Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have 

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing software for the financial sector that integrate with third-party systems. Position – how you’ll contribute  

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our frontend, backend developers, and stakeholders to build high performing, visually stunning mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.   

 Key Responsibilities   

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer with a focus on Flutter.   
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language.   
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.   
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).   
  • Knowledge of modern app architecture 
  • Strong problem solving and debugging skills.   
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.   
  • Experience in fintech or financial applications is a plus.

Additional skills – the edge you have 

  • Experience with native bridges for both iOS & Android using Swift and Kotlin.

  • Strong understanding of mobile and gaming SDK development best practices, including performance optimization, API management, and versioning.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic) and implementing observability for SDKs in production.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD- The salary range indicated represents the commensurate range for the skills and duties posted. Actual base salaries will vary depending on different factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, expertise, specialized skillset and location.

The technician will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that customers' systems are fully operational with minimal downtime.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide prompt technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair.
  • Perform break-fix services for TouchBistro POS system, peripherals, networks, and associated hardware.
  • Support customers both on-site and remotely, using diagnostic tools and remote access software.
  • Accurately document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and communication with customers in the service ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and test TouchBistro POS system, including terminals, printers, payment devices, routers and other peripherals.
  • Perform network setup and configuration, ensuring proper connectivity between all components.
  • Provide product support via phone, email and chat in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of installations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by acting as a reliable, knowledgeable, and approachable technical expert.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams while maintaining ownership of the issue until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including detailed documentation of issues within our CRM
  • Travel to customer locations as needed, often on short notice, to provide on-site support and installation.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure after-hours support is available to customers when needed.

What You Bring

  • You have 2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or a related IT support role
  • You are able to coordinate with other technicians and support team as required to restore services
  • You have proven experience with break-fix troubleshooting and repair of hardware systems, particularly POS hardware and peripherals (Apple & Android)
  • You have strong knowledge of networking basics, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN configurations, and router/switch setup.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • You must be flexible/adaptable and have a knack for thinking on your feet to succeed in this role 
  • You must be available to work on call after hours/weekends on site and on call

Role Description and Mission:

We're looking for a results oriented, passionate and dynamicMobile Test Automation Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain automation framework(s) and scripts
  • Develop, maintain and execute high quality automation tests to ensure sufficient test
    coverage for iOS, Android and Web applications
  • Write and Execute test cases and test plans using test management tools
  • Ensure using QA best practices by writing test plans according to the guidelines, filing the bug reports using accurate information, reproduction steps and related documentation and(or) screen recordings
  • Write automation scripts according to the coding guidelines and conventions
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members to understand the requirements, communicate QA status, and help with production defects repro steps
  • Ensure QA test cases map to the functional requirements and create the RTM matrix
  • Provide work estimates during sprint planning and stand-ups.

Skills, Education and Experience:

  • B.S degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • Candidate should have at least 4+ years of related experience
  • Understanding of mobile device ecosystems (Android, iOS) 
  • Proven experience in Mobile Apps and web application projects along with creating and maintaining automation scripts for mobile and web app testing
  • Experience testing react-native applications 
  • Some knowledge of node-fetch, cocoapods, mocha, Xcode, Android studio
  • Experience with any of the following languages - JavaScript / Typescript, or other common languages (Java, Ruby, etc.)
  • Proficient in one or more of the following testing frameworks: Detox, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest
  • Experience with Selenium and Cucumber
  • Experience testing APIs (GraphQL preferred), knowledge of related tools such as Postman, Altair 
  • Should be well versed with STLC / SDLC, testing methodologies / process
  • Experience with Continuous Integration
  • Working experience in Agile methodology with in-sprint automation.
  • Experience with one or more test management tools such as, Zephyr, TestRail

What we’re looking for:

The base salary for this position ranges between $105,500 to $165,000. Overview

Arkadium is seeking an exceptional and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Core Tech team.

This role is open to candidates based in Portugal. Business hours are 9-18 WEST (UTC+1). For candidates based in the Lisbon area of Portugal, this role will initially be remote. However, starting in Q1 2025, this role will transition to a hybrid model, requiring some in-person presence. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of scalable and high-performance full-stack applications.

Role Summary

We are looking for an extremely technical Product Manager for our SASE device client, Cloudflare WARP, the primary end user onramp for our Cloudflare One business. You will lead all efforts related to both the desktop and mobile client, partnering closely with engineering, sales, customers, support and design.

Role Responsibilities

In this large and highly visible role, you will shape the Cloudflare WARP product as it relates to our Zero Trust SASE business. You will work to ensure the client software, which sits on the devices of millions of users, is inclusive and accessible to all. You will solve problems that have wide impact and significance, shaping the future of security on the Internet.

We operate with very small teams of highly motivated, technical, and experienced engineers. You need real world experience shipping and supporting applications on all major platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux Android, iOS), what deployment of software looks like in large enterprises, and the ability to help customers troubleshoot complex deployment issues. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Write requirements documents and work with engineering and design to build, ship, and support enterprise class software
  • Join pre-sales and post-sales calls with customers, sales, support, etc., to assist with, and help understand all phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Support a global engineering, sales, support, customers and partners with a flexible schedule (expect normal North America working hours with occasional calls to support APJC and Europe)
  • Work in a fast paced, dynamic and interrupt driven environment
  • Have deeply technical conversations with engineering and customers about:
    • Operating system APIs, client applications and low level networking
    • Topics like VPNs, Routing, DNS, Firewalls, Client/Server architectures
    • Enterprise desktop software deployment and release cycles

Requirements

  • 5-10 years working as a product/program manager shipping desktop enterprise software or relevant experience (server software, operating systems, etc.)
  • Experience as a PM or Engineer working with operating system APIs and low level networking functions
  • Technical depth with VPNs, DNS, Firewalls, Client/Server architecture, Routing
  • Excellent customer facing skills (empathy, problem solving, clear and succinct communicator)

Bonus

  • Shipping kernel drivers or other low level programming experiences
  • Familiarity with pieces of SASE/SSE such as DLP and TLS Decryption 
  • Experience shipping mobile enterprise software

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $170,000 - $208,000
  • For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $192,000 - $234,000
  • For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $202,000 - $246,000
