Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $113,600 - $154,450 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $92,880 - $121,905 per year.   • Decipher key business insights and trends, utilizing those insights to better position the business culturally and operationally

Qualifications

  • Support psychotropic medication management prescribed by PCPs, focusing on treatment adherence, side effects and other complications, and effectiveness of treatment.
  • Perform assessments, and brief, short-term treatment interventions to patients meeting program criteria
  • Work with medical assistants, behavioral health coordinators and PCPs to support care plans
  • Document patient progress and treatment recommendations so they can be easily shared with PCPs, the psychiatric consultant, and other treating providers
  • Facilitate treatment plan changes and referrals for patients not improving/progressing or needing a higher level of care
  • Participate in ongoing care collaboration, through team-based case conferences, maintaining a patient registry, electronic communication channels, and with provider partners.
  • Additional responsibilities may include presenting on behavioral health topics at staff meetings, and covering for the supervisor in clinical support of non-licensed staff when needed.

Requirements:

  • LCSW or LPC with 2+ years of outpatient work experience 
  • Spanish language fluency
  • Experience with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Treatment).

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $26.67 per hour. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $24.00 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 10 days per year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members in following an outcome-based plan of care, based on the member's input and assessment results and identify/address current needs of the member, using outlined escalation pathways when needed.
  • Outreach identified members to identify and help solve for barriers that may affect their care by phone outreach, secure messaging and mail.
  • Monitor care and services provided to members to ensure that quality care is being delivered in the most appropriate setting
  • Ensure the "Plan of Care" moves with the member and update the care plan as the member's health status changes
  • Assist members by providing resources, education and information promptly.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CHW certification required from approved Community Health Certification Program, or two years of equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years experience care coordination and navigation

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership growth through the management of traditional insurance sales channels, as well as the pursuit of innovative sales strategies. Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $88,800 - $111,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, and sales commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing broker and GA (General Agent) relationships in the assigned geographic market and as required to support growth goals
  • Identifying distribution partners to invest in and building relationships over time
  • Training brokers and GA partners on our product
  • Representing our product in the market at local broker and community events, which may take place during evening and/or weekend hours
  • Identifying and testing new growth opportunities and sharing learnings with broader sales team
  • Partner with teams to build and improve tools and processes that make our product the easiest to work with in the market
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals while providing great service to distribution partners
  • Providing local competitive intelligence and market research
  • Being the voice of brokers and consumers within our product

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of healthcare industry in an outside sales role
  • 3+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Must be a licensed insurance professional

  • Present auditor quality scores and provide feedback to the team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years end-to-end claims experience 
  • 2+ years experience presenting to diverse audiences 
  • 2+ years experience facilitating training/coaching in a production environment
