Qualifications

  • 2 years of consultative advertising agency or media services sales experience, presenting to key decision makers.

  • Advertising media agencies account for new business acquisitions, integrated cross platform media sales, digital media sales, OOH.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture

  • Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

  • Good written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Deine Mission
    • Entwickle ein innovatives Produkt im Bereich Marktforschung anhand des Design Thinking Prozesses.
    • Im ersten Schritt werden wir systematisch das Bedürfnis von KMUs zu Marktforschung erfassen und Probleme mit aktuellen Lösungen analysieren.
    • Mit dem kunden-zentrischen Verständnis des Problems kommen wir in die Ideation-Phase, in der wir Ideen zur Lösung generieren und Prototypen entwickeln.
    • Mit Unterstützung deines Line-Managers wirst Du das Gesicht des Projekts und in alle relevanten Entscheidungen einbezogen.
    Was du mitbringst, um erfolgreich zu sein
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbares mit relevanten Schwerpunkten.
    • Erfahrung im Bereich Business Development, Vertrieb oder Beratung sind von Vorteil.
    • Sehr gute Analyse- und Interpretationsfähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Aufbereitung von Informationen. Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel.
    • Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative. Dienstleistermentalität gepaart mit Freundlichkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen.
    • Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft.
    • Du bist von Jodel begeistert und repräsentierst die Marke in voller Überzeugung.
