KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a load of 9-11 assigned, high-touch client orders per week to meet and exceed quality targets. 
  • Interact with clients by email and phone to address concerns and ensure near-zero refund and reassignment rate.

  • Updates job knowledge to stay aware of emerging technologies that would benefit the company and our customers.
  • Experience working on large enterprise projects from the ground up. Examples of such projects may include implementing a cloud Data Lake or breaking up a database into bounded contexts for microservices.

THE ROLE

Here at Talent Inc., we are looking for aDirector of Business Development,who will be experienced in Partner Sales and Business Development, with expertise in channel sales and development, and will be an integral part of our growing business development team.

Your mission will be simple,be the primary owner of Talent Inc’s sales and business development efforts into the Recruitment Advertising Agency, Staffing and Corporate Sectors.

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

 

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Secure new business through Recruitment Advertising Agency partners as well as direct efforts in the Staffing Vertical and possibly direct efforts in the Corporate Market.
  • Take an emerging Product Suite of the following to market:
    • Core Co-Registration Partnership
    • Resume.io – Resume Building Tool
    • Interview School – Interview Preparation Software
    • Talent Connect – Candidate Matching and Messaging Widgets
    • Outplacement Services – Core Services to displaced workers
    • Additional products as developed or identified
  • Develop and execute a strategy for Channel Partners sales through Recruitment Advertising Agencies and Staffing Firms 
  • Proactive account management, development and account expansion for new Talent Inc sales markets
  • Work closely with Product and Account Management and Business Development Team to support relationships
  • Build and execute account plans with an eye to increasing overall value delivered, and to expand the adoption and usage of our solutions
  • Network within accounts to develop relationships with key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • This role will require some travel - Up to 15% of your time 

THE MUST-HAVES

  • We are seeking 5+ years of on-quota successful large account sales and account development experience with on-demand/SaaS applications CRM, SFA, ESPs, marketing software, email production/content or annual subscription based analytic or data product sales experience preferred
  • Successfully sold technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences at the Director level and above
  • Teamwork and good communication skills are a must
  • Four year university/college degree required
  • Authorized to work for any US employer.
