We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our team. You’ll be part of a team responsible for a wide range of applications and infrastructure that empower our employees across the business. In this role you will partner with the business on key technology initiatives and drive business value through innovation, automation and maintaining stability of our applications and infrastructure. You will work with our systems engineering team to deliver solutions while being adaptable to handle complex challenges, processes and situations.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Document processes, procedures, run books, and troubleshoot issues as new solutions are deployed.zCoordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and deployment success.
  • Automate routine tasks and build sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Generate proof of concept design and review. Coordinate deployments into production.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of key systems including AWS, Azure, GCP, Okta and Zscaler.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships including licensing, evaluating new features and aligning technology with business needs.
  • Own application integrations and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Partner with Engineering, Security and other Technology Teams to support shared infrastructure.

Success in this role looks like:

  • How is success measured in the first 90 days?
    • Evaluate current state of automation workflows, resolve any ongoing errors and suggest improvements for optimization.
    • Write knowledge base articles for new processes and/or troubleshooting steps and review historical data and updating where necessary.
  • How is success measured in the first 6 months?
    • Assume ownership of current Okta workflows and make recommendations based on design, security, functionality and organizational needs.
  • How will success be measured in the future?
    • Ongoing partnership with security and IT compliance teams on IAM strategy and execution, which will continue to mature our onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Design and execution of new workflows that will reduce manual processes, save time and resources and process errors.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years as an IT Systems Engineer.
  • You have experience with configuring and administering IdP systems like Okta.
  • You have experience with creating automation workflows using Okta.
  • You have familiarity in scripting, API and automation using python and bash.
  • You have knowledge of networking concepts, infrastructure topology & architecture, scalability and systems engineering.
  • You have experience with administering macOS and Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
  • You have significant hands-on experience working with SaaS offerings and their API endpoints.

What your days might look like

The Security Penetration Tester at Employment Hero is essential in safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring the security of the company’s systems. As our Security Penetration Tester, you will:

  • Conduct penetration testing on web applications, networks, mobile platforms, and cloud environments
  • Simulate real-world cyberattacks, including vulnerability assessments, social engineering, and physical security evaluations
  • Identify, analyse, and document security vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with IT teams, engineers, and management to implement security measures and close gaps
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, attack techniques, and security tools
  • Prepare detailed reports that clearly communicate findings, risks, and remediation plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in red team exercises, security audits, and incident response simulations
  • Identify gaps in people, processes, and technologies
  • Vulnerability research on certain high-value applications or systems
  • Develop proof-of-concept exploits to demonstrate how vulnerabilities can be exploited

You will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a penetration testing environment
  • Possessing OSCP is a must, with other offensive security certificates highly favourable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of common offensive security tools (Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Metasploit)
  • Strong consultative skills, enabling effective communication of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A strong desire to learn and expand knowledge in the field of information security

We are looking for a Head of Product to join our team and lead our next phase of product development. The role will interface directly with our users - senior sales leaders and their managers - and work cross-functionally with engineering, sales and marketing while reporting into the CEO. The startup environment will place a lot of demands on this role from strategic thinking to tactical execution, while working in an agile environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team that has validated a new product category gaining traction. We have successfully experimented with a trial motion to improve customer acquisition this year and believe based on the fast time to value and low effort setup, the product can and should be moved to be truly product-led asap.


Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap and the supporting product releases/milestones
  • Engage with customers and prospects for user research including the formulation and testing of customer-problem-product hypotheses
  • Maintain a high-quality product backlog by facilitating the process of breaking down larger projects/features into smaller user stories
  • Bring the voice of the user into product discussions which is informed by user research and qualitative analysis
  • Partner closely with UX design in user research/discovery and design
  • Team closely with engineers so iterations are executed efficiently and with high quality which includes working through story requirements/designs and performing acceptance testing
  • Manage product communications and maintain product documentation
  • Partner with the sales and account management teams in pre-sales and post-sales as both a functional and technical expert of product capabilities
  • Ensure cross-functional teams from sales, customer success, and support are fully aware of product releases and are enabled to be successful

Key Performance Measures

  • Roadmap is maintained on a monthly cadence
  • Ability to maintain target depth of ready backlog (e.g. 2 iterations)
  • Quality of user research and user stories
  • Maintain performance of user metrics for utilization, retention, and satisfaction

Requirements and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or owner in an agile environment
  • Experience with modern SaaS products
  • Experience and passion for user research and UX

    We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Director, Revenue Cycle Operations. This position is pivotal in ensuring optimal revenue capture from our payer channels through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of healthcare payer contracts, reimbursement strategies, and revenue cycle management.

    As the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans aimed at maximizing revenue from payer channels while aligning with the organization's overall financial objectives. This role demands versatility, requiring you to navigate both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will be expected to immerse yourself in operational processes while also synthesizing information to deliver executive-level presentations. This person reports directly to our VP, Finance.

    What you’ll do:

    • Execute a multigenerational revenue cycle management plan ensuring alignment with Parsley Health’s long term strategy.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track payer operations and revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Analyze payer reimbursement patterns, denials, and claims data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and revenue enhancement opportunities.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current partnerships to optimize accurate and timely reimbursements through various payer programs.
    • Stay abreast of relevant healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and payer policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and adapt to changes.
    • Oversees payer operations team, including staff managing third party billing relationships and claims management, and proactively escalates issues to the Executive team when they arise.
    • Manages Payer Ops Team performance by establishing clear goals and expectations and develops team members on their career goals.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams, to implement strategies that optimize revenue growth and minimize revenue leakage.
    • Lead large, cross-functional operations projects by gaining executive alignment, establishing clear timelines and outlining key requirements.
    • Define and lead the process for leveraging external resources (e.g., vendors, contractors) to support payer operations.
    • Support Payer Sales teams in late stage opportunities as they define integration and operational requirements.
    • Provide analytical analysis, create written processes, and train others in implementing a cross functional revenue cycle team.
    • Develop and implement practice-specific process improvement recommendations to secure positive results, monitor performance and improve resolution plans for unfavorable trends. 

    What you’ll need:

    • You have a proven experience in ambulatory revenue cycle management, payer relations, and healthcare reimbursement processes. Ideal candidate will have experience with multiple payment models, such as FFS, Value Based Care, Medicaid Encounter Rates, etc. and will have direct experience managing teams across the entire revenue cycle.
    • You have 5-7 years of operational leadership or general management and experience in ambulatory revenue cycle management
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
    • Experience with multiple Practice Management Systems

    The Department: Customer Support (Ledger Operations)

    As a team within the Support group, the Ledger Operations team is data driven and customer-centric. Team members work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and corporate operational stakeholders to reconcile data. Projects range from the very urgent, short sprint to redesigning long-term solutions to improve scalability and automation. Ledger Operations primary goal is to ensure high quality, scalable data reconciliation with proactive monitoring and reducing delays for reactive corrections.     The Role: Senior Ledger Operations Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Building data pipelines, alerting, and reporting for Gemini trade and blockchain data.
    • Designing data pipelines and automating ETL processes and SQL optimization, which will influence the “next generation” for Gemini’s ledger reconciliation processes and reporting.
    • Partnering with teams throughout the organization for all types of data reconciliation – both ad hoc and scheduled.

    Minimum Qualifications:
