Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting Analyst with at least 5 years of experience, you will play a vital role in analyzing complex datasets, generating insightful reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to support the Chief Revenue Officer’s understanding of the business. You will be comfortable working independently and proactively to coordinate with our internal business teams (customers) and internal data providers to seek clarification and resolution when data provided does not meet the business requirements.

You will work with GTM Operations internal customers such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support our ongoing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cadence. You will work with a combined team of Business Systems Architects, Business Systems Analysts and Sales Operations to keep our Go-To-Market programs world-class.

What you will do:

1. Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques, data mining, and data cleaning methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Interpret and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.

2. Create standardized and ad hoc reports to support business operations, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to GTM Operations team. Utilizing Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc).

3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and streamline data collection processes.

4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, including managers, analysts, and executives, to understand reporting requirements and data needs. Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.

5. Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track business performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable strategies.

6. Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Streamline and automate data workflows, where possible, to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

What you bring to the table:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline.

2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Reporting Analyst, specifically with expertise in PowerPoint. Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and report development is essential.

3. Extensive experience in creating visually impactful and engaging presentations using PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint features and functionality to enhance the overall presentation quality.

4. Data analysis skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in Excel or other data manipulation tools to clean, transform, and analyze data required.

5. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of data and presentations. Ability to review and validate data for completeness and correctness.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to tailor presentations to different audience levels and objectives.

7. Preferably worked in a multinational company

The Customer Success Business Partner (CSBP) is primarily responsible for the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers and their Anaplan solutions. Anaplan is looking for a Director of Global Payrollwho brings vast payroll expertise to our US, UK, and other international payroll teams. You will partner and collaborate with the Benefits, People Operations, IT, Legal, and Accounting teams to deliver payroll services that optimize operational excellence and manage risk. This leader will be a key partner in developing and implementing strategies to systematically scale the payroll operations and related systems while maintaining quality, accuracy, internal controls, and compliance.

This role reports directly to the Corporate Controller. Our ideal candidate will enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with two days/week in a future office in Northern VA.

Your Impact

  • Oversee teams of domestic and international payroll full cycle processing for US and International subsidiaries
  • Recruit and develop the best-in-class talent that will be subject matter experts and points of contact for all internal and external payroll inquiries
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to scale and optimize the global payroll administration that can support new and existing payrolls in various regions
  • Actively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure business objectives and priorities are met and executed effectively
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and train the team, including completion and achievement of SMART goals
  • Design and implement workflows and internal controls within systems to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely and in compliance with International, federal, state, local, and country-specific laws and regulations
  • Monitor the latest payroll and wage laws and regulations to ensure tax and benefits compliance is maintained within systems
  • Ensure quarterly and annual filings and reporting requirements are executed with accuracy and are filed timely for all jurisdictions
  • Participate in the design and implementation of internal controls and documentation per International/Federal/State compliance requirements
  • Manage payroll-related financial closing activities for the month/quarter/year-end and external audits: payroll journal entries, payroll-related account reconciliations, and related balance sheet flux analytics
  • Lead or assist on special tasks and projects as needed (e.g., M&A payroll integration, entity set up, system implementations, etc.) 

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or other relevant or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience overseeing the processing of multi-state and multi-country payrolls for large exempt and non-exempt workforce with hands-on responsibilities
  • Experience with Workday systems and ADP WFN
  • Experience transforming a payroll function to maximize automation, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Strong project management experience including the ability to manage project plans, dependencies, critical path activities, and milestones

At Anaplan, we are looking for an Account Executive to drive sales of Anaplan’s Financial Close Consolidations and Reporting (FCCR) solutions within enterprise accounts across the South Central and Eastern Europe region. Your Impact

At Anaplan, we are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, digitally savvy Marketing Manager to join our German Field Marketing team. This role reports into the Senior Director of Field Marketing, EMEA.  It is responsible for driving marketing programs and paid media across Germany in collaboration with our global web, campaign and paid media teams, and locally in alignment with our Go To Market GTM team. Your Impact

  • Engaging with targeted state, local, and higher education enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and position Anaplan’s unique ability to solve the problem

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years consultative sales experience into Fortune 2000 companies, ideally in SaaS solutions (but not required)
  • Shown success selling into Vice President / Senior Vice President buyers
  • Track record of overachieving sales quota & targets, including demonstrated history of multiple high six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals (services and/or software)
  • Demonstrated experience selling into state, local & education accounts
  • Demonstrated understanding of the pressing business challenges faced by higher education and government organizations today
  • Demonstrated network in your industry territory, with a mix of some customers and implementation partnersDemonstrated experience with sophisticated partner & internal team organizations
  • Domain understanding (Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning & Sales) and knowledge of how these functions plan, process work and make decisions
