Your role in helping us shape the football (Soccer if your American) future:

Ole Ole is building an LLM for football history competing directly with Wikipedia building an interactive product. LA intends to become the largest repository of football history in the world.

OleOle is seeking a highly skilled individual to design and build our LLM for football History. The ideal candidate should possess:

1. **Expertise in Web Development:** Strong proficiency in web technologies, frameworks, and languages to build a sophisticated interactive platform.

2. **Content Creation:** Experience in generating engaging and accurate content related to the history of around 24,000 professional men's and women's football teams globally. Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation is crucial.

3. **Automation Skills:** Proficiency in automation tools and processes to streamline platform development and content generation efficiently.

4. **Database Management:** Knowledge of database systems to organize and manage vast amounts of historical football data.

5. **Domain Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of football history, including the ability to curate and present information in an engaging manner.

6. **UI/UX Design:** Capability to create an intuitive and visually appealing user interface for an enhanced user experience. (We have a design team in house.)

7. **Collaboration Skills:** Ability to work with a team of developers, designers, and content creators to achieve project goals.

8. **Innovation:** A creative and innovative mindset to go beyond existing platforms like Wikipedia, bringing unique features and interactivity to the historical football narrative.

9. **Project Management:** Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and ensure the successful execution of the platform.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have a technical background with expertise in:

1. **Web Development:** Proficiency in languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular for building an interactive platform.

2. **Backend Development:** Knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, PHP) and experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) for robust data management.

3. **AI and Machine Learning:** Practical experience using AI tools for content generation, such as natural language processing (NLP) and generative models. This could involve utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

4. **Automation:** Skills in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python scripts, CI/CD pipelines) to automate aspects of platform development and content creation.

5. **UI/UX Design:** Understanding of user interface and user experience principles to create an engaging and intuitive platform.

Use your established event management skills to help manage the design and logistics of various fan travel programs for the worlds biggest clubs to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Must be experienced in logistics for groups of several thousands..Multi lingual crucial, Spanish and English a must.

Qualifications

Must have experience managing large travel groups

• Five plus years’ experience in sports event planning, with an emphasis on international destinations and developing tours highly preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, RFP processes and contract negotiation.
• Strong Charter logistics skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a manner can be easily understood by others; ability to write creative content is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build relationships.
• Adaptable self-starter, who is organized and able to effectively prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Aptitude and ability to learn and familiarize yourself with football travel process and terminology as well as with new and ever-changing technology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with a CRM tools
• Ability to travel on a regular basis to select international destinations.
