What you will be responsible for: 

  • Understand the technologies, solutions, constraints, and challenges for a cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management program and its implementation. 
  • Provide customer-oriented feedback to internal product development groups to guide the future direction of the Veracode and Longbow products. 
  • Design, lead, and complete successful Proof-of-Value engagements with customers that leads to clear proof of Longbow value. 
  • Match Veracode solutions to customer's business and technical requirements. 
  • Present Veracode and Longbow’s vision, strategy, roadmap and methodologies to prospective executives and technical management. 
  • Assist account teams on select opportunities where competitive solutions are incumbent. 
  • Provide information, tools, and assistance to account teams to assist in competitive take-outs. 
  • Develop and maintain technical competitive intelligence for cross functional enablement. 
  • Develop tools and utilities to migrate existing deployments from competitive solutions to Veracode solutions.
  • Design and implement compelling demonstrations of Longbow aligned with key use cases and customer value. 

 

Required Skills: 

  • Minimum ten years of experience in information security. 
  • Public Cloud and cloud security fundamentals (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud infrastructure security, container security) 
  • Experience working and integrating with security tool APIs for both GraphQL and REST 
  • System integration, automation, and cloud experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) 
  • Hands on with cloud security solutions (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Palo Alto Prisma) 
  • Scripting (Perl, Python, etc.), Java, .NET (C# and ASP,.Net) knowledge 
  • Hands-on experience with application security solutions (AppScan, Veracode,Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube, etc.) 
  • Experience with positioning and selling security solutions, enterprise applications, and/or systems management solutions. 
  • Experience with and strong understanding of cloud environments. 
  • Proven track record of successfully conveying disruptive SaaS cloud security solutions. 
  • Understanding the ASPM (Application Security Posture Management) market is a benefit.  
  • Hands-on experience with competitive application security solutions and open-source tools. 
  • Experience with architecting a secure SDLC in a modern development shop (DevOps, Agile, CI/CD) is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.

Customer Success at Cloudflare is focused on customer adoption and value realization of Cloudflare Solutions. What you'll do

As a leader of our North American Customer Success Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by investing in the development of Customer Success Engineering specialists. You will bring strong relationship-building experience, deep technical and product knowledge, project management and organizational skills, as well as a high degree of empathy to ensure the customer’s satisfaction with Cloudflare’s services. You will help Customer Success Engineers deliver deep technical expertise to our customers in both scaled (one-to-many) engagements as well as personalized workshops and one-on-one sessions.

Our internal team consists of 6 developers (a mix of front-end and back-end specialists) from Poland. We work in an Agile way (similar to SCRUM but with fewer meetings ????). For project management and boards the team uses Azure DevOps.
