Vos principales missions :

  • Apporter du conseil dans le choix des solutions et la création des algorithmes : chiffrage, analyse des impacts fonctionnels et techniques,
  • Intervenir sur des missions de conseil : revue des besoins, définition de la méthodologie et des plans de travail, revue des architectures Data Science, ….
  • Maitriser la création et modélisation des algorithmes, revoir les données et leur qualité Coordonner les équipes et apporte son support aux consultants,
  • Intervention en lien avec le métier afin d’assurer la cohérence entre la demande et les enjeux techniques lors des phases de cadrage,
  • Assurer la compréhension des besoins afin de définir l’architecture et sécuriser la phase de conception : identification des sources, analyse des données, précision des règles de gestion / calcul des agrégats, modélisation de données...
  • Participer aux processus avant-vente : rendez-vous client et réponse à appel d’offres,
  • Capitaliser (documentation, bonnes pratiques) et assure la montée en compétence des consultants sur son domaine d’expertise,
  • Participer aux chantiers d’innovations et de veille technologique au sein du pôle Conseil & Expertise,
  • Intervenir lors d’évènements marketing pour mettre en avant l’expertise technologique de Business & Decision,
  • Assurer la conduite du changement (formation, communication) sur les évolutions en termes de normes et de standards,
  • Piloter la rédaction des livrables techniques : études de cadrage, dossier d’architecture et de spécifications, …

Qualifications

Depuis au moins 10 ans, vous concevez et déployez des solutions et algorithmes d’IA. Vous aimez accompagner, conseiller les clients et les consultants dans la mise en œuvre.
Vous maitrisez un ou plusieurs environnement(s) Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS), les principes DevOps / DataOps,   et langages / outils / services autour de l’IA et de la data (SQL, Dataiku, API, Python, Cassandra, Watson, …). Vous avez de l’expérience dans la mise en place de projets ML Ops et des premières expériences autour de l'IA générative. Attaché aux principes de l’IA éthique, vous êtes en mesure de conseiller la gestion des aspects opérationnels et stratégiques de l'utilisation de l'IA dans une organisation

What you'll be doing...

 

  • Define the strategic direction for ScienceLogic SL1 – core platform as well as UI/UX – including technologies around collection/ingestion, transport, data model and storage, programming interface, and runtime architecture (container-based microservices).
  • Lead and grow a team of high-performance engineers and product managers. Ensure efficiency and predictability of execution through clear accountability, goals, standards, and metrics.
  • Develop strong partnerships with global sales, marketing, and engineering teams to create products that deliver on the company’s revenue, margin and broader business objectives.
  • Reinforce a culture composed of accountability, customer-focus, and passion for excellence.
  • Work with the CPO, executive/senior leadership team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of high value projects to revenue generation and business objectives.
  • Manage capacity, capability, and availability to ensure resource allocation meets aggressive growth business commitments. Communicate plans and roadmaps to all constituents on a timely basis.
  • Mentor and coach the product teams on developing a culture of product innovation.

 

Qualities you possess...

 

  • Advanced degree in technical/business discipline and 15+ years product and technology leadership experience.
  • Experience with the ITOM, ITSM, and/or related infrastructure monitoring technologies/products.
  • Extensive experience and industry knowledge with large-scale cloud architecture, AI/ML, application, network infrastructure and data center management software.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional geographically distributed teams in Product Management and/or Engineering.

  • Stay up-to-date on AI/ML ecosystem advancements to assess their relevance to Webflow’s product strategy.
  • Develop and integrate third-party AI APIs into the product's architecture.
  • Be comfortable with making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting priorities as new insights emerge.
  • Work closely with the product and design teams, owning and iterating on the solution together.
  • Improve developer processes for building LLM-powered applications, helping to establish best practices in prompt engineering, experimentation, and quality assessments.
