Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team full-time. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that amplify our brand and marketing initiatives. If you’re passionate about creativity, storytelling, and have bonus skills in video editing, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality marketing materials, including eBooks, brochures, infographics, slide decks, social media graphics (e.g., LinkedIn posts), event posters, and conference backdrops.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for the intended audience and platform.
  • Assist with video editing tasks, such as resizing or reformatting videos for platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Stay informed about design trends and best practices, especially in digital marketing and social media.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects and Premiere Pro are strong assets). Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, visual communication, and branding. Experience with GIFs and short videos is a bonus. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.)

Job Summary:

As a Sr. Product Support Engineer, you will provide product and system support to our full portfolio of clients. You may also participate in on-call schedules to help cover off-business hours support. You will need to become an expert user of our end-to-end fraud prevention platform, and provide timely and fast-paced responses to clients via our Zendesk ticket system. You will also work closely with our product team to provide customer feedback on different product usability. The Sr. Product Support Engineer will also work closely with our on-call engineering teams to troubleshoot product and system issues, and will be expected to understand our system architecture. You will need to have clear communication skills to speak with clients directly to figure out the source of their issue, and also give clear explanations once the solution or root cause is found. 

Specific Job Duties:

  • Provide fast-paced product and technical support to full portfolio of DataVisor clients via our support ticketing system
  • Ability to triage support requests in an effective manner to ensure request prioritization is maintained
  • Help monitor and manage internal alerts and dashboards in relation to system health, including but not limited to: API throughput and latency, UI functionalities, batch data pipelines, data backup and high availability system failover setup
  • Gain and maintain deep knowledge about DataVisor products, system architecture, and customer use cases to independently provide timely support to customers on the basic product and system support requests
  • Work closely with various Engineering teams (Infrastructure, Platform, Frontend, QA, etc.) and Product team on the escalation of serious product bugs or system issues, and facilitate the issue investigation, root cause analysis, and progress updates internally and externally 
  • Give clear explanation both internally and externally throughout the request handling process to ensure internal teams understand the issues and customer requests, and customers understand the technical explanation from internal teams about root cause and workaround suggestions 
  • Use Zendesk and Jira systems to document the issue symptoms, steps to reproduce, basic triage findings, Engineering investigation findings, possible workarounds, and solution planning 
  • Ability to analyze and track recurring support issues and trends to provide feedback on product enhancements and training

  • 3+ years of technical support experience in SaaS companies in Big Data Analytics industry  
  • 1+ years of experience using and/or supporting real time data processing or Decision Engine type products
  • B.A./B.S. degree in a technical or analytical discipline
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Job Summary

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust security strategy to protect customer data, DataVisor Services and systems. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to ensure security initiatives align with our business objectives. This critical leadership role requires a forward-thinking leader, with strong communication skills, and well-versed in the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Security Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across all areas of the business and services. 
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOC 2, PCIDSS, ISO 27001, etc.. ).
  • Incident Response: Establish and lead the incident response team, coordinating efforts during security incidents or breaches.
  • Security Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and regularly update security policies and best practices across the organization.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Oversee the cybersecurity budget and resource allocation to ensure effective risk mitigation within budget constraints.
  • Vendor Management: Assess and manage security aspects of third-party vendors and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with eng, Legal, Risk Management, and other departments to align security initiatives with business objectives.
  • Customer communications: Communicate with customers regarding our security policies and strategies, and facilitate business teams in completing customer’s security questionnaires and relevant due diligence requirements.  Collaborate with customers on pentest and audit requirements wherever applicable. 
  • Awareness and Training: Lead initiatives to educate and train employees on security best practices and awareness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, threats, and trends, incorporating them into the security strategy as needed.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Engineering background and site reliability experience are a plus. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant certifications strongly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) and security operations (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to hire, lead, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills to translate complex security concepts into business-friendly language.  Ability to collaborate with different internal and external teams effectively and smoothly.

1. BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study

2. 3+ years of web development experience, proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript core fundamentals

3. 2+ of experience in notable front-end frameworks such as Angular (preferred), React etc.

4. Familiar with web testing framework, Selenium Webdriver, experienced in writing E2E test cases/test suites and Unit Tests for frontend code to further extends to existing applications and have certain experience in performance tuning

5. NodeJS server-side development, database interface development experience

6. Good English reading, writing skills, and communication

Preferred:

1. Familiar with annotated Javascript such as Typescript and other related knowledge(SCSS, mixin etc.)

2. Experience in data visualization as well SQL programming proficiency

3. Experienced in Java/Spring programming, familiar with Web back-end development, and big data analysis

4. Proficiency in using git, Jenkins and other tools(etc. kubernetes)

5. Background working with Agile sprints, backlogs in Jira

The software engineer - infrastructure team is the backbone of DataVisor. Without our distributed and highly robust systems, business would stop. We tackle important challenges: clients require sub-second response times while we find relationships in terabytes of data. We’ve created, and continually improve, our massive cluster infrastructure, allowing highly computationally expensive jobs to run smoothly. We love using and learning about the latest technologies such as Spark, Cassandra, K8s, and Docker. We’re excellent software engineers building new infrastructure for our clients as well as other engineering teams within DataVisor.

As a software engineer in the infra team, you will be part of the team that manages releases and deploys to a global, multi-cloud footprint. You will be responsible for automating our code deployment and infrastructure management process, and for helping us scale to real-time responses with huge client datasets. You will be instrumenting monitors to ensure that our systems adhere to the strictest of SLA, and help us reduce our cost footprint by optimizing the way we run jobs across multiple cloud providers globally. You will be looking for the root cause for an issue and make code changes to improve the reliability and scalability of our systems.

  • 2+ years experience with infrastructure software engineering or production system operation experiences
  • 2+ years experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud service providers
  • Strong understanding of the Linux environment and systems configurations
  • Experience with Java and Python
  • Experience with Kubernetes, docker
  • Has basic knowledge about networking
  • Open to work remotely

Summary:

As platform engineers, we are building a next-generation machine learning platform, which incorporates our secret sauce, UML (unsupervised machine learning) with other SML (supervised machine learning) algorithms. Our team works to improve our core detection algorithms and automate the full training process.

As complex fraud attacks become more prevalent, it is more important than ever to detect fraudsters in real-time. The platform team is responsible for developing the architecture that makes real-time UML possible. We are looking for creative and eager engineers to help us expand our novel streaming and database systems, which enable our detection capabilities.

We continue to push the boundary of what's possible in fraud detection and data processing at scale. Join us to help usher in more innovative solutions to the fraud detection space.

What you'll do:

  • Design and build machine learning systems that process data sets from the world’s largest consumer services
  • Use unsupervised machine learning, supervised machine learning, and deep learning to detect fraudulent behavior and catch fraudsters
  • Build and optimize systems, tools, and validation strategies to support new features
  • Help design/build distributed real-time systems and features
  • Use big data technologies (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra) to build large scale machine learning pipelines
  • Develop new systems on top of real-time streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka, Flink)
  • 5+ years software development experience
  • 5+ years experience in Java, Shell, Python development
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) is a plus
  • Experience in Cassandra, HBase, Flink, Spark or Kafka is a plus.
