About the Role
JustPark is looking for an experienced User Interface (UI) Designer to join the product design team and build a world-class parking product. This role would suit someone who is confident in delivering high quality design work and bringing in insightful opinions to a cross-functional team.

What do we need from you?
Design process - You have solid knowledge of product development cycle, and have experience of dealing with complex product challenges and delivering features
Design system- You are confident in developing and implementing complex design systems and supporting multiple streams of delivery. Be familiar with the latest innovations in design system thinking such as tokenisation, variants, dev mode etc
Typography - You have an in-depth understanding of typographical principles when applied to web and app design
UI - You have an excellent eye for design and have strong visual design skills, you are able to create high quality and appealing designs
Prototyping - You will be able to create interactive prototypes, it’s a great way to test and communicate ideas
Industry - You are aware of industry trends and developments which will be helpful in delivering a state of the art UI for JustPark
Delivery- Work with product owners to ensure timely delivery of UI elements
Innovation- Work collaboratively with the product team and be a key contributor to design innovation
What are your responsibilities?
You will be working collaboratively with the product, design and engineering team throughout all stages. You are a contributor to a good design process and ways of working, you raise the bar and inspire the team to push boundaries within an open environment.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including management reporting, journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions. The role also involves treasury management and working closely with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is all about building a backend that delivers new tools and products to 10 million users, building solutions that ensure our customers experience a world-class service from our products.
As a senior engineer, you will get to contribute to key architectural decisions that shape the future of the stack at scale. You’ll also be expected to take charge of technical delivery and guide the more junior members of the team around you as we work together daily.
ABOUT OUR TECH STACK
We use Laravel 10 and PHP 8.1 as our daily drivers. Our current architecture is fairly monolithic, predominantly sat in Laravel as our main API and remnants of legacy desktop. We have a bunch of surrounding services written in Go, Java, Python and Node also, state is held in Redis, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Primarily the surrounding microservices are written in Go (around 25) with some legacy Java/Python services.
We operate in a cloud environment, utilising Google Cloud, and our infrastructure is cloud native - our entire production, staging and development stack is kubernetes and docker.
We work to agile methodologies. Peer review of work is expected from all engineers, and we work in a test driven fashion as often it allows, but understand sometimes we might need to kick some code about for a bit before we’ve got the right implementation then refactor and pin in test. We are big on pair programming and encourage it wherever possible.

Specific to the UK we are now supporting the parking industry with a growing number of technology solutions. Where historically we have been predominantly a Reservations business (pre-bookable parking), we can now support our partners across a much larger range of their needs including On-Demand (cashless), Reservations and Business Insights. To this end, we are looking for a proven Sales professional, ideally with strong parking experience (though this is not a necessity), to come into the team and really help turbo-charge our future growth.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, the Senior Business Development Manager will have specific responsibility for establishing our solutions within their given customer verticals (this vertical will be agreed through the interview process and could depend on the experience and background of the successful candidate). They will have full responsibility for developing and closing a sales pipeline that will play a key part in helping the Commercial Team deliver meet our overall growth targets. Key elements include:
