Job Description

The Senior Vice President (SVP), Fashion is accountable for shaping the strategy and ensuring the financial success of the Fashion business. The SVP will manage all aspects of strategy, budget and overall P&L accountability, directly managing Marketing, Retail and Commercial Development teams. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of end-to-end budget development, implementation, execution and iteration.  
  • Accountable to P & L across the business, ensuring financial targets are met, profitability is increased, and costs are controlled. 
  • In partnership with finance, provide regular forecasts, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR to drive talent recruitment, succession planning, and development initiatives. 
  • Actively manage team performance, motivate staff, manage organizational design, and ensure effective headcount management within budget constraints. 
  • Ensure that event logistics, from floor plans to speaker arrangements and technology platforms, are executed flawlessly and in alignment with brand and business objectives. 
  • Lead the marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for both attendee and sales marketing efforts. 
  • Collaborate with PR teams to develop KPIs and measure marketing success, ensuring all campaigns are delivering against business objectives. 
  • Manage and support the development of new sponsorship opportunities, including leading experiential strategy, delivery, and monetization efforts. 
  • Ensure that sponsorships offer high value for partners and align with event objectives, enhancing both attendee and sponsor experiences. 
  • Act as a change management ambassador, helping the team and broader organization adapt to new initiatives, market changes, and evolving business needs. 
  • Lead by example during periods of transition, ensuring that the team remains motivated, focused, and engaged. 
  • Provide strategic guidance on managing change within the organization while maintaining strong culture and morale. 
  • Create an environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Lead internal communications to ensure all teams are aligned on key initiatives, progress, and business goals. 
  • Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), and other technology platforms to track event performance, customer sentiment, and financials. 
  • Analyze event data and trends to identify areas for optimization and use insights to make informed decisions for future events. 

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the live events industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-functional event teams and delivering profitable events from concept to execution. 
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in budget creation and effective budget management, including full P&L responsibility. 
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and act on financial reports and make decisions that improve financial performance. 
  • Proven success working in matrixed organizations, influencing internal stakeholders, and collaborating across teams to achieve shared goals. 
  • Comfortable working in a global environment with diverse, remote, and cross-functional teams. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and monetizing sponsorships and partnerships that align with event goals and generate significant revenue.

What you'll do:

  • Build and operate Tanium Cloud's detection and response engineering in Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes for detections, analysis, and responses as automation as code using DevOps methodologies
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the design and effectiveness of Cloud and Kubernetes security measures and establish an ongoing program to advance security and close gaps in our defensive posture.
  • Proactively characterize unauthorized activity and malicious behaviors in our cloud and container infrastructure and systems through code, testing, and automation
  • Develop tailored detection policies, perform testing, and implement automation to observe, evaluate, enhance, and review security information using SecDataOps and best practices.

  • Work together with the engineering, IT, and other security groups to create solutions that are expandable and adaptable to protect Tanium Cloud against threats ranging from low-level actors to national cyber-threat agents.

As the SOX Senior Associate, you will support the SOX Manager in executing all aspects of Cloudflare’s SOX program. This includes supporting and contributing to scoping & process risk assessment, controls rationalization & optimization, walkthrough facilitation, execution of test of design and test of operating effectiveness, and coordination of remediation & retesting.   • Stay up to date with the latest IAM security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively enhance security prevention and detection measures.

  • Be on periodic on-call for triage of critical alerts from detections and systems

We're looking for someone with:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Cloud Security, IT Security, or related technical field preferred 

