    • Understanding of digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, GPPR and CCPA requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, IP / Domain reputation;
    • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance;
    • Experience with A/B testing;

        • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, problems, and errors encountered across our web properties, internal applications, and systems as reported or experienced.

        Qualifications

        • This position is player/coach and we are targeting someone with 2+ years of experience managing a small team of developers. 
        • Bachelor's degree or equivalency in a computer science related field required
        • 3 years of experience in a similar role working on web-based products.
        • Strong knowledge of ColdFusion required
        • MVC Framework knowledge very beneficial
        • Strong knowledge of SQL required
        • Strong knowledge of JavaScript beneficial

        As a Techno Functional SAP BRIM Architect, Bill to Cash, your duties and responsibilities will include:

        • Design and implement a futuristic Bill to Cash process using SAP BRIM, FICA and FSCM modules that includes Payments, Collections, Credit, and Disputes management, and intelligent automation.
        • Develop and maintain cloud-based architecture that enables efficient and scalable Bill to Cash operations.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver results that meet or exceed business expectations.
        • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that provide an incredible user experience via portal and mobile applications.
        • Design and develop customer centric solutions applying Design Thinking principles.

        • Develop and maintain intelligent automation solutions to optimize Bill to Cash operations and increase efficiency.
        • Be hands-on, conduct regular code reviews, performance optimization, and debugging to ensure the highest quality of solutions.

        • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, delivering results quickly and iteratively.
        • Take calculated risk and feel comfortable taking initiative to drive and deliver innovative solutions with fail-fast philosophy.

        Qualifications

        WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

        • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
        • 7+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, FICA and FSCM modules and their interconnections in cloud-based architecture
        • Strong experience in developing and deploying solutions for payments, collections, credit, and disputes management
        • At least 5 implementations and hands on expertise in SAP BRIM FICA, FSCM, ABAP, and other relevant programming languages
        • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality solutions.
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Expertise in web and mobile application development, including HTML5, CSS, Java, JavaScript, and React a plus
        • Experience in intelligent automation solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) a huge plus

        Qualifications

        We’re looking for an experienced, full-stack engineer. More specifically, we’re looking for:

        • Someone with experience designing, building, deploying, supporting SaaS products in a cloud-based world. You should have strong knowledge of:

          • Cloud Services and Best Practices (AWS)

          • Multiple platforms and languages (C#/.NET, Python, React, etc)

          • RESTFul APIs and MVC Web Patterns

          • Docker and virtualization technologies 

          • Operational Monitoring, Instrumentation, and Diagnostics 

        • Someone who understands fundamental computer science concepts. That doesn’t necessarily mean you have a CS degree. You should be able to describe technical design options, engineering trade-offs, making technical recommendations and decisions that balance performance and elegance with delivery and functional outcomes

        • Someone with a firm grasp of SQL and databases in general (including non-relational databases). You should know about CRUD patterns, relational design, what indexes are and why they matter, and the difference between a left join and an inner join.

        • Someone to work hand in hand with Product and UX, to design solutions that deliver business value and delight customers.

        Required Qualifications:

        • Due to responsibilities of this role that require elevated access to production data, the successful candidate for this position must be a US-based US citizen.

        • B.S. in Computer Science (or related field), equivalent trade school degree, or equivalent work experience.

        • 5+ years in a software engineering role

        • Strong proficiency with most or all languages and technologies listed below

        • Experience working effectively in a global virtual environment 

        • Ability to design and code scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud applications.

        • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)

        • Understanding of security best practices

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • AWS and/or Software Development certifications
