  • You take the initiative — owning results and shared outcomes, you also value learning and growing together as a team.
  • You take a hypothesis-driven approach — knowing how to source, create and leverage data to inform decision making and prioritization, using data to drive how we improve.

So, what is important to us?

We’re looking for a servant leader with a growth mindset who enjoys guiding software engineers with diverse technical backgrounds and experiences.

  • Demonstrable experience leading Engineering teams — it’s not about the number of years, but more about the type of exposure in developing high-performing teams.
  • A track record in building and deploying production scale platforms — you partner with distributed Product and Design teams to deliver engaging product experiences.
  • Proven success in growing and developing others — having coached engineers on developing their craft and supporting their career progression.
