    Plan and coordinate special events.

    Type documents, letters and other memoranda, track CSR data on spreadsheets for waste streams.

    Design and prepare presentations and reports.

    Greet and direct customers to the Facilities Service Center and act as primary resource for internal and external contacts, facilitating a professional image . File and photocopy materials, including establishing and maintaining project files.

    Process bills for prompt payment in Ariba and Chrome River software.

    Maintain accurate and timely entries in e-billing/matter management software in MS Teams. Proofread documents for grammatical and typographical errors.

    Order supplies and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment and housekeeping contractor.

    Develop working knowledge of Ariba, Service Now, Access It, and any other systems as they may be implemented.

    Special projects and additional related duties as assigned by managers.

    Support additional team members within the department and perform functions specific to their roles, as requested.

    Be the Customer facing team member that shows the positive energy, often times when the customer is not being as respectful in return

This full-time position reports to the Director of Enterprise Technology and has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from home. It is required for teleworkers to reside in the metropolitan Mexico City area, as we will require attendance for occasional in-person events. To ensure sufficient overlap with functional and cross-functional team members globally, some flexibility with this role's regular work schedule will be required. Most of our teams have overlap with early morning and/or early evening PST. Specific scheduling needs for this role will be discussed in the initial interview.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance data solutions using Snowflake
  • Lead the migration of existing data platforms to Snowflake, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Manage the full lifecycle of data within Snowflake, from ingestion and storage to analytics and reporting
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of the Snowflake environment to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Be accountable for building and maintaining the data infrastructure for the organization
  • Collaborate with systems analysts and cross functional partners to understand data requirements
  • Champion data warehouse, create denormalized data foundation layer and normalized data marts
  • Define strategies to capture all data sources and impact of business process changes on data coming from those sources  
  • Work on all aspects of the data warehouse/BI environment including architecture, design, development, automation, caching and performance tuning
  • Build required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources on Cloud leveraging SQL, data cloud platforms like Snowflake
  • Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
  • Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues
  • Continually explore new technologies like Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Data Modeling

What you bring to the table:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in the data engineering field
  • Hands-on polyglot programming expertise
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing Snowflake Cloud Data Platform
  • Proficiency in Multi cloud platform like Azure, AWS and/or GCP
  • Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) or equivalent ETL tool
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing data pipelines using diverse data sources including databases, APIs, external data providers, and streaming sources
  • Demonstrated history of designing efficient data models using Medallion Architecture
  • Deep understanding and experience with relational (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres and MySQL) and NoSQL databases
  • Experience building and supporting REST APIs for both inbound and outbound data workflows
  • Proficiency and solid grasp of distributed system concepts to design scalable and fault tolerant data architectures
  • Excellent critical thinking to perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions
  • Excellent analytic skills associated with working on structured and unstructured datasets
  • Ability to build processes that support data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependency and metadata
  • Ability to build and optimize data sets, ‘big data’ data pipelines and architectures
  • Ability to understand and tell the story embedded in the data at the core of our business
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical audience from a variety of business functions
  • Strong knowledge of coding standards, best practices and data governance

What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • Master’s degree in computer engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field.
  • Alternately, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field, plus five years of experience in a related position. Must have experience in: 1) Autonomy robotic algorithm software architecting and design; 2) Code and unit tests of autonomy algorithms for application within embedded application; 3) C++ software development and unit testing in a Linux environment; 4) ROS (Robot Operating Systems); and 5) Linux development tool chains.
  • Requires domestic travel up to 10% of the time.

Basic Qualifications

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

  • Using your full range of skills (UX design, design thinking, interaction design, prototyping, visual design) to create elegant user experiences that combine the digital (mobile, web) and physical (devices), guided by market and product requirements to solve real problems for real people.

  • Designing independently and taking design ownership throughout the entire product lifecycle, in multiple product areas.

  • Consistently leveraging all available quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and creatively suggesting data sources when they are not readily available.

  • Communicating and closely collaborating with software and hardware product managers, engineers, quality assurance engineers, and executive stakeholders.

  • Advocating for changes, refinements, and ongoing improvements to the user experience.

  • Working across the entire design stack including helping to refine understanding of problems and needs, ideating, iterating, prototyping interactions in detail, and producing high-fidelity visuals.

  • Playing a lead role in maintaining documentation of user experience in accordance with design practices.

  • Facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders and constituencies. Leading design activities and workshops like journey mapping, design critiques.

  • Planning and leading user testing.

  • Working with ecosystem and business partners to develop user experiences that work seamlessly for people, across multiple physical and digital technologies.

 

Hiring Pay Range: $130K-$165K

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of design experience, with 2 years focused on IoT products.

  • A BA/BS in design, UX/UI, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design processes, along with experience in leveraging Jira for project and issue tracking.