Cloud IAM Security Engineering Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in cloud security prevention, detection, response for public cloud systems (e.g. AWS, Azure) within a DevOps environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in building and operating cloud-based Identity and Access Management with AWS and Azure as code, including cloud organizations, account, identity, access secrets, role, and policy management for both humans and machines.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in securing identity and access controls for cloud-hosted Kubernetes clusters and their workloads (i.e. custom RBAC roles, workload identities, Open Policy, Operator Framework, Service Meshes, Hierarchical Namespaces ) with K8 service teams, preferably on AKS and EKS
  • Explicit hands-on experience using infrastructure-as-code (i.e. Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) to manage cloud IAM service configurations, such as Azure Entra ID, Azure MyApps, Azure Policies, AWS Organizations, and AWS Organizations Service Control Policies (SCP).
  • Familiar with SAML2, OAuth2, and OIDC for Single Sign On (SSO) with federated identity access brokers (i.e. MyApps, Cognito, KeyCloak) for internal and external customer use.
  • Experience in detection engineering methodologies, such as building detection cases, proactively identify known and unknown cyber threats, advisory behavior
  • Experience in using security query or analytic tools for security data analysis, such as SQL, KQL, or SPL, to enable SecDataOps
  • Build and improve IAM security playbooks and runbooks for automating security detection and response
  • Solid understanding of modern attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) against cloud provider, Kubernetes, and open source IAM services (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK, building threat intelligence, etc.)
  • Prior experience implementing and tailoring identity, authentication, and authorization security controls from ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST SP 800-53 security control frameworks for confidential workloads.

Engineering Experience

  • Utilize robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities to confirm our hypotheses using precise data and in-depth root cause investigation.
  • Experience using high-level programming languages (Go, Python) to produce detection-as-code, tools, and automations
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure as infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Pulumi, Helm)
  • Deliver high quality PRs daily using modern software engineering development and automation tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines (i.e. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Job Description

In this compelling leadership position, you will drive transformation, strategic enhancements, execution, and expansion of the Correction of Errors framework at Fannie Mae as well as lead enterprise-wide IT operations. This is a strategic and thoughtful leader role that will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service partners to ensure critical services and capabilities remain operational, secure and performant. This Director position reports to the Vice President of Operations Engineering and will be required to directly interact with senior leadership and various critical partners. This role will strive towards operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that the organization's IT operations remain resilient. This key leadership position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and strategic growth of our IT Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT operations engineering, observability, and strategic planning, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role will lead and maintain a high performing team who will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure practices, policies and plans are pragmatic, effective and free from bias and discrimination in all its forms.

The Support and Tools - Operations Engineering - Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

 

  • Lead strategy and direction and drive excellence in the IT Operations and Corrections of Errors functions.
  • Transform, enhance and expand the Correction of Errors framework and apply the learnings across the organization.
  • Develop and lead Correction of Errors team to ensure quality, consistency, and oversight by developing and maintaining correct methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Lead the execution of FannieMae’s technology strategy and vision with an emphasis on delivering transformational change while using an agile organizational model to drive IT Operations objectives in alignment with overall Business and IT Strategy.
  • Align to management’s vision and goals on IT Operations and build strategy and plans around that; execute upon the same.
  • Prioritize the work of this team based on management guidance on strategic and tactical deliverables
  • Manage budgets, annual program agendas, and recovery improvement metrics.
  • Oversee the health of our production environments through operational leadership of our external and cloud technology platforms
  • Implement processes and procedures that increase cloud service reliability and continually improve SLA
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in system behavior, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Implement machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance predictive analysis and proactive issue resolution.
  • Bring in a SRE/DevOps/Observability mindset to the IT operations and Correction of Errors space.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in observability, tracing, SRE and IT Operations to drive innovation within IT Operations
  • Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise on accountability for measuring KPI’s, activities and performance.
  • Investigate opportunities for automation in the IT Operations and Correction of Errors space and utilize the automation team members to deliver on the same.
  • Develop and implement an Operational Excellence strategy to accomplish cost leadership by focusing on automating processes and workloads to streamline operations and reduce cost.
  • Execute select strategic innovation initiatives as directed by the leadership.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and auditing guidelines are followed, and solid business practices are implemented.
  • Utilize technical knowledge and skills to effectively translate the unique needs and requirements of the technology organization into project/program objectives, roadmaps, and activities
  • Create and foster the use of process standards and templates (e.g., project intake, project charter, project kick-off, requirements creation, user acceptance, status reports, meeting agenda, project schedule and release plan, product backlog, issue/risk logs, retrospectives, user stories, etc.) and facilitate the capture of product and project documentation as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create, structure, and direct analyses as required, supported by hypotheses, collecting data, executing analyses, and synthesizing findings
  • Create and conduct regular reviews with IT management, functional management, and executives such that key projects are tracking to defined objectives and key performance indicators and maintain stakeholder alignment
  • Proactively manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
  • Develop and manage standardized and highly efficient technology services; ensure reliability and scalability of infrastructure in a dynamic environment.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT operations and observability efforts.
  • Monitor environments and recommend additional controls and governance.
  • Ensure all technology practices adhere to IT, Information Security, compliance, and regulatory standards and controls.
  • Establish collaborative working relationships with outside vendors, which will help to enhance service delivery capabilities
  • Perform all departmental administrative activities, including staff meeting attendance, monthly status reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, staff performance management, expense processing, documentation and other activities, as assigned, in a timely fashion.
  • Partner with other Architecture, Engineering and Information security teams to monitor emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies risks.
  • Develop and manage a world-class team
  • Provide strong leadership with a focus on attracting, motivating, and developing best-in-class talent. Mentor and coach teams to develop future leaders in alignment with company objectives.
  • Balance both leading a team and engaging directly with the work needed to accomplish objectives.
  • Assist direct reports with ongoing prioritization and resource allocation to ensure that the crucial business initiatives are delivered.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

