About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a Full Stack Engineer II to contribute to our rapid growth in this venture-backed startup. This position provides a unique opportunity to play a significant role in disrupting the $10.5 trillion real estate sector. Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building elegant and user-friendly UIs.
  • Designing and developing backend systems and APIs.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of discreet full-stack engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with knowledge of React, Vue, Webpack, and NPM.
  • Experience scaling systems in production, particularly with cloud-based technologies like AWS.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments, large software systems, and/or security software development.
  • Willingness and ability to learn additional coding languages as required.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role’s listed level is currently $110k - $160k but may vary based on local market data by region. About the opportunity

Northspyre is seeking a self-driven and entrepreneurial Director of Strategic Partnerships to pioneer this critical role. This individual will play a key role in creating strategic partnerships, driving channel leads, and expanding our network in the real estate and financial sectors. The successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and capable of creating valuable connections to enhance our ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and Cultivating Partnerships:Establishing partnerships with key entities, including lender channel partners, integration partners, and 3rd party service consultant partners supporting clients and the Northspyre platform.
  • ROI and Impact Focus:Ensuring that all partnerships are strategically aligned and contribute to measurable ROI and impact on company targets.
  • Network Building: Establish a network of referral and reseller partners to explore new channels for growth.
  • Marketing Collateral Production:Creating collateral and other marketing materials to support partnership efforts and effectively engage potential partners.
  • Understanding Business Goals:Developing a deep understanding of Northspyre's business goals, products, and areas of value to identify creative partnership opportunities.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting:Managing and tracking the progress of partnership deals on a weekly basis, reporting back to leadership, and demonstrating the ability to achieve key progress milestones.

About the opportunity

Northspyre is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our fast-growing venture-backed startup team. The Director of Product Marketing will  play a critical role in catalyzing growth for our products post our $25M Series B raise and managing a team for a product that is an early category leader.

In this position you will lead and scale our company’s product marketing function to match our rapid growth. You will work cross-functionally with our product team, executive leadership, and other go-to-market functions to build, market, sell and support our first to-market products in commercial real estate, while also playing a key role in defining the future vision and strategy of Northspyre.

You’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business and execute programs across the entire product-marketing landscape including customer research, content marketing strategy, positioning and messaging, customer advocacy, and serving as a product expert.

In this role, you’ll get to

  • Scale our product marketing discipline.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership.
  • Lead and expand our customer advocacy programs, turning customer feedback and success stories into powerful marketing tools, and ensuring our product and marketing strategies are consistently aligned with our customers' evolving needs and experiences.
  • Coordinate with the product team to guide product roadmaps, pricing, and future product releases using data-backed insights from industry research as well as consumer research, feedback, and behavior.
  • Own our product release process in tight coordination with our product and engineering teams.  You are the person on the team that can take deep technical product understanding / expertise and break it into bite sized chunks for the market to understand.  
  • Strategically manage and continuously refine our buyer personas and messaging, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our messaging is precisely tailored and consistently resonates with each persona's unique needs and preferences.
  • Work with our marketing and sales teams to test our developed messaging in the market and use feedback to further refine our framework.
  • Work with / directly manage agencies and internal teams to develop content for marketing materials including podcasts, webinars, and product demos. Develop schedules and cadences for these materials and work to maintain release deadlines to support marketing efforts.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and enablement to continually improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel through tailored content.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a sharp team of content creators and storytellers. 

We are looking for people who have

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a high growth environment. You have a successful and demonstrable track record of working with customers from mid-market to enterprise.
  • You are customer-obsessed and use customer research to influence programs around pricing and packaging, positioning and messaging, product launches, and all other assets that support successful go-to-market efforts.
  • A track record of translating market understanding into action. You've successfully developed and driven the adoption of company and product-level positioning and messaging frameworks. You've worked with Product Managers to develop market intelligence and business cases to inform roadmap development.
  • You develop meaningful market analysis and deep competitive intelligence that drive differentiated, high value products and features, and allows you to participate in the launch cycle from end to end.
  • You act as the voice of the customer because you dive deeply into their needs and problem spaces, enabling you to identify target personas, document them, and educate and align our internal teams around them.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence others as appropriate. You have experience transforming complex concepts, features, and capabilities into clear and concise value-based messages and compelling narratives. In this role, you’ll get to

  • Be a strategic leader and collaborate with other high impact revenue owners to tune, operate, and drive high-growth B2B SaaS sales machines as we add our next $15M in ARR.
  • Educate and guide real estate professionals to utilize automation and data analytics to create untapped value for their business
  • Act as a strategic thought partner and consultant for leaders of client organizations throughout the sales engagement process. Help them transform their real estate enterprises by leveraging advanced technologies that other knowledge-based industries like finance started implementing 5-8 years ago.
  • Own and attain +$1M annual individual quota working inbound and self-sourced leads through qualification, demo, consensus building, and close
  • Implement and evolve industry best practice qualification, mid-funnel, and closing techniques to empower a repeatable, scalable sales machine
  • Work hand in hand with CEO, Head of Sales, and marketing team as a thought and strategy partner to to keep Northspyre on the cutting edge of sales organization structure, processes, and best practices
  • Drive real revenue with a real stake and equity in a fast growing firm where your impact, growth, and success matter

We are looking for people who have

  • 3+ years work experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS sales, or other client-facing analytical professional roles. 
  • High energy and positive attitude.  Activity and results driven. 
  • Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery as well as follow a consultative sales process 
  • Persuasive speaking skills and persistent with follow-up 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
  • Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability and achieving sales goals
