Your Responsibilities
The R&D Product Owner will manage the operational activity of a multidisciplinary team, from pre-study to production start-up, with a view to achieving the objectives set, under the best possible conditions in terms of performance, safety, well-being and staff commitment.

The Context 
We are leaders in Smart Security Cameras, that involve industry-grade advanced AI and image processing software to help you deter intruders. For these specific products, we are looking for a talented, dynamic and passionate Associate Product Owner.

The Main Activities

You will work with a Senior Product Owner in order to achieve the following missions:

1. Managing activities and performance 

   Coordinates the operating methods and resources to be deployed within the team in order to achieve the objectives within the scope, in conjunction with the Senior PM. 

     Lead product development, working in tandem with our engineering & design teams and monitor them (deadlines, costs, quality, safety, etc.). 

   Dealing with potential operational incidents by providing technical solutions, in compliance with existing processes and systems for continuous improvement, information and reporting. 
   
   Coordinate field tests and gather professional installers’ and users’ feedbacks to define and implement improvements

2. Carry out one or more significant activities with a technical/business dimension 
   
   Product development: Guiding, supervising and obtaining approval for the technical, environmental and economic choices made for your projects. 
   
   Projects ranging from marketing specifications to the installation of industrial resources and the production of the first products. 
   
   Create product documentation and materials (installation process, quick start manuals, “how-to”s, FAQ, app store description, packaging, localized content...) to ensure an outstanding customer experience

·       Engineering Degree

Qualifications

• Etre diplômé d'un bac +2 ou bac +3
• Maîtrise des produits high-tech (informatique, réseaux, smartphone, smart home, etc…).
• Outils informatiques standards : Windows, CRM (Zendesk) et Pack Office.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral) impérative. Une langue européenne (Allemand, Espagnol ou Italien) est un bonus.
• Vous faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse vous êtes doté·e de grandes capacités relationnelles et d’écoute
• Compétences rédactionnelles (orthographe, forme du texte, empathie, langage positif orienté « solution ») dans les langues maîtrisées
• Maitrise des bases du management

Votre rôle

• Vous êtes responsable de la performance de nos campagnes d’acquisition payante à travers différents leviers de communication (Meta Ads, Affiliation, Programmatic…)

• Vous construisez et pilotez les campagnes avec une approche soit ROIste sur les campagnes de performances soit de notoriété sur les campagnes de trafic.

• Vous pilotez des agences media sur les leviers non gérés “in house” et êtes garant de leur animation et de leur performance

• Pour cela vous utilisez et tirez profit au maximum de l’ensemble des Data 1st party à votre disposition

• Vous vous appuyez également sur les recommandations des équipes Produits pour la construction des messages et de la segmentation

• Vous gérez des campagnes de prospection, reciblage, audience similaire et vente additionnelle

• Vous exploitez au maximum les capacités publicitaires de Facebook ou tout autre plateforme d’acquisition payante et vous testez avant tout le monde les nouvelles fonctionnalités de l’outil.

Qualifications

• Vous êtes spécialiste sur un canal de communication en particulier (Meta Ads, Affiliation, Google Ads...)

• Vous aimez suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes afin d’optimiser au maximum ces dernières

• Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de mesure d’analyse comme GA4

Afin de répondre à la forte croissance de son activité, Netatmo recrute un Ingénieur Industrialisation Electronique. Intégré à l’équipe Industrialisation & Supply Chain, vous pilotez l’introduction des nouveaux produits chez nos sous-traitants en Asie et occupez une fonction centrale en lien avec de nombreux services. Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

• Participer avec les équipes hardware et achat à la sélection des fournisseurs
• Conduire les analyses de fabricabilité et testabilité du produit durant la phase d’ingénierie simultanée
• Spécifier le process d’assemblage et de test, des cartes électroniques jusqu’aux produits finis
• Valider avec l’équipe test les logiciels de test en production développés en interne
• Former nos sous-traitants aux procédés d’assemblage et de test, et qualifier le process
• Piloter les pré-séries, analyser les problèmes rencontrés et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives afin d’atteindre les objectifs qualité
• Mener des actions d’amélioration afin d’optimiser le temps d’assemblage et de test
• S’assurer que la capacité de la ligne de production est en ligne avec les exigences du plan de livraison

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs de développement électronique, mécanique et logiciel embarqué.

Des déplacements réguliers en Asie sont à prévoir.

Qualifications

Ingénieur ou Master 2 diplômé, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle réussie (Minimum 2 ans d'expérience hors stage) dans la conception ou l’industrialisation de produits électroniques

• Des connaissances dans le développement de banc de test pour cartes électroniques est un plus
• Autonome, organisé, grande capacité d’adaptation, force de proposition

Your future team

In our team we are developing AI on the edge and innovative applications for Netatmo smart security cameras.

This implies the need to perform scalable, high-reliability and low latency computer vision embedded software designed for consumer electronics products.

Our team is focusing on designing and developing on device-machine learning by optimizing our model running (using for example neural networks optimization) while also considering client requirements (like privacy respect and model accuracy).

Your role

Working in the R&D department, you will be part of the Signal team responsible for researching and developing the signal processing algorithms that power the intelligence of our Netatmo consumer connected products. 

As these algorithms have to run in a constrained context (limited computing power, low energy consumption, respect for users' privacy) while ensuring an adequate user experience (responsiveness and reliability), research and experimentation work is necessary to ensure that the algorithms work properly and provide the best synergies for the connected home.

As an Integration Engineer you will be required to:

• Lead the implementation of algorithms in resource-constrained products, in close collaboration with the embedded software team     
• Contribute to the development of algorithms with other members of the signal team 
• Reflecting on the software architecture of our embedded algorithms to ensure reusability and scalability, and contributing to the drafting of technical specifications     
• Keeping a technology watch on relevant tools 
• Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of algorithms running on our products     
• Contribute to the development of internal tools required for our activity
