The Role

The Backend Development team’s mission is to ensure Viva.com’s backend systems are robust, secure, and scalable. Tech stack

• Over 2 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong focus on .NET;

• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed systems;

• Experience with database technologies, particularly SQL Server, including writing complex queries and performance optimization;

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes;  

• Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps or similar tools;

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, optimize, and troubleshoot complex backend systems;

• Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git, and familiarity with branching strategies;

The team you’ll be a part of

You will join one of our most important tribes and lead one of the teams there. The Tribe currently consists of two teams with a total of 11 dedicated people. We need your help to find smart engineers to grow the new team to around 4-6 people. You will work closely with two existing teams working in a distributed and international setup, as well as the Director of tribe who will also be your direct leader.

The team develops and maintains, among other things, the customer and translator portal, the workflow orchestration engine, an internal API and much more. We moved the product to the cloud and want to move to API first and there’s a huge roadmap packed with great product ideas that will keep us busy for the years to come. Our team handles both the Frontend (written in JavaScript and Typescript) and several backend micro-services including the data persistence layer (created using .NET 5 and running on Kubernetes clusters in Azure).

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Working in, or have, the observability space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 3+  years of experience within the observability space.

Preferred Requirements:

• Worked with Dynatrace
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with programming / scripting side technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js and database
• Advance knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) including Windows and Linux
• Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices

Au sein de la DSI Forvis Mazars en France, rattaché au Directeur des Études et AMOA, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de l’évolution des architectures applicatives, et de la gestion des flux de données pour divers projets. Responsabilités et activités :

• Concevoir et développer des architectures applicatives robustes et évolutives.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, de gestion de projet et les parties prenantes pour assurer l’alignement des solutions techniques avec les objectifs des projets SI de Forvis Mazars.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du datawarehouse pour optimiser l’échange d’informations et les API.
• Évaluer et recommander des technologies et des outils adaptés aux besoins des projets.
• Assurer la qualité et la performance des applications en mettant en place des bonnes pratiques de développement et des standards de codage.
• Participer à la définition des exigences techniques et à la rédaction des spécifications projets.

• Participer, sur son périmètre, à la pérennisation de notre système de management de la sécurité de l’information.

Qualifications

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative en tant qu’Architecte Applicatif, idéalement dans un environnement de conseil ou de services financiers. Vous maîtrisez des technologies de développement modernes (Java, .NET, Python, etc.) et des architectures cloud, principalement Azure. Vous avez la capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Votre esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes sont de réels atouts.

Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac +5, ingénieur informatique ou master avec spécialisation en informatique. Votre Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire. Vous disposez d'une connaissance approfondie des architectures applicatives et des flux de données. Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, proactivité et sens de l'organisation.
