About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is tasked with providing project management services across a portfolio of large projects, from initiation through to closure, including definition, approach, planning, organising and technically leading and controlling the completion of allocated projects. What You’ll Do

  • Ensuring preparation/completion of large projects to appropriate quality standards within time/cost constraints as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirements.
  • Manage project teams operating on complex/large projects, typically in a complex, multi-platform technical environment.
  • Coordinating documentation, design, development and testing of enhancements and new development projects
  • Tailoring project methodology to individual projects when needed.
  • Preparing project budgets, attaining necessary approvals in a timely manner and monitoring project financials and the realisation of defined project benefits
  • Exceeding stakeholder expectations through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.

Description of Role

IntegrityM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of a federal government contract supporting CMS. This individual will provide direction and operational oversight for tasks essential to monitoring, oversight, compliance, and auditing activities in alignment with CMS goals and requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).     Qualifications

    • PMP certification
    • Diploma or degree in an industry related discipline such as architecture, construction, building, mechanical or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Skilled in managing and resolving conflicting schedules and priorities.
    • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant Project Management experience.
    • Client-facing project management experience.
    • Successfully completed 8-10 Software Professional Services projects.
    • Experience working in a consulting environment, providing clients with implementation services, is desired.
    • 5-8 years’ experience providing various Professional Services to customers on projects (Development, Business Analysis, Data Management, etc) in a Team Lead or Senior Application/Developer role.
    • Must be able to relate with a diverse group of people with a wide variety of technical skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Resourceful, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills. Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to be engaged in multiple projects at one time is essential.

    Responsible for leading the work team in the development of projects. It is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of the needs of the client and the organization by establishing a fluid and continuous communication, implementing best practices in the management of the projects under their responsibility and ensuring compliance with the processes established for each area involved.

    Roles, Responsibilities and Key Functions:

    - Collaborate with management on the drafting of contracts and other legal documents.

    - Support management in the formation of the project team.

    - Prepare the initial budget for the project.

    - Support management on performance evaluation matters.

    - Collaborate with the creation and follow-up of improvement plans for team members.

    - Cooperate with project stakeholders to understand the problem to be solved, determine needs and raise the requirements.

    - Risk Management.

    - Technical documentation

    - Software efficiency and performance

    Academic Training:

    - Bachelor of Engineering in Computer, Administration or related, or equivalent level of knowledge demonstrated.

    - Scrum Master Certification (desirable)

    Language:

    - Technical and conversational English level C1 according to Common European Framework.

    Work Experience:

    - Minimum experience of 2 years as a Project Manager during which you have participated in different projects of incremental complexity.
