office based for 3 days per week).

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has appropriate store design and visual merchandising procurement experience, to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment, ideally from within a digitally mature industry or heavy presence online retailer.

The individual will have a global remit in strategic sourcing and cost reduction across both Store Design and Visual Merchandising.

Key areas across Store Design and Visual Merchandising include but are not limited to; global manufacturing of bespoke furniture for our own stores, concessions and distributors. Sourcing and managing a network of general contracting and installation providers as well as manufacturing providers of both permanent and semi-permanent fixtures.

The candidate may also need to project manage some ad-hoc support that will not necessarily fall directly in this category.

Taking a lead role in sourcing a preferred global supplier network, managing supplier performance, quantity and quality goods and services whilst managing a robust supplier relationship management strategy.

The expectation is that the candidate will lead cost saving initiatives in partnership our other SD/VM Category Manager to develop this category and lead on new strategic projects with both global and regional teams.

As a Global Procurement Manager you will

  • Leading the sourcing, negotiation and general contract life-cycle management of various activities both in store design and visual merchandising categories.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects, aimed at driving overall business success through strategic procurement practices.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers, as well as managing relationships and performance with existing suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and support them on tactical and strategic projects
  • Monitor market trends, conduct supplier assessments, and implement cost-saving initiatives to continuously improve procurement processes and results.
  • Spend Mapping analysis of all indirect spend, provide analysis and cost saving opportunities
  • Managing ESG initiatives with suppliers, including Ecovadis audit and improvement actions.
  • Management and updating of contract database including mapping renewal dates.
  • Work closely on digital and tech sourcing searches and quotation management.
  • Manage full RFI/RFP process, including collation of responses and score carding with appropriate analysis provided and project management.
  • Organising QBR supplier reviews across key suppliers, including annual meeting plans. Responsible for following through improvement actions and KPI management.
  • Rebate management tracking and regular liaison with finance team to ensure accurate accruals and ready availability of audit information.
  • Take ownership of cost initiative projects both individually and also in partnership with the other SD/VM Category Manager, and in accordance with Procurement Director’s expected annual savings targets.
  • Set Up and deliver ongoing indirect material/services supply base credit monitoring and proactive feedback to Procurement team of any critical profile changes, using D&B tracker system.

About you

  • Learning Curve - Capability to quickly take on board and disseminate new data/info quickly and communicate to team effectively.
  • Attention to Detail – Able to work at an extremely fast pace, without making unchecked errors across a wide range of projects at the same time.
  • Conflicting Priorities - Ability to commit to and deliver against deadlines agreed, where there will be multiple priorities to consider and manage.
  • Project Management skills – Must be conversant with both sourcing tenders/RFP processes.
  • Commercial acumen - Role holder must have strong negotiation skills, and to develop relationships with their suppliers and stakeholders alike.
  • Autonomy – Must be able to take responsibility for own resource time, prioritising work according to demands of the PM taking ownership of delivery, with minimal direct support.
  • Knowledge of Store Design and Visual Merchandising category, relevant supplier capabilities and competitor activity.
  • Previous negotiation experience in SD/VM buying.
