About the Team

Stitch Fix’s Warehouse Inventory Management Systems (IMS) team is looking for a mindful, empathetic, and self-aware Engineering Manager. In this role, you’ll manage the team responsible for evolving and transforming our Inventory Management Systems as SaaS across our fulfillment network. We build modern software with modern techniques like Test Driven Development, continuous delivery, DevOps, and service-oriented architecture. We focus on high-value projects that solve clearly identified problems and are developed sustainably. 

About the Role

We create tools that support the responsibility of bringing inventory into our company and moving that inventory around in our warehouses, providing the entire Stitch Fix engineering organization with stable and reliable messaging capabilities focusing on self-service platforms. On this team, you will manage a team that has experience with backend technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Sidekiq, Datadog and more. The ideal candidate will be able to learn our systems while thoughtfully organizing the team around business goals and supporting team members' career growth along the way.

Hims & Hers seeks an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Manager of Engineering, Frontend. The candidate must be a leader, have a strong process architecture mindset and system implementation experience, and have the ability to grow engineering teams. About the Services Team:

The Services team owns a group of core services used throughout our platform. We are responsible for everything around the pricing and packaging of our product. This includes metering, governing, and reporting usage, and setting and provisioning accounts and subscriptions. We’re part of the larger Platform Services subgroup, a facet of the Platform group, where we participate in guiding larger infrastructure and architecture decisions across the organization. 

The Opportunity:

UserTesting is a market leader, with demonstrated success and a decade of user testing data. As our research repository grows, we have identified a need to allow access to our insights through external integrations and APIs. We also provide internal integrations to ease developer experience as well as helping out our support and provisioning teams. We have recently merged and added new applications to our business portfolio, and our integrations need to be expanded to these applications.

In Account Protection Engineering, we are scaling our fraud detection and cost savings both on reducing shrink and making our risk agents workflow more efficient and smart! We are looking at more ways to make fraud detection automatic with the help of data we already have, making our CX workflow more automatic than manual. Just in FY23 the Account Protection team saved Stitch Fix $13.3M and we are only getting started here and can do a lot more. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will help shape the future of Stitch Fix’s Fraud Detection and Account Protection systems. Mobile Experience Management (MEM) team owns a solution that enables customers to easily manage their mobile devices and provides functionality and features that are optimized for their operations. About the role:

Classy's Product Technology team is hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to lead a team of engineers to build and maintain our fundraising products, analytics platform, and visualization tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable with people management and experienced with multiple front end frameworks and solid understanding of best practices.  We want to talk to you if you can see beyond the donation experience and love transforming designs and mockups into highly-scalable, fault-tolerant, and seamless user experiences.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Partner with senior management to own and drive core business initiatives.
• Drive the strategy and roll-out of our Foundations roadmap.
• Evaluate technical solutions that contribute to the exciting growth phase of the company.
• Manage and coach engineers to become proficient developers using best software development practices and processes.
• Analyze, design, and develop software that delivers clean, maintainable code within a large, complex, and established code base.

What you bring (Required):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years directly managing engineers at any level (new graduates to leads), including distributed teams
• Direct responsibility for delivering features on a defined roadmap
• 6+ years of professional software development experience with server-side, web-based technologies (full stack preferred)
• 3+ years of experience developing web-based applications in an AWS infrastructure
• Excellent understanding of distributed software architecture with experience debugging distributed systems with high data loads.
• Advanced proficiency with Javascript Frameworks - React, Angular, and server side backends in Node.js, PHP, and Linux.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Elasticsearch, Docker, AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, SNS).
• Ability to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in schema design in relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• An innate sense of quality, and sharp engineering skills with strong computer science fundamentals.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $192,000 - $260,000  + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Become a Business Systems Analyst for Bloomreach! In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance communication efficiency and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve our business goals. The salary range starts at 1 800€ gross per month, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you’ll become a core part of the Finance Team.

What challenges awaits you? 

As Business Systems Analyst you will be an integral part of designing and building out Bloomreach’ Accounting & Finance systems landscape. You’ll be joining a fast growing team so will have a broad purview over the different Accounting functions, and will have a specific focus on the corporate accounting, procurement, tax, and payroll workstreams. You will be working with NetSuite, completing complex configuration, and experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, HRIS and procurement systems on a daily basis.

Your job will be to:

• Work closely with Finance & Accounting  teams to manage the Netsuite platform and all downstream systems.
• Configure fields, forms, workflows, reports and saved searches, integrations, and other complex configuration in Netsuite.
• Create and maintain user accounts and roles, and complete access changes, ensuring that all required approvals are captured and documented.
• Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests to support internal teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable
• Provide audit support for compliance operations including generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checks
• Complete testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases.
• Create systems documentation, including architectural design documentation, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user manuals, test scripts and training materials.
