Job Description

  • You will contribute to design, implement, develop and scale major functionalities and user facing features
  • (Dev end-user done) Own the full cycle development (applying the best practice of the tech team : coding style, clean code, documentation, tests, code review)
  • Actively participate in company scrum rituals / ceremonies
  • Share information with Lead Developer and Product Owner (delays, issues)
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of product

 

Qualifications

Hard skills  : 

  • Experience with PHP development on a Production application : Laravel or Symfony.
  • Experience with one modern Javascript Framework : Vue.js, React, Angular or Svelte
  • Knowledge of SQL (Writing and optimizing queries)
  • Able to solve problems in a simple, neat and organized way
  • Good spoken and written English

Soft skills : 

  • Critical thinking (challenge product team specifications, architecture design…)

Your role

Your role will be to support the Rise Up sales function in France, Belgium and Luxembourg - Mid to Enterprise Customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to qualify opportunities against a set of criteria, to ensure they are strategically aligned to our product and support the sales team in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) as required. 
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the learning industry (technologies, methodologies, and best practice). 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our client business and technical challenges, operating environment, capabilities, and goals. 
  • Provide ideas to refine and evolve the core sales and pre-sales processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept. 
  • Actively keep up to date with latest & upcoming features and functionality within the product and act as the primary point of contact for prospect’s technical queries that arise through the sales process. 
  • As required, manage discovery sessions to uncover client requirements, pitching tailored presentations to C-suite executives or interacting with technology architects and development teams. 
  • Design and deliver customized demonstrations to support the sales team as required. 
  • Comfortable working in a scaling business, where time is critical, and things change on a regular basis. 
  • Lead technical discussions with key customer/prospect stakeholders and decision makers, effectively articulating creative and technical solutions. 
  • Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (sales, customer success, product, development, operations, marketing, etc.) 
  • Be willing to play a role in post-sale activity to ensure adoption or help grow accounts.  
  • Work closely with the implementation & customer success function to understand the best overall solution for our clients. 
  • Provides strategic recommendations on the use of learning technology and other digital tools to provide innovative and effective online and blended learning experiences.

Qualifications

About You

You are based in Paris. You will report to the Global Customer Experience Director who will help you to develop in-depth product knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of consulting and/or consultative implementation experience 
  • You are french native, and fluent in english
  • First class client engagement skills throughout the lifecycle of a sales engagement. 
  • Strong, data driven analytical skills. 
  • Ability to translate customer requirements and process flows into technical solutions. 
  • Ability to work well in a multicultural team. 
  • Ability to learn and adapt autonomously. 
  • Strong consulting skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • The ability to understand and present complex technical capabilities and solutions. 
  • Demonstrable project/program management and organizational skills.

  • Solid experience working with a Learning Management Solution (LMS/LXP/SLP) a plus.

Missions:

Global position:

  • Create and build a trusted and valued relationship with our marketing partners and influencers/opinion leaders to increase brand awareness et guarantee Rise Up reputation
  • Continuously improve Brand perception by setting and maintaining strategy and guidelines for the Rise Up’s brand look and tone both externally and internally across all channels, assets and touchpoints ensuring a consistent brand image.
  • Update and expand Brand Guidelines to include new products and services as well.
  • Lead the Corporate Design and Content Strategy to enable all local marketing teams to efficiently produce content materials (whitepapers, blog posts, social media posts, etc.)

  • Conduct competitor analysis of social posts to stay on top of messaging/content and provide ideas and concepts

Regional (UK/NL/Germany)

  • Take the lead for developing, managing and delivering external messaging and events in UK, NL and in collaboration with the Local Marketing Managers.
  • Work with legal and compliance to comply with regulation

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in Branding, in an international environment
  • English native speaker, Fluency French
  • Brilliant creative, communication and project management skills
