  • Tier 1: $129,600-$162,000
  • Tier 2: $116,600-$145,800

What You Will Do

This is an opportunity to work on Lattice's flagship Performance Reviews product and everything that comes with it. Recently we have launched a new Promotions product that is currently in Beta, new Review Cycle analytics together with the analytics team, and we are also starting work on a new greenfield PiP product.

  • You’ll work with other engineers to build and own products across a modern tech stack. Our current stack includes React, Relay Modern, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL. We rely on AWS to host our infrastructure.
  • You’ll assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues in existing applications, ensuring functionality and performance are optimized.
  • You’ll participate in code reviews and testing processes to ensure high-quality software deliverables and improve your coding skills.
  • You’ll contribute to project documentation and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
  • You will make contributions to our engineering practices, identifying and evangelizing improvements to improve our team output.

What You Will Bring to the Table

You have 2+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications.

  • You have production-level experience writing full stack JavaScript / Typescript, and are well versed in frameworks such as React, Relay, Next.js and GraphQL.
  • You are no stranger to SQL — you know how to efficiently model data and write performant queries in a relational database like PostgreSQL.
  • You seek out the root cause when debugging software defects, and champion improvements that prevent future issues.
  • You are passionate about clean code, DRY patterns, and high-performance code.
  • You are clear and concise in explaining your thought process and in enumerating the tradeoffs made in your work.
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • You can work well with designers and product managers to come up with optimal solutions.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $112,000 - $164,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience developing applications using .NET Framework (3+ years)
  • Is familiar with a Microsoft SQL Server environment (2+ years)
  • Understands software development processes and best practices
  • Has experience developing web services (2+ years)
  • Has a strong interest in learning Umbraco CMS (a plus, but not required)
  • Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues (remote and in-person)
  • Is self-organized and works in a structured manner
  • Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
  • Has an eagerness to learn and continuously improve
  • Has strong English language skills (B2 level)
