Your impact

As a Relationship Manager on our Education Success Team you are responsible for ensuring your education partners are healthy, happy, successful, and retained. 

You will create repeatable and reusable tactics for driving engagement across our education partners' teams, which could include everything from webinars, email nurture, product hooks, etc. You will channel the voice of the customer both quantitatively and qualitatively to rally the necessary people and highlight success.

You will report to a Manager of Education Success, working closely with customer support, sales, product and marketing to deliver a world-class customer experience and drive our business through renewals and expansions.

Your role

Product Knowledge

  • Answering questions regarding the Handshake product daily

  • Identifying, diagnosing, and helping customers resolve data health issues

  • Expanding and deepening product adoption and usage amongst your career center partners

  • Gathering, documenting, and sharing best practices on how education partners can better leverage the platform to drive student engagement

  • Deeply learning and understanding the higher education and career services space (operations, structure, and metrics) 

  • Consulting with education partners on their workflows to help them adapt their processes to the Handshake product and achieve student success

  • Responding to detailed inquiries that require leveraging technical product knowledge combined with your strategic understanding of Handshake and our goals

Relationship Management

  • Owning the core/executive relationships and ultimate success with a defined segment of education partners

  • Cultivating meaningful, trusting relationships with key partners and relevant stakeholders

  • Effectively navigating a complex and nuanced set of relationships to build and maintain trust at scale

  • Implementing the program of recurring and on-demand touchpoints with customers

  • Traveling onsite (as needed) to support customers

Partner Success, Health, and Retention

  • Ensuring successful implementation for all new partners in your book of business

  • Ensuring high and swift renewal rates. This may include the management of detailed contracts and security requests that are nuanced to each partner

  • Driving customer value from the product

  • Implementing and executing scalable solutions to support a large book of business

  • Tracking detailed subjective health assessments to pair with data-driven account health score.

  • Leveraging data to proactively identify at risk accounts and implement action plans 

  • Collaborating across the Handshake organization to ensure that customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner

  • Understanding trends with your accounts via data reporting and dashboards and taking appropriate actions to keep account health high

  • Providing effective project management for both internal and external strategic initiatives

  • Executing implementation calls and training webinars with your education partners and relevant stakeholders

  • Using Industry landscape, current HigherEd trends, historical relationship health and product to articulate/advice/suggest clear actions

Operations and Marketing

  • Helping scale, develop, document and peer-train on internal processes to support users & peers

  • Assisting with content creation for marketing collateral to education partners

  • Developing the relevant topic, format and audience for targeted and scaled programming

Your experience

  • 2+ years of Customer Success experience

  • Proven experience with SaaS and ability to quickly learn tech stack

  • Experience working with a book of business (50+) and implementing scalable solutions to support accounts

  • Experience building relationships with customers and navigating complex or difficult conversations

  • Highly articulate, polished, and professional communicator

  • Ability to prioritize workload while maintaining high attention to detail

  • Ability to internalize changing messaging and rapidly incorporate into customer conversations

This role will require

Compensation range

  • $98,000 - $127,000

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Zwift is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join our content discovery team. The base salary for this position ranges between $105,000 to $165,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Summary:

The Test & Release and Forensics Program Manager is responsible for driving test and release activities, as well as managing bugs and issues across Torc Robotics. The Program Manager will define and execute test & release mechanisms, while also establishing and driving bug and issue management processes that enable rapid resolution of problems.   • Clearly articulate status of program assignments through frequent updates, dashboards, and metrics.

What you'll do

We’re looking for a Senior Windows Software Engineer to join our Zero Trust team. You will be working on the Zero Trust desktop client, which protects corporate devices by securely and privately sending traffic from those devices to Cloudflare’s global network, which can apply advanced web filtering and advanced Zero Trust policies.

In your role, you will predominantly be using Rust along platform-native languages & APIs to implement high-performance networking code that runs on multiple desktop platforms. You’ll be expected to improve the code quality and to build solid, testable,andwell-documented foundations. As a DART engineer, you will

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Support team. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our enterprise-level customers, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies and troubleshooting skills.

You will: 

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Open Platform, specializing in Java, Javascript, iOS/Android dev languages (Kotlin, Swift), SDK and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues raised by customers, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, effectively liaising between customers, Product Management, Engineering, and other internal teams.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" and provide valuable insights and feedback to the development and service teams for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate closely with product developers, building knowledge in Support, troubleshooting tools, and methodologies.
  • Communicate via chat channel for new and existing issues, ensuring speedy resolution based on customer entitlement and service level targets.
  • Analyze recurring issues and contribute to the development of processes and requirements for better customer support tools and solutions.
  • Mentor and educate team members, empowering them to handle technical escalations effectively.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional support experiences while working with some of the world's top brands.
  • Full time role EMEA time zone plus on-call duties to address critical customer issues in a fast-paced environment.

You have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Tier 3/4 Support Engineer, Developer Support, or equivalent customer-facing position - MUST
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise-level customers, preferably with Fortune 500 organizations - advantage
  • Proven expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for deep and complex technical issues - MUST
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and protocols
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting different APIs, SDK, Mobile environments and services that support LivePerson's platform end-to-end.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with enterprise customers via chat, email, and phone, including managing technical bridges during critical situations.
  • Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines.
  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to be on-call for high-severity issues.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment.
  • Proactive self-learner with a strong desire to acquire new knowledge and learn new technologies.
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to initiate new initiatives to improve processes and customer support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of modern programming languages and supportive frameworks.
  • Experience with relevant technologies, such as JS Frameworks (React, jQuery, Angular, Polymer), Mobile development languages (Kotlin, Swift, Dart), daily usage of Postman or equivalent REST clients.
  • Proficiency in scoping and trends analysis using databases, monitoring tools (Grafana, Graphite, etc.), and logging systems (Kibana, Splunk, logstash, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