 

Qualification and Skills –

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 8+ years of management experience in Information technology with expertise in any two from this list - IT operations, Cloud technologies, Command Center, observability, infrastructure, security and technical architecture; 5+ years of experience with managing large teams.
  • 5-7 years of experience with AWS and traditional infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, database, middleware) and ITSM operations frameworks (ITIL, MOF, COBIT, etc).
  • Excellent understanding of at least 8 of the following - AWS EC2, Lambda, Beanstalk, ECS, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, VPC, CloudFront, ALB, Neptune, RDS, Redshift, Aurora, Glue.
  • Proven experience (5 years) managing IT operations.
  • Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Cloudwatch, Moogsoft or similar tools is preferred.
  • 5+ years designing and leading IT PMO processes and tool adoption, technology strategic planning and budgeting, portfolio management using various methodologies preferred.
  • Professional AWS cloud certification preferred.
  • Proven experience leading 24 x 7 IT/Cloud Operations team across a variety of *aaS architectures and associated operations in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience defining, implementing, and managing ongoing portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, and IT Governance processes.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un rédacteur technique à plein temps pour se joindre à l’équipe d’Upland. Ce rédacteur technique sera responsable de la documentation technique de Objectif Lune. À l’aide de plusieurs systèmes de gestion de contenu, le rédacteur technique modifiera, rédigera, mettra à jour et publiera la documentation. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience de rédaction de documentation pour une audience technique, est hautement motivé, aime accomplir et a un œil de lynx pour les détails.

Responsabilités primaires :

·      Rédiger, modifier et livrer la documentation de produit, incluant l’aide en ligne et les notes de version.

·      Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Gestion des produits, le Développement et autres PMEs afin de vérifier l’exactitude de la documentation et de collecter l’information sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et mises à jour.

·      Agir en tant que contact primaire pour la documentation de produit pour les partenaires internes.

·      Travailler avec le Gestionnaire de la documentation Upland pour s’assurer que la documentation rencontre les normes d’Upland.

·      Fournir, au besoin, de l’assistance sur les projets aux autres rédacteurs techniques et au Gestionnaire de la documentation. 

Les impératifs :

·      Expérience de rédaction de documentation pour une audience technique (TI, développeurs)

·      Expérience de gestion du processus total de documentation, de la recherche à la publication. 

·      Expérience à rédiger des concepts techniques complexes pour produire une documentation qui est exacte, concise et que les utilisateurs comprendront facilement.

·      Intérêt démontrable pour l’apprentissage de nouvelle technologies et initiative d’auto-formation. Un esprit curieux et investigateur.

·      Une attention aux détails reconnue.

·      Capacité de travailler indépendamment ou en coopération avec une équipe.

·      Compréhension et connaissance de Madcap Flare, ou autres systèmes de création de contenu à source unique.

·      Connaissance pratique du CSS, HTML, et XML.

·      Familiarité avec le Manuel de style Microsoft et les normes de rédaction technologique.

·      Une connaissance pointue de l’Anglais, incluant le sens des mots et leur orthographe, les règles de la rédaction et de la grammaire.

 

Puisque ce rôle nécessite que l’employé interagisse avec des clients à l’échelle mondiale ainsi qu’avec des employés et intervenants dans d’autres provinces canadiennes, la connaissance du français et de l’anglais est exigée pour ce poste.