  • Strong skills in developing and applying design systems.

  • Fluency with interaction design, and advanced prototyping, including proficiency with Protopie.

  • Excellent visual design skills for polished, pixel-perfect outcomes.

  • A profound understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, with the ability to distill complex physical and digital interactions into seamless, intuitive user experiences.

  • A solid understanding of Material Design and Apple’s human interface guidelines.

  • Knowledge of Swift UI and Jetpack Compose capabilities is a plus.

  • Experience working independently through an end-to-end product design process as a part of a scrum software team (product owners, mobile, backend, and quality assurance engineers).

  • Superior communication and teamwork abilities, proven through experience in diverse, cross-functional team settings.

  • A proactive approach to design decision-making, self-management, and organization, with a talent for identifying and solving complex design challenges.

  • Mastery in thinking holistically about user experiences across diverse product categories and focus on all possible states and micro-interactions (error handling, edge cases, success states) with relentless attention to detail.

You Will:

  • Manage and produce the weekly All Hands experience from end to end finding ways to continuously boost participation and viewership.

You Have:

What you’ll do 

  • Serve as the lead counsel in providing comprehensive, proactive and business-forward product legal counseling to the Engineering and Product teams. 
  • Lead the Privacy legal team, responsible for supporting the business in evaluating the impact of privacy laws, regulatory guidance, and enforcement actions and developing and implementing frameworks and processes to ensure Sprout Social meets its obligations under global privacy laws and other regulatory frameworks relevant to its business.
  • Engage with product development and engineering leaders ensuring that privacy by design is a consistent practice across all Sprout Social products and services.
  • Be a thought leader for the business on emerging technologies and evolving compliance requirements and translate the legal terms into business requirements, guidance, and advice.
  • Engage with the Product and Engineering teams to understand the product roadmap and priorities, to ensure legal considerations are considered during development of products and services. 
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team and supporting legal team members to ensure compliance with developer terms and cross-functional alignment. 

What you’ll bring 

We are seeking a business-minded attorney with an ability to think on their feet and solve hard problems that move the business forward while managing risk. This individual must be a proven leader with the ability and desire to coach and mentor both senior and junior attorneys and professional staff. This individual must be comfortable navigating gray areas, be a strong communicator and have strong project management skills enabling this person to move work forward in a results and deadline-driven environment.    

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • Law degree with strong academic credentials and active membership in a U.S. state or international bar
  • Minimum 10 years total legal experience 
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience specializing in product development, privacy or emerging technologies, preferably with both law firm and in-house experience 

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Deep expertise in privacy and technology issues impacting the Martech and social media industry preferred 
  • Extensive experience leading cross functional teams on large and complex projects

The base pay range for this role is$230,000.00 to $240,000.00 USD annually. Sprout’s compensation ranges are intentionally broad to allow for our team members' growth within their role. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.

Base pay is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance, and Modern Health (a wellness benefit).  Employees are able to enroll in Sprout’s company’s 401k plan, in which Sprout will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution. About the Role:

This role is crucial for maintaining the continuous accuracy and completeness of our customers' digital footprint data. The position demands an in-depth understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, SSL and an understanding of the fundamentals of how the Internet works. Responsibilities include validating the attribution of digital assets, managing asset claims, addressing inaccuracies, and promptly updating the digital footprint as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in researching, designing and deploying Internet facing technologies, preferably in telcos. The candidate will proactively identify and resolve discrepancies and identify directional innovations to the digital attribution system. This role requires a proactive approach and a deep understanding of how digital assets are managed and assigned by Telcos/ISPs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Validate and Maintain Digital Footprint data:Regularly review and validate the accuracy of how digital assets are attributed to organizations. Ensure that all internet-facing assets are correctly attributed and reflect the current status.
  • Asset Management & Discovery: Research and design new methods to correctly discover and attribute digital assets to organizations. You will also work with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and the nuances on how their organization is reflected on the Internet.
  • Issue Resolution:Address and resolve issues found within the digital footprint, such as misattributions or outdated information. Work closely with the cybersecurity team to understand the impact of these issues on security ratings.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to gather asset data, clarify asset status, and report on footprint changes and their impacts. Provide insights and recommendations based on digital footprint analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of methodologies for digital footprint analysis and management. Participate in the development of new tools and processes to enhance the team’s capabilities. As well as keeping an eye on associated engineering costs. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT asset management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the various internet registries such as ARIN, RIPE NCC, APNIC, etc 
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, BGP, DNS, WHOIS, and IP management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and capable of interpreting complex data related to network security.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms, especially those related to asset management and network scanning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark and or Flink)
  • Proficient in Scala, Python or Golang
  • Experience with various data formats

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or related credentials.
  • Experience with scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to cybersecurity and data protection.
