THE CHALLENGE
Demyst is seeking a Lead Engineer with a strong data engineering focus to play a pivotal role in delivering our next-generation data platform to leading enterprises across North America. In this role, you will lead a team of data engineers with a primary focus on data integration and solution deployment. You will oversee the development and management of data pipelines, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and reliable. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on data engineering leader to apply technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
Your role will involve not only technical leadership and mentoring but also actively contributing to coding, architectural decisions, and data engineering strategy. You will guide your team through complex client deployments, from planning to execution, ensuring that data solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with client goals.

Demyst is known for partnering with our clients to capture value from external data. As we continue to build new enterprise client relationships, expand our existing client base, and scale our enterprise presales and customer success teams, we’re looking for a senior leader to partner with Sales in scoping new client solutions, improve the transitions from pre-sales scoping to post-sales delivery, and ensure effective project implementation and solution maintenance across all clients.

You’ll be relied upon for your entrepreneurial nature, technical aptitude, collaborative style, and ability to engage with the senior stakeholders of our enterprise clients in the financial services and insurance verticals. You will be creative in seeking greater efficiencies within and across your teams and those with which you partner (e.g. Sales, Product, Operations), and encourage the use of AI to maximize impact.

Taking forward Demyst’s reputation and expertise, and applying them to a new brand, new product, and new digital audience is the core focus for the role.
Reporting to the Head of GTM, we are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead the MQL charge. This role is highly operational, with a key focus on creativity, optimization, and driving successful results from our client campaigns. You will have a strong focus on marketing automation, growth hacking, and optimizing engagement in a new segment.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about progressing in the new world order of b2b marketing, through creative and data-driven strategies. You will need to cut through the noise and reach a new segment and act as an “army of one”, interacting across a global team, to deliver marketing objectives.
This role is remote first, and based in Australia EST time zone, with a preference for Sydney location to support frequent in person engagement, especially in the onboarding period.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop, and execute right-sized processes and procedures that position Demyst for scalability and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
While this is a fully-remote role, successful candidates are expected to be based to Bengaluru where Demyst is building its next hub. As you will be supporting our global operations, you will be expected to align your working hours to the US.

As a Data Engineer at Demyst, you will be powering the latest technology at leading financial institutions around the world. You may be solving a fintech's fraud problems or crafting a Fortune 500 insurer's marketing campaigns. You will see projects through from start to finish, assisting in every stage from testing to integration.
To meet these challenges, you will access data using Demyst's proprietary Python library via our JupyterHub servers, and utilize our cloud infrastructure built on AWS, including Athena, Lambda, EMR, EC2, S3, and other products. For analysis, you will leverage AutoML tools, and for enterprise data delivery, you'll work with our clients' data warehouse solutions like Snowflake, DataBricks, and more.

We are looking for a strong Technical Business Analyst to join Demyst. In this role, you will be a member of a global team supporting a distributed system providing highly available, real-time data for critical industry applications around the world. You will partner with both strategic clients and Demyst stakeholders to support the full client lifecycle from pre-sales scoping, requirements gathering, data analysis and modelling, client stakeholder management, internal resource project management, testing, delivery, and support.
Your responsibilities will be to support client requirements and be the subject matter expert for the client solutions and data landscaping team.
As a Technical BA, you will lead the delivery of data solutions to our client, working directly with a team based predominantly in the APAC region supporting clients in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and beyond.
While Demyst is a fully-distributed company and this is a remote-first role, successful candidates are expected to be based in Australia and be able to spend significant time on-site with our Australian clients.
