Nuvei’s Solution team includes Solution Architect who act as a technical and payment product consultant to potential client and partner demands. A solution architect will architect client or a partner platform with Nuvei payment services to apply both client business demands and Nuvei best practices. In addition, Solution Architect is the technical leader for new demand raised throughout the technical journey with Nuvei and liaison to our technology partners ecosystem, products and services, therefore as part of the role, he will also act as the engineer concentrating on specific problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:

  • A key Solution leader who has knowledge in payments especially in technologies, integration frameworks and able to define, design and implement sophisticated techniques for client payment scope.
  • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering team and client teams to manage Solution projects and ensure we keep customers on plan and on schedule.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy derived from platform restrictions and client demands, while outlining a step-by-step architectural manual for client onboarding.
  • Responsible for leading demand management and client meetings to plan delivery of product engagement according to delivery and demand methodologies.
  • Mentoring demand projects with internal teams of Nuvei’s rapidly growing based solutions to deliver required client setup and train client facing teams on deliverables.
  • Understanding the business framework and its technical implications for a client or a prospect partner, within the turbulent payment landscape throughout new trends and ongoing regulations applied to relevant markets.
  • Matrix managing payments technical solutions per required regulations, market demands, and client needs for complex implementations and high-level tier prospects and partners.
  • Identify product gaps and raise with the relevant internal teams by taking main role in shaping and designing the APIs, payment features and Nuvei services.
  • Establish operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.
  • Highly skilled at applying consultative methodologies and solve solution pain points, while architecting features into best in practice solution to answer business pressing demands.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks running on parallel timelines and collaborate in a global and remote environment, while working in versatile fields (technology, product and business).
  • Passionate for technology and product services while helping others to succeed.

Job Requirements:

  • +6 years of hands-on integration and solution experience working as an Integration or Implementation engineer, or at least four (4) years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution manager.
  • +5 years of engineering management (i.e. software development, solution engineering).
  • +4 years of experience within the payment’s industry.
  • B.S. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field an advantage.
  • Proven ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). 
  • Strong knowledge of data model and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Working knowledge of web integration including iframes, widgets, SDK, Single Sign-On, APIs and other SaaS technologies.
  • Experience with cloud based services and online data distribution functions.
  • Creative thinker and experienced at understanding client’s potential pain points.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment.

We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Design team of highly skilled and influential technical consultants supporting our largest merchants. Solutions Engineers are trusted partners to the pre and post-sale process internally and externally, serving as technical experts and helping ensure a smooth transition for our customers on the technical side.  

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer you will play a critical role in assisting the Sales department to win new business, and designing solutions that the Implementations department can bring to production quickly. You will work with many inter-departmental groups to provide guidance and improve our tools and resources that lead to faster sales cycles, better products, and happier customers. 

Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with the GTM team on deal strategy through discovery, problem finding and value proposition discussions.
  • Prioritize and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on pre and post-sales processes to ensure a smooth transition for customers and partners.
  • Lead technical discussions on solution integration, APIs, and eCommerce workflows 
  • Respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.
  • Demonstrate Signifyd products, capabilities, and value to prospects and customers.
  • Develop and deliver training and educational assistance to prospects and customers.
  • Conduct research and solve problems surrounding new solutions and unique integration scenarios.
  • Document customer expectations and order flows to clearly outline the known current state and the desired future state.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Signifyd Implementation Services and Customer Success teams to provide the best possible on-boarding experience for customers.
  • Lead proof-of-concept discussions and design to reinforce Signifyd’s position as the market leader.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, ideally in SaaS 
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales/pre-sales environments.
  • Strong independent work ethic.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop associated action plans and lead peers towards achieving key objectives.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent presentation skills virtually and in-person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technology tool skills (Slack, Looker, Excel, Google Suite, LucidChart, Confluence, Salesforce.com, etc.).
  • Experience working with JSON and APIs.

What you’ll do as a Solutions Engineer

You are the technical lynchpin through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales. You will work closely with our mid-market prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology will allow you to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person, through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. As a subject matter expert on web/mobile security and performance, you are a trusted source for developing new firewall rules from log files, crafting performance caching and delivery strategies, and creating or repurposing internal tools and scripts for customers.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support. Responsibilities

  • As critical members of Cloudflare’s sales team, Solutions Engineers drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business, expand existing business, and keep our customers happy.
  • In business generation and expansion, you’ll be tasked with qualification of prospect and customer use cases, technical requirements discovery, leading demonstrations, solution identification and design, and collaborative work on proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
  • For our existing customers, Solutions Engineers are part of a dedicated account team that advises the customer on technical best practices, implementation of Cloudflare products and features, and strategic guidance on internet security and performance.
  • The role requires 20-50% travel to attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences and other industry events, and to collaborate with your Cloudflare teammates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go) and a desire to expand those skills.
  • Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative and recursive), HTTP(S), SSL / TLS.
  • 5 years plus of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.
  • Technical curiosity and passion: Cloudflare is at the cutting edge of internet technology, and our Solutions Engineers are viewed as subject-matter experts. It’s incumbent on us to stay up to date not only with Cloudflare’s specific products, but with industry trends.

What you’ll do

Cloudflare’s solutions engineering function is responsible for collaborating with clients from early-stage ideation through to planning for production. Being much more than an expert solely in Cloudflare’s services, our Senior Solutions Engineers are expected to sit alongside our peers in our clients, and to contribute their energy, ideas and opinion on solving the hard problems we face in our industry today. Often this means deep work on the art-of-the possible (and sometimes being willing to put aside preconceptions on the impossible!).

