The Content Writer will join the global Training & Communication team at HISP UiO, supporting our communications work by writing detailed informational material about the use of DHIS2 in different countries and contexts, including its integration with other software systems and the resulting real-world impact. The Content Writer will work closely with product and functional teams at HISP UiO and in the global HISP network to identify implementations and tools that are of interest to the global DHIS2 community, assemble the necessary information to present them in detail, and write informational texts for a variety of formats, platforms and audiences.
What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Content Writer to strengthen our efforts to provide detailed, relevant information about the implementation and use of DHIS2 to help countries and organizations around the world benefit from best practices, existing solutions and new innovations. Successful candidates will be able to work with and interview international teams to identify topics of interest and develop them into robust written pieces that both convey sufficient technical detail to facilitate reuse and adaptation of these practices and communicate the larger significance for a non-technical audience of stakeholders, donors and decision makers.

Your Career
As a Professional Services Technical Writer, you’ll play a key role in helping Professional Services (PS) teams produce high quality customer facing documents like high-level and low-level designs, as-built documents, methodology guides, knowledge base content, and contracts.
