Overview

In a Technical Support role for our Services team, you are responsible for supporting our customers and delivering a world-class support experience. You work closely with store owners to troubleshoot and resolve issues via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls. 

Please note - this role is a remote contract role based in Ireland.

The Role: Senior Data Engineer

As a member of our data engineering team, you'll deliver high quality work while solving challenges that impact the whole or part of the team's data architecture. You'll update yourself with recent advances in Big data space and provide solutions for large-scale applications aligning with team's long term goals. Your work will help resolve complex problems with identifying root causes, documenting the solutions, and implementing Operations excellence (Data auditing, validation, automation, maintainability) in mind. Communicating your insights with leaders across the organization is paramount to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect and implement best-in-class Data Warehousing and reporting solutions
  • Lead and participate in design discussions and meetings
  • Mentor data engineers and analysts
  • Design, automate, build, and launch scalable, efficient and reliable data pipelines into production using Python
  • Build real-time data and reporting solutions
  • Design, build and enhance dimensional models for Data Warehouse and BI solutions
  • Research new tools and technologies to improve existing processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in data engineering with data warehouse technologies

  • Experience building real-time data solutions and processes
  • Advanced skills with Python and SQL are a must
  • Experience with one or more MPP databases(Redshift, Bigquery, Snowflake, etc)
  • Experience with one or more ETL tools(Informatica, Pentaho, SSIS, Alooma, etc)
  • Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $136,000 - $170,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. Process Pro is looking for a HubSpot-centric, technical Solutions Architect who is passionate about designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the customer's strategic goals, business objectives, and current tech stack.

This customer-facing role focuses on building and implementing customized HubSpot solutions for clients, including technical configurations, integrations, and system architecture. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical executions.

Qualifications

What to Expect:

  • Discovery and Strategy: You'll engage with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges related to their HubSpot usage. You'll perform technical discovery, identify opportunities for improving HubSpot implementations, and recommend solutions.
  • System Architecture: You'll design and build the technical architecture needed to meet a client’s HubSpot requirements. This includes mapping out integrations, data flows, and complex system setups.

Skillset:

  • Technical Expertise: You must have a deep technical knowledge of HubSpot, including advanced CRM functionality, integration tools, and API management. Bonus: You have an understanding of coding languages like JavaScript or Hubble, HubSpot’s templating language, particularly if you've been involved in CMS work.
  • Client Management: Strong communication skills to explain complex technical details in a business-friendly manner.
  • Engage in discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be embedded on projects with our product managers and software engineers, and:

 

  • Work with the product team to refine requirements
  • Define test plans for you and the QA team to execute.
  • Create automated tests.
  • Maintain and expand the test automation framework. 
  • Work with the engineering team to report issues and perform analysis to help find a root cause. 
  • Communicate with the team on the project testing status.
  • Review QA practices and implement continuous process improvement based on key metrics.
  • Review the QA road map (adding projects as necessary) and prioritize projects.
  • Work with QA engineers to implement QA best practices.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • 3+yearsin test automation.
  • Knowledge of web applications, databases, and web APIs.
  • Proficiency with SQL and at least one scripting language like python, ruby, or JavaScript – python preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Design team of highly skilled and influential technical consultants supporting our largest merchants. Solutions Engineers are trusted partners to the pre and post-sale process internally and externally, serving as technical experts and helping ensure a smooth transition for our customers on the technical side.  

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer you will play a critical role in assisting the Sales department to win new business, and designing solutions that the Implementations department can bring to production quickly. You will work with many inter-departmental groups to provide guidance and improve our tools and resources that lead to faster sales cycles, better products, and happier customers. 

Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with the GTM team on deal strategy through discovery, problem finding and value proposition discussions.
  • Prioritize and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on pre and post-sales processes to ensure a smooth transition for customers and partners.
  • Lead technical discussions on solution integration, APIs, and eCommerce workflows 
  • Respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.
  • Demonstrate Signifyd products, capabilities, and value to prospects and customers.
  • Develop and deliver training and educational assistance to prospects and customers.
  • Conduct research and solve problems surrounding new solutions and unique integration scenarios.
  • Document customer expectations and order flows to clearly outline the known current state and the desired future state.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Signifyd Implementation Services and Customer Success teams to provide the best possible on-boarding experience for customers.
  • Lead proof-of-concept discussions and design to reinforce Signifyd’s position as the market leader.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, ideally in SaaS 
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales/pre-sales environments.
  • Strong independent work ethic.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop associated action plans and lead peers towards achieving key objectives.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent presentation skills virtually and in-person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technology tool skills (Slack, Looker, Excel, Google Suite, LucidChart, Confluence, Salesforce.com, etc.).
  • Experience working with JSON and APIs.  
  • Strong project management skills (coordinating, project leading, resource management, delegation, follow-through, etc.).
  • Enjoy/Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Passion for new technology.
  • Background in eCommerce, financial/payment systems, fraud mitigation and/or data science is a plus.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL and/or other web, programming, scripting tools is a plus.

The Customer Support Team solves complicated problems and answers technical inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Whether it is a Wordpress blogger using our services for free or a global Enterprise business with petabytes of web traffic, our team is always eager to assist. We are the eyes and ears of Cloudflare, acting as the real-time voice of the customer to help communicate their needs and real-world use cases back to the rest of the company - to help build a better service and future product development.

What You’ll do

As a Technical Support Engineer Intern at Cloudflare, you’ll work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to tackle a variety of technical challenges. Responsibilities 

  • Fulfill support requests by communicating with Cloudflare customers via chat, email, phone

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues

  • Provide feedback on our product and potential improvements based on customer interactions

What you’ll do as a Solutions Engineer

You are the technical lynchpin through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales. You will work closely with our mid-market prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology will allow you to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person, through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. As a subject matter expert on web/mobile security and performance, you are a trusted source for developing new firewall rules from log files, crafting performance caching and delivery strategies, and creating or repurposing internal tools and scripts for customers.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product, through to Engineering and Customer Support. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organization as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • As critical members of Cloudflare’s sales team, Solutions Engineers drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business, expand existing business, and keep our customers happy.
  • In business generation and expansion, you’ll be tasked with qualification of prospect and customer use cases, technical requirements discovery, leading demonstrations, solution identification and design, and collaborative work on proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
  • For our existing customers, Solutions Engineers are part of a dedicated account team that advises the customer on technical best practices, implementation of Cloudflare products and features, and strategic guidance on internet security and performance.
  • The role requires 20-50% travel to attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences and other industry events, and to collaborate with your Cloudflare teammates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go) and a desire to expand those skills.
  • Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative and recursive), HTTP(S), SSL / TLS.
  • 5 years plus of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.
  • Technical curiosity and passion: Cloudflare is at the cutting edge of internet technology, and our Solutions Engineers are viewed as subject-matter experts. It’s incumbent on us to stay up to date not only with Cloudflare’s specific products, but with industry trends.
