The Senior Field Marketing Specialist, Americaswill help develop and execute regional and vertical-specific marketing strategies that align with sales goals and regional business objectives. This role will work closely with sales teams, product marketing, and global marketing teams to create localized campaigns, events, and programs that generate qualified leads and foster deeper relationships with prospects and customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring consistent messaging and execution of marketing programs in the field while measuring their impact and continuously optimizing for performance.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Field Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Regional Marketing Plans:Execute annual and quarterly regional field marketing plans focused on our land and expand strategy to meet regional sales targets. Work closely with central marketing and campaign teams to align regional needs with overall company and GTM goals and appropriate tactics based on budget, resources, and KPI targets.

Qualifications/Experience 

  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
    • Strong background in event marketing, including trade shows, webinars, and regional events.
    • Proven experience executing and optimizing regional marketing programs, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Skills:
    • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the digital analytics infrastructure, driving actionable insights through data collection, reporting, and analysis.   • Google Analytics & GTM Management:

Job Responsibilities

  • Consulting: Technical Leads are part of the senior team that manage the client and are called upon to facilitate user requirements sessions, design technical specifications, and manage development of documentation to meet client expectations.  In conjunction with a Project Manager, Technical Leads are expected to provide both technical and solution expertise for clients and client engagements.
  • Solution Development: Technical Leads work with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to create solutions for various client needs.  Technical Leads support the analysis of client processes and recommend new business models, workflows, or solutions to best meet client needs.
  • Leadership: Technical Leads manage all technical aspects of the project and also contribute directly by writing code, managing builds and performing other hands-on tasks.  Technical Leads are responsible for the enforcement and guidance of project technical best practices and standards.  Technical Leads have the ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • 8+ years experience as a technical developer or related work experience; 2+ years in technical leadership roles; experience in a project-based consulting environment

Job Responsibilities 

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices for ingesting video, audio, and metadata from content providers.
  • Integrate with cloud storage services (e.g. AWS S3, DynamoDb) for reliable media storage and delivery.

About the Role

The Staff Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering new services and capabilities for the Brightcove Video Cloud platform. A successful Product Manager in the Brightcove product management team will use both qualitative and quantitative skills to assess product usage data, market research, customer feedback, design feedback, and sales feedback to propose improvements that will drive our media solutions — and Brightcove as a whole — to winning positions in the market.  

Minimum skills and knowledge:

  • 8+ years hands-on product management experience.
  • 3+ years experience working with online video technologies. You have direct experience working with customers and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes in the video domain. You understand the current state of the market and have opinions about where there are challenges and opportunities.
  • 1+ years of direct or adjacent experience with OTT solutions, live events, or video marketing.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to speak credibly to both engineering teams and outside technical partners.
  • Degree in computer science or other related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience defining a customer value proposition and driving a business case for a product investment.
  • Strategic thinker with detail-oriented execution in a way that gets things done in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
  • Proven outstanding team collaboration including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator who is also sufficiently self-directed. 
  • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed organization.
