About the Opportunity:

As a Customer Success Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving Northspyre’s customer success and revenue operations functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building processes from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally, partnering with leaders in Customer Success, Sales, and Finance, leveraging your expertise to streamline reporting, forecasting, and operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact how Northspyre scales by designing the infrastructure needed to support our rapidly expanding customer base and revenue functions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, offering the autonomy to own critical projects and influence strategic direction.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative revenue operations processes and systems.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and revenue data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Support various departmental reporting initiatives, including regular revenue forecasting, commission reporting, sales analytics, and performance assessments.
  • Oversee and optimize our CRM and Customer Success platforms to enhance process automation, ensure accurate reporting, and support scalability.
  • Assist in the design and management of sales compensation plans and incentive programs to drive performance and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to revenue operations, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide support in the development and execution of strategic sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experienced Operator: You bring 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solver: You thrive on using data to solve complex business problems, with advanced skills in Excel and SQL to support detailed analysis and reporting.

About the Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, renewals, and value with our clients. You would be an early member of our proactive and dynamic Customer Success team and have the chance to work cross functionally with the CEO, sales and product teams. You will be responsible for driving product adoption with your customers by analyzing customer data to help determine targeted outreach to increase overall platform utilization and retention. You will find proactive opportunities to engage with your customers 1 on 1 in order to prevent churn and help drive their success.Your role is to be an agent of change, a business transformation consultant, and a relationship manager for old-school real estate companies that are looking to modernize by being more data-driven and proactive in their approach to delivering real estate projects. 

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be the expert - use your industry and product knowledge to position solutions and ensure customer success.
  • Manage our customers - driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your book of business.
  • Review user analytics to understand which customers are getting value and which customers are under-utilizing key features that could help bring them more value.
  • Implement strategies and work directly with customers to help them maximize the value they are getting from Northspyre.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and our product/technical team -- 1) to resolve any issues and advocate for customers and 2) to provide feedback on new and existing features
  • Help manage and respond to customer support tickets while determining a strategy to improve our processes.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers by overseeing implementation
  • Travel as needed to visit client offices in-person. Some travel may be involved but likely no more than 1-2 days every 2-3 months (post pandemic).

We are looking for people who have:

  • Knowledge of real estate development and real estate project management. Experience in the real estate development or construction industry, highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment with a cadence of delivering monthly results

About the opportunity

The objective of the Account Executive is simple - to bring new business to Northspyre. But this is not your run-of-the-mill sales job. As an Account Executive, you'll be working with prospective clients to educate them on the Northspyre platform. By building a relationship with these Real Estate Professionals, you’ll get the opportunity to really set people free to do great work. You’ll do this by showing the potential ROI Northspyre can provide for their businesses, which will result in converting prospective clients into new clients.

In this role, you’ll get to

  • Be a strategic leader and collaborate with other high impact revenue owners to tune, operate, and drive high-growth B2B SaaS sales machines as we add our next $15M in ARR.
  • Educate and guide real estate professionals to utilize automation and data analytics to create untapped value for their business
  • Act as a strategic thought partner and consultant for leaders of client organizations throughout the sales engagement process. Help them transform their real estate enterprises by leveraging advanced technologies that other knowledge-based industries like finance started implementing 5-8 years ago.
  • Own and attain +$1M annual individual quota working inbound and self-sourced leads through qualification, demo, consensus building, and close
  • Implement and evolve industry best practice qualification, mid-funnel, and closing techniques to empower a repeatable, scalable sales machine
  • Work hand in hand with CEO, Head of Sales, and marketing team as a thought and strategy partner to to keep Northspyre on the cutting edge of sales organization structure, processes, and best practices
  • Drive real revenue with a real stake and equity in a fast growing firm where your impact, growth, and success matter

  • Willing to put in hard work and time (9-12 hours per day).

We are looking for people who have proven:

  • 3+ years work experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS sales, or other client-facing analytical professional roles. 
  • Bachelor's degree with GPA higher than 3.2 at top 50 University
  • Track record (and expectation) of earning $250K+/ year in OTE, president clubs, top of cohort conversion metrics etc
  • Ability to execute a thorough sales discovery as well as follow a consultative sales process 
  • Experience owning individual sales forecasts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields

Bonus points if you have:

  • MBA from a top 10 business school is a bonus
  • Real Estate Development or Project Management Experience

Participants in our BDA internship program will undergo intensive sales training, learn the foundations of the real estate industry, and develop their business skills over the course of this 12-week program.  Highly successful interns may be offered a full-time role at the end of the program.

  • Support our team throughout the entire sales cycle via calls, web-demos and occasionally in-person meetings

  • Accurately manage activities, pipeline and your portfolio of clients within the CRM system

  • Receive mentorship and guidance through the program

We are looking for people who have / are:

  • Recent college graduate or early career professional interested in the real estate technology industry (Bachelor’s degree required, GPA 3.2+)

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • High emotional intelligence and are able to read the emotions of others effectively.

  • Results and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Not afraid to make cold calls and speak to unfamiliar people on a daily basis.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Desire and passion to be the best at what you do.