On any given day, the role will provide both a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop adjacent technology expertise as well as mastering key skills relating to technical and industry advocacy on behalf of our clients. A key aspect will be offering good* practice guidance and adopting a deploy-to-production mindset, where it is as much about the operational process as it is about the product. 

As part of our broader solutions engineering community, you will be working alongside peers with deep subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge upon whose insights will support your own. Of course, as a senior member of the team, you will also be in a position to contribute to a body-of-knowledge across key domains of networking, cybersecurity and edge computing, as well as industry analyses and perspectives. 

For this role, our Solutions Engineering team members focus on large clients for whom we are able to develop deep understanding and partnership to collaborate with. Building on a track-record of success, this role has an emphasis on supporting our enterprise clients in the Swiss market.

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry (mid-level or senior engineering level experience).

  • Understanding of “how the internet works”. For example:
    • Know the differences between TCP & UDP, and understand what kinds of applications may favour one over the other;
    • Can explain the difference between authoritative DNS & recursive DNS?;
    • You understand the role of a firewall, why TLS (SSL) plays an increasingly important role on today's Internet, a solid understanding of HTTP and a willingness to dive deeper into the quirks of clients & servers alike;
  • Understanding of how customers make buying decisions, how to explain ROI.
  • A knowledge of the competitive landscape for one or more of: DDoS, CDN, Performance, DNS, Developer platform or Zero-Trust/SASE service providers.
  • You're OK with some in-region travel (15~30 days per quarter): eg. Being next to our clients means that we need to travel to customer offices, conferences and/or events.

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role. (note: doesn't have to be in tech);
  • Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash) and a desire to expand those skills;

This role combines deep technical skills with marketing acumen to ensure that our clients successfully implement and utilize Keen’s Bayesian regression models, marketing mix models, and probabilistic revenue forecasting models. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of Keen's platform to improve marketing/media planning, optimize investments, and forecast financial outcomes.

This role requires a strong background in both data science and marketing analytics, as well as a passion for solving complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to provide technical expertise that supports the overall client strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design & Implementation:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized solutions using Keen’s platform.

    • Lead the implementation of Bayesian regression models and marketing mix models, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client objectives.

    • Guide clients in the use of probabilistic modeling for revenue forecasting, ensuring accurate predictions and actionable insights.

  2. Data Integration & Management:

    • Work with client teams to aggregate, cleanse, and upload marketing and media planning data into the Keen platform.

    • Support clients in setting up data sources, ensuring seamless integration with Keen’s data warehouse and mapping capabilities.

    • Assist clients in interpreting data outputs and leveraging insights for strategic planning.

  3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting any issues related to model setup, data quality, and platform use.

    • Perform model quality checks, including statistical fit, ROI analysis, and ensuring models align with real-world conditions and client goals.

    • Deliver platform training sessions to empower clients to become self-sufficient in using the Keen platform.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on platform enhancements and new features that improve the client experience.

    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs and ensure smooth pre-sales and onboarding processes.

  5. Client Success & Optimization:

    • Serve as a technical advisor to clients, helping them understand and optimize their use of Keen’s platform for better decision-making.

    • Assist in creating reports, decks, and presentations that communicate model insights and support client decision-making processes.

    • Identify opportunities for platform optimization and expansion, driving early success and long-term client retention.

  6. Thought Leadership & Innovation:

    • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in marketing analytics, marketing mix modeling, Bayesian regression, and probabilistic forecasting techniques.

    • Contribute to Keen’s thought leadership by sharing insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or similar role within a SaaS environment, with a focus on data-driven marketing analytics.

  • Strong understanding of marketing mix models, Bayesian regression models, and probabilistic revenue forecasting.

  • Experience with marketing/media planning and financial forecasting tools, and familiarity with marketing data sources and their impact on business outcomes.

  • Proficiency in data management, data cleansing, and data integration processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, with a passion for working with data to generate insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the marketing technology or MarTech industry, particularly with marketing mix modeling and probabilistic forecasting solutions.

What’s the role?

As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during international trade shows and at key customer account meetings to promote new and expanded business
  • Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities as well as incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • As part of the solution engineering team participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions, leading the technical solution evaluation portion in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners for multiple POCs
  • Present Dynatrace’s vision to our customers C-suite executives
  • Provide technical guidance in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle
  • Present on-stage demonstrations providing insight and context to our customers during key marketing events. Either at Dynatrace sponsored industry events or partner sponsored events, ensure key demonstrations are delivered by you or a team member at demonstration booths
  • Gather, qualify and provide feedback from customers to Product Management to improve Dynatrace’s market share and meet the market needs
  • Build best practices and share knowledge the team to continuously develop and enhance both your personal and team capabilities
  • Work with local Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to identify learning/ development opportunities for you and the local team to maintain Dynatrace’s leadership position in the market
  • Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations, in order to attend the specific demands of each customer
  • Not only work with internal sales team, but also with partners, supporting their team in the customers and being a technical point of contact for them (trusted advisor/technical coach)

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working in, or have, the observability space.

What will you do in this role?

In this role you will master the application of ICEYE solutions for addressing insurance and government natural catastrophe use cases.

  • Create captivating maps and other visuals to showcase our Natural Catastrophe products during and after events
  • Create product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the exceptional capabilities of ICEYE’s solutions.
  • Develop customized geospatial analyses and maps to empower clients, prospects, and our Marketing team with impactful visuals.
  • Take ownership of ICEYE data delivery setup 
  • Provide technical and process-oriented support to Sales Executives and Strategic Account Managers throughout the customer journey to unlock the full value of ICEYE’s products.

Must Haves:

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role
